These days, a lot of people begin to wonder if it is better to live in the city
than to live in the countryside. According to a survey, some people choose to
live in the city, where they find everything is just at their hand, they can walk to buy the everyday goods and it is easier for them to take the public transportation.
However, others think that living in the city is not perfect at all, they have to fight for standing room on the bus at the rush hour every day, and endless traffic jams take us lots of time on the road. As you get closer to middle school, a computer with Internet becomes more necessary. Teachers will often give homework that requires a student to use the Internet for research. The most well-known mistake about colds is that colds are caused by cold.
In fact, they are not. They are caused by viruses* passing on from person to
person. You catch a cold by coming into touch directly or indirectly, with
someone who already has one.
There are several examples that can support this idea. Firstly, If cold causes colds, it would be easy to expect the Eskimos to suffer* from them forever. But they do not.

After taking hot baths, they put on bathing suits, allowed themselves to be with cold water, and then stood about in wet clothes in a cold room. Some wore wet socks all day while others exercised in the rain until close to worn out. None of the volunteers came down with a cold unless a cold virus was actually dropped in his nose.
If, then, cold and wet have nothing to do with catching colds, why are they more often in the winter? Even though we have done the most pains—taking research, no one has yet found the answer. One explanation offered by scientists is that people like to stay together indoors more in cold weather than at other times, and this makes it easier for cold viruses to be passed on.
