2015年9月，联合国发展峰会成功举行。峰会展示了各国追求合作共赢、实现共同发展的美好愿景，通过了2030年可持续发展议程，为未来15年各国发展和国际发展合作指明了方向，成为全球发展进程中的里程碑事件。
The United Nations Sustainable Development Summit held in September2015laid out common visions of the world to seek win-win cooperation and development of all.The Summit adopted the2030Agenda for Sustainable Development, which provides guidance to national development and international development cooperation in the next15years,marking a milestone in global development process.
落实2030年可持续发展议程是发展领域的核心工作。当前世界经济复苏乏力，南北发展差距拉大，国际发展合作动力不足，难民危机、恐怖主义、公共卫生、气候变化等问题困扰国际社会。各国要携手将领导人的承诺转化为实际行动，认真推进落实2030年可持续发展议程。通过发展，应对各种全球性挑战，助力各国经济转型升级，携手走上公平、开放、全面、创新的可持续发展之路，共同提高全人类的福祉。
Implementation of the2030Agenda for Sustainable Development is the joint task of all countries.While facing with sluggish world economic recovery,widening development gap between the North and the South,dwindling momentum in international development cooperation,the international community is also confronted with challenges like refugee crisis, terrorism,public health threats and the climate change.All countries should work together to translate leaders’commitments to concrete actions by implementing the2030Agenda.Development could serve as means to address various global challenges,speed up economic transformation and upgrading,map out the course of equitable,open,all-round, innovation-driven and sustainable development and advance the well-being of mankind.

–Strengthen Capacity Building.The national government should take primary responsibility for its development.It is important to align national development strategies with the implementation of the2030Agenda,making them mutually reinforcing.Countries should formulate development-oriented policies,improve institution building,increase public resources,accelerate technological innovation,encourage participation of all sectors in development and generate internal growth momentum.The United Nations and its specialized agencies should help the member states improve their capabilities to implement the2030Agenda.

–Strengthen Development Partnership.The international community should work towards a more equitable and balanced global partnership for development and maintain North-South cooperation as the main channel for development cooperation.Developed countries should honor their Official Development Assistance(ODA)commitments in a timely and adequate manner,scale up their support in terms of capital,technology and capacity building for developing countries, especially African countries,the least developed countries and small-island developing countries.It is important to give full play to technology promotion mechanism,promote technology development of developing countries and the transfer, spread and promotion of environment-friendly technology to developing countries.The international community should also strengthen South-South cooperation,increase triangular cooperation,and encourage the private sector,civil society, philanthropic groups and other stakeholders to play bigger role.Efforts should be made to strengthen infrastructure connectivity and international cooperation in industrial capacity to achieve complementarity among countries.
──健全发展协调机制。将发展问题纳入全球宏观经济政策协调范畴，推动经济、金融、贸易、投资等各项政策服务发展事业，确保发展中国家深度参与全球经济，共享发展红利。加快区域一体化进程，提升区域整体竞争力。充分发挥联合国的政策指导和统筹协调作用，更好地统筹经济、社会、环境三大领域工作，支持联合国发展系统、专门机构、基金和方案发挥各自优势，根据授权积极推动落实2030年可持续发展议程，增加发展资源，推进国际发展合作。支持二十国集团（G20）制定一个有意义、可执行的G20落实发展议程整体行动计划，发挥G20在落实发展议程中的表率作用，并同联合国进程有机统一。
–Promote Coordination Mechanism.Development policy should be incorporated into global macroeconomic policy coordination to make international economic,financial,trade and investment policies serve development and to ensure developing countries’extensive engagement in the global economic governance and their fair share of development gains. Efforts should be made to accelerate regional integration and enhance comprehensive regional competitiveness.The role of the United Nations in policy guidance and coordination should be strengthened,and the UN development system, specialized agencies,funds and programs should enhance development resources and use their own advantages to promote the implementation of the2030Agenda and advance international development cooperation according to their authorization. G20members are encouraged to formulate a meaningful and executable collective action plan for implementation of
the2030Agenda,so as to play a leading role in the implementation and complement to the UN process.

