眼免疫重建炎症反应综合征

【摘要】免疫重建炎症反应综合征(IRIS)是获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)患者在接受高效抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART)后,机体处于免疫功能恢复时期出现的一类疾病.临床表现为已有疾病恶化或出现新发疾病,甚至引起死亡.眼IRIS是AIDS 患者在接受HAART后全身免疫功能重建,CD4+T淋巴细胞计数升高时出现的一系列眼部炎症反应,多由于感染巨细胞病毒(CMV)所致,表现为合并CMV视网膜炎.随着近年来HAART的广泛应用,临床中IRIS患者出现逐渐增多,由于所致病原菌不同,IRIS患者的临床表现多样.本文着重从眼IRIS的临床表现、危险因素、诊断与治疗几个方面进行综述.%Immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome (IRIS) is a collection of inflammatory disorders associated with paradoxical worsening of preexisting infectious processes or emerging diseases or even dead after the initiation of highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) in human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infected individuals in a period of recovery of immune function.Ocular immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome is mainly caused by cytomegalovirus which performing a series of ocular inflammation accompanied with the increase of CD4+ T lymphocytes,such as cytomegalovirus retinitis,after HAART.With HAART widely used,the patients of IRIS gradually increased.But the clinical presentations of IRIS
