An Ideal Online Learning Classroom
Online learning is quickly becoming one of the most popular options when it comes to continuing our education, because of its place and time independence. People do not see each other and communications are only mediated by computers. What does an ideal online learning classroom look like? One man’s meat is another man’s poison. As for me, an ideal online classroom should be a successful learning organization.
First, it should be an organization with a special leader who is in charge of the class. On the one hand, the leader acts as a designer who can provide students challenging problems that will not be solved without good design. On the other hand, he can enhances cooperation among students and encourage students to participate and interact so as to promote students’confidence.
第2页（共2页）Second, the virtual classroom should be, like all winning teams, act in an innovative and coordinated way. The online learning environment can be very lonely and team projects fill this feeling gap by demanding all students interact with one another. And to make the online classroom successful, all are required to participate in the discussion, either directly or by sending messages.
As an ideal online classroom, there must be many other aspects that need to be considered, but I think these two are the most important.