–Improve Follow-up and Review.The UN High-Level Political Forum should play a key role in the follow-up and review,and conduct regular reviews of global implementation progress.It will be imperative to strengthen the monitoring
of the means of implementation at the international level,comprehensively review the development financing,technology transfer and capacity building with a focus on the ODA commitments.Regional cooperation should be encouraged,as well as participation by regional and subregional commissions and organizations.National reviews should be conducted within the national policy framework and maintain its flexibility so that the review of national implementation would be done according to respective national conditions and the principle of voluntary action.The formulation of SDGs indicator framework should adhere to the principle of“common but differentiated responsibilities”and efforts should be made to strengthen statistical capacity building in developing countries and improve the quality and timeliness of statistical data.

中国高度重视2030年可持续发展议程，各项落实工作已经全面展开。今年3月，第十二届全国人民代表大会第四次会议审议通过了“十三五”规划纲要，实现了2030年可持续发展议程与国家中长期发展规划的有机结合。中国将加强2030年可持续发展议程的普及和宣传，积极动员全社会力量参与落实工作，提升国内民众的认知，营造有利的社会环境。中国将以促进和服务可持续发展为标准，加强跨领域政策协调，调整完善相关法律法规，为落实工作提供政策和法治保障。中国已经建立了落实工作国内协调机制，43家政府部门将各司其职，保障各项工作顺利推进。今后5年，中国将帮助现有标准下5575万农村贫困人口全部脱贫，这是中国落实2030年可持续发展议程的重要一步，也是中国下定决心必须争取实现的早期收获。

Five-Year Plan was reviewed and approved by the Fourth Session of the12th National People’s Congress this March, linking the2030Agenda with domestic mid-and-long term development strategies.Great efforts will be made to publicize the agenda nationwide in order to mobilize domestic resources and raise public awareness,creating favorable social environment for the implementation.China will strengthen inter-sector policy coordination,review and revise relevant laws and regulations to provide policy and legislative guarantee for the implementation.The domestic coordination mechanism for the implementation comprised of43government departments has been established.China is determined to lift all the 55.75million rural residents living below the current poverty line out of poverty in the next five years,which will mark a significant step towards and early harvest of China’s implementation of the2030Agenda.
中国始终秉持开放、包容的态度推进落实工作，愿同各方加强沟通协调，携手加快全球落实进程。中国将制定落实2030年可持续发展议程的国别方案，并适时对外发布。中国将参加今年4月举行的实现可持续发展目标联大高级别主题辩论会。中国还将参加今年7月联合国可持续发展高级别政治论坛的国别自愿陈述，介绍落实进展情况，交流发展经验，听取各方建设性意见和建议。

China will take part in the High-level Thematic Debate on achieving the SDGs this April and also the voluntary national review in the High-level Political Forum in July to report China’s implementation progress,exchange development experience with and listen to constructive opinions and suggestions of others.

中国利用主办2016年二十国集团（G20）杭州峰会的契机，将包容和联动式发展列为峰会的4个重点议题之一，重点讨论落实2030年可持续发展议程等问题，首次将发展问题全面纳入领导人级别的全球宏观经济政策协调框架,并摆在突出位置。中国将同其他G20成员一道，优化G20发展领域政策协调，将落实发展议程纳入各个工作机制的全年计划。我们正在共同起草G20落实2030年可持续发展议程行动计划，倡导G20成员把本国落实工作同全球进程更好结合起来。我们还提出支持非洲及其他最不发达国家工业化议题，推动G20主动回应发展中国家特别是非洲国家诉求。在此过程中，我们将同联合国保持密切沟通，将G20落实工作与联合国主导进程有机统一。中国还将积极开展外围对话，充分听取非G20国家尤其是发展中国家的意见，确保G20的行动能满足各国发展的切实需要。中国期待通过世界主要经济体的集体行动，为落实发展议程提供政治推动力和有力保障。
As the G20President this year,China lists promoting inclusive and interconnected development as one of the four key agenda items,which will focus on the implementation of the2030Agenda.It is the first time to comprehensively integrate development issues into the global macroeconomic policy coordination framework at the summit level and enhance development issues to a prominent position.Together with other G20members,China will optimize development policy coordination among G20members and incorporate the2030Agenda with other G20working group’s agenda.China is urging G20members to jointly draft a collective Action Plan on the2030Agenda,for aligning domestic implementation work with the global process.In addition,China set a new G20agenda issue called industrialization of Africa and other least developed countries,and urges G20to actively respond to demands of developing countries,especially African countries.China will keep close collaboration with the UN to integrate the G20implementation process with the UN-led process.China will also convene outreach dialogues with non-G20countries,especially developing countries,to ensure that G20’s actions meet outside expectations.China looks forward to the political driving force and strong guarantee for the implementation of the agenda to be generated through collective actions of major economies.

