让学生因我而感到幸福 --------李镇西教育思想报告会心得体会 2016年5月28、29日有幸参加了在武汉枫叶国际学校举办的“李镇西教育思想报告会”，聆听了李镇西、郭文红、李俊杰三位名师关于班主任工作方面的教育思想，这两天的学习，可谓感触深刻，受益颇多，下面就简单谈谈这次学习的点滴体会： 一、爱在无声无形中 李镇西老师在他的《做最好的班主任》中的说过“爱心应该是是日常生活（即常态的条件下）所自然而然的一种情感和行为。”在《教育与爱心》中也说过“离开了情感，一切教育都无以谈起”，可见教育离不开情感（爱心）。可是在这次报告中李老师却并没过多的谈及爱心对教育的重要性，但整场报告中我却时刻能感受到李老师对学生的那份爱。现在身为校长的李老师眼中都是学生，甚至把老师都当学生来看，校园内随处可见的是学生欢悦的照片，李老师看着照片中孩子，那一句句“眼睛多明亮呀！”“孩子们多可爱呀！”“孩子多开心呀！”“这一瞬间多美呀！”……句句透着李老师对孩子的爱呀!每句话都是发自内心的。回忆起往事，学生对李老师的那份爱，李老师对学生的那种依恋之情，使我深刻的感受到爱不是大张旗鼓的表达，不是特殊事件中的表现，是在日常中无声无形得对孩子的关注、理解与赞美 二、幸福比优秀更重要 李镇西老师说过：“坚守教育信念是对的，但目的不是为了什么优秀，而是自己的快乐。别在意优秀不优秀，要在乎你自己每天是否幸福。因为幸福比优秀更重要！”这次做报告的三位老师都很有成就，但报告中却并没有谈及自己的那些成绩、称号等，反而都谈及了和学生相处的快乐与幸福。李老师原来做班主任时，常和学生说：“让人们因我的存在而感到幸福”，李镇西老师也在用行动证明着学生因为有了他的存在而感到幸福，学生之间也因为这句话而努力做好自己，让其他学生因为自己的存在而感到幸福。在整场报告中我更多的是感受到了李老师在回忆往事时的那份幸福与满足！ 是呀！就像李老师所说的：幸福是一种心态，拥有了好心态，便拥有了幸福。而我们的生活中为了争取所谓的优秀，幸福感渐渐离我们远去，为了所谓的优秀、荣誉称号或领导的赏识和认同，我们为了行动而行动，不能从自己内心而出发，就如李老师所说的：我们渐渐失去了从容自如的心态，失去了“慢教育”的智慧，也失去了教育的优雅与情趣，甚至我们潜在的或者说沉睡的功利心渐渐苏醒，让我们备受折磨，于是，教育的幸福也不知不觉远离我们而去。 有时想想当你嗓子嘶哑时，孩子为你送上的金嗓子含片；当过教师节时，孩子们在黑板上用他们的巧手表达对你的祝福或送上一朵鲜花时；当你有事不能给他们上课，接到他们电话询问原因说想你时，相信那一切的所谓优秀都比不上此时这暖人的话语与行动吧！ “优秀教师是有限的，而且往往和机遇甚至人际关系有关；但幸福的教师有千千万万，而且就在我们身边，甚至就是我们自己。”李老师的这句话感染着我、
