Rotary Double Eccentric C-ball “no contact type”.
Rotary Double Eccentric C- ball “no contact type” i s designed to meet the most stringent service. The two vector movement (rotation / translation) provided by the double eccentricity design allow to open and close the valve without any friction or wearing at the seat & “C” contact. Additionally during the closure end, seat is cleaned by sweeping. 非"接触"式旋转双偏心C型球阀的设计目的是满足最苛刻工况的使用要求。由双偏心设计所产生的双矢量运动 (旋转/平移)使得在打开和关闭阀门过程中阀座和"C"型球体间没有任何摩擦和磨损。另外,在关闭过程的最 后阶段(3%全行程),阀座会被擦拭干净。 Rotary Double Eccentric “C” ball do not have dead cavity as other ball valve. STD Valves Seating mechanism is Rotating or Sliding with continual friction (Ball/Disc & Seat in contact) or in “opposition constrain” like inflating seat or plug translation (Gate have both Sliding and Opposition!). Both systems will laminate or compact the medium against the seat contact. 普通阀门的阀座密封结构或是平滑式或是旋转式(球体/阀板与阀座持续接触) 。开关过程中,阀球 /阀板与阀座始终是摩擦接触,固态介质在阀球/阀板与阀座之间被碾压。

A.E.V 双偏心球阀与普通球阀表面硬化比较
Hard facing (ie: HVOF Tungsten Coating) on trim (Ball/Seats - Wedge/Seat) is often presented as the ultimate solution, however due to the valve trim design Hard facing is only localized on surface in contact! 内件(球体/阀座-楔/阀座)的表面硬化处理(例如:超音速碳化钨喷涂层)常常用来作为解决磨 损问题的最终方案。然而由于球阀/闸阀内件的设计特点,只能在接触表面进行硬化处理。 Thus protects only against friction contact but let open the possibility to the flow erosion to destroy coating starting from weakness of layer coating. 这种保护只能防止球体和阀座直接接触摩擦,但流体侵蚀会从喷涂层的薄弱部位开始损坏整个喷 涂层。

Main difficulty for cryogenic valve is to maintain enough seat load to achieve the lower leak rate at all range of temperature without risk of galling due too high pre-constrain or risk of over pressure in the cavity because seat cannot release cavity pressure. 低温阀门面对的主要难题是在所有温度范围内都要保持足够的阀座预紧载荷以达到很低的泄漏率,而 而且不能因为过高的阀座预紧力而产成卡滞,不能因为阀座不能释放空腔压力而在空腔产生过压。

Double eccentric friction free integral Trunnion Mounted C-ball and stem valve coupling ensure that there is no lost motion between the valve and actuator. The Positioner is also directly coupled to the actuator stem, so the positioner sees the true valve position, with no chance for error. Low emission Packing 低泄漏盘根
A very strong advantage of Rotary Control valves for petrochemical plants is a reduced emission of volatile organic compounds over long periods.