1、北京大学2016年英语笔译复试分数线305，历史最低。很多同学单科线不过，导致无缘复试。北大是自主划线的，根据学生的考试情况和招生人数决定。但是17年考研的同学不要以此参考，要按照平均330以上准备。
2、北京大学英语笔译招生人数30人，推免生有原来的20变到现在的15人，但是每年实际推免生都比原定名额少，也就是统招人数在15人以上，还是有扩招趋势的，希望大家好好备考。
3、北京大学英语笔译的学费这几年一直增加，后来增加到两年8万，但是鉴于同学们反映强烈，北大现在适当的调整到2年5万元，所以这些不是同学考研的重要因素的，育明教育孙老师希望大家根据正确的方向认真备考。
4、北京大学英语笔译参考书真题都不公布，很多考生觉得无从下手，但是没有参考书并不能阻碍什么。考研，非参加知识竞赛，背书即可。研究生入学考试，考的是语言能力，不是考记忆力。

北京大学翻译硕士专业复试时间及安排
复试时间一般在3月下旬，具体说明如下：
1、参加初试并获得复试资格的考生，应在复试前到北大研究生院网页下载相关表格，按规定时间提供可以证明自身研究潜能的各种材料，包括攻读研究生阶段的研究计划、学校3/5正式成绩单、科研成果等。
2、考生的报考资格将在复试阶段进行审查。
3、考生的外语听力考试在复试中进行。各院系要结合招生专业特点，对考生的外语水平进行整体测试并给出外国语听力及口语测试成绩，计入考生复试总成绩。
4、我校采取笔试、口试或两者相兼的方式进行差额复试，以进一步考察学生的专业基础、综合分析能力、解决实际问题的能力和动手能力等。
5、参加复试的考生应达到复试分数线。
6、除专业目录规定或特别说明外，复试人数一般为招生规模的120%左右。对于生源充足的招生院系或专业，以及复试阶段进行专业课笔试的学科专业，复试人数将适当增加。
7、复试成绩不及格者不予录取。复试成绩及格者能否录取，以考生的总成绩排名为准。总成绩包括两部分，即初试成绩和复试成绩。复试成绩占总成绩的权重一般在30%至50%的范围内。
8、复试实行差额复试，择优录取。具体差额比例和初试、复试成绩所占权重由各院系根据本学科、专业特点及生源状况在复试前确定。
9、参加复试考生需缴纳复试费，复试费标准按北京教育考试院相关规定执行。
录取与调剂
1、我校本着德、智、体全面衡量、择优录取、保证质量、宁缺毋滥的精神和公开、公平、公正的原则，进行硕士研究生招生的复试及录取工作。
2、我校各院系内各招生专业名额可根据生源情况，在符合研究生院相关规定的前提下相互调剂。
3、未被我校拟录取的硕士考生，若自愿调剂到北京大学以外其他研究生招生单位，应达到《全国初试成绩基本要求》并按教育部的有关规定办理调剂。
4、自2013年起，我校不再向调剂目标单位提供自命题科目试卷等相关材料。
5、对于录取的硕士研究生，院系在新生报到当日核查其学历、学位证书原件，无学历证书者不予报到注册。

一、复试基本分数线
我校学术型硕士研究生复试基本分数线按学科门类划定；专业学位硕士研究生的复试基本分数线按招生专业划定；“少数民族高层次骨干人才计划”的复试基本分数线由全校统一划定最低复试分数线，各院系是否提出相应的复试分数线要求，由各院系自行确定。
二、复试
1、复试比例
按照教育部有关规定，硕士生招生实行差额复试，我校的差额比例一般不超过150%生源充足的院系，可适度扩大差额复试比例。具体比例由院系根据本单位学科、专业的特点和生源状况提出建议，报我校研究生招生办公室批准后确定。
2、复试权重
3、复试成绩所占权重由院系在复试前公布。除专业目录有明确说明外，一般初试成绩可占总成绩的50%至70%，复试成绩占30%至50%。
3、复试程序
复试可采取面试、笔试或两者相结合的方式，面试时间一般不少于20分钟。.复试形式和考核内容以口试为主。复试主要是对学生综合素质的考核，包括综合分析能力、专业素质及语言应用能力等。
外语听力考试在复试中进行，计入考生总成绩。
