国际经贸规则发展新趋势与中国的自贸区应对策略

【摘要】伴随着经济全球化时代的来临，发展中国家想要在发达国家主导下的经济贸易
中进一步提升自身所占经济效益比，就必须深入了解国际经济贸易的发展新趋势，才能更好的制定相应的自由贸易发展路线。鉴于此，论文以发展中国家的中国为例，首先分析了国际经济贸易目前的发展新趋势包括核心理念被重新规划为“自由”和“公平”、发达国家主导下发展中国家现有话语权仍待提升、固有交替推动国家经贸规则大方向并未改变等。
【Abstract】With the advent of the era of economic globalization， in order to further improve the economic and economic benefits of the developed countries， the developing countries must understand the new trend of international economic and trade development， so as to make the corresponding free trade development route better. In view of this， taking China in the developing countries as an example， this paper firstly analyzes the new trend of international economic and trade development， including the replanning of the core concept as "freedom" and "fairness"， the existing discourse power of developing countries under the leading countries， which is still to be promoted， and the great direction of the national economic and trade rules has not been changed.

1 引言
自2008年金融危机爆发之后，全球固有的经济格局进行了大面积调整，形成了如今的全球化经济发展新趋势。但是，经济全球化的发展，为各个国家带来新的发展机遇的同时，也在无形中带来了更多的挑战，同时也使得全球经济出现了较大的收益不均衡问题。在这一基础上，原有的国际多边贸易管理体制的进展出现了变缓的现象，再加上多数经济发展大国对于国际贸易规则的诉求方向越来越不统一，使得全球各个经济势力纷纷要求针对国际经贸规则进行重新洗牌整改，实现经济贸易均衡发展的目标。基于此，针对国际经贸规则发展新趋势与中国的自贸区应对策略这一课题进行深入研究具有一定现实意义。
