(1) Transition to A330 and B747-400 Captain Program

Qualification Requirements

Flight Crew:B767 Captain

Minimum flight time:

? A minimum of 5000 hours total flying time.

? A minimum of 2000 hours pilot in command (P1) on commercial jet aircraft above 60 tones.

? A minimum of 1000 pilot in command (P1) hours on B767 for Captain position

Minimum qualifications:

? Crew member must hold a current and valid ICAO member-state ATPL.

? Ideally completed a Proficiency Check and medical within 6 months of the start of the ? contract.

? Last flight ideally within 6 months.

? No history of accidents or incidents.

? No criminal records.

? Ideally under 50 years old after commencement of contract

A330 and B747-400F Captain – Benefit Package

1. Accommodation

Accommodation allowance of USD1040 per month.

HASCO will assist candidates to find suitable accommodation.

2. Base of operation

Shanghai, in People’s Republic of China

3. Duration: 5 years contract

4. Transportation

The crew member will be paid equivalent RMB of USD400 as travel allowance per service month with the receipts/invoices provided. The crew member and his family members will be provided 4ea domestic air tickets within the network of Hainan Airlines. The tickets will be based on standby and the crew member must pay the airport tax and fuel surcharges.

Ground transportation shall be provided by the YREA.

5. Working Method: Consecutive 9 days off per month

6. Annual

2.5 days paid leave per month, only after three months service for YREA.

7. Health and Injury/Death Insurance

Access to YREA medical facilities on similar conditions to equivalent personnel.

Employer Responsibility Insurance and Medical insurance are available.

8. Monthly fee based on 80 Block Hours

USD11,810 net of income tax for captain (Including performance salary of USD1100 per month) Rate

9. Overtime

USD148 Per Hour for Captain

Based on the 240 hours every three months

10. Sick Leave: Maximum 7 days per service year.

11. Gratuity Bonus (Subject to no accident/incident)

USD6000 on completion of 12 months of service

12. Instructor Fee

USD1000 per month after the crew member has got CAAC instructor license

13. Guarantee Deposit for training bond

The crew member shall pay USD30,000 as the guarantee deposit for the 744 transition training.

Or USD30,000 shall be deducted from the first 6 months of compensation of the crew member and be regarded as the guarantee deposit for the 747-400F transition training.

This deposit will be returned to the crew member after completion of 60 months of service with YRE.

14. Bonus for Long terms Service

RMB500,000 on completion of 5 years of continuous service

15. Transition Period

During the first six month, the basic salary will be 60% (sixty percent) of the full amount.

(2) B737-300F Captain/FO

Qualification Requirements

Flight Crew: B737-300F Captain and FO

Minimum flight time:

? A minimum of 3000 hours total flying time.

? A minimum of 500 hours pilot in command (P1) on Commercial jet aircraft above 60 tones.

? A minimum of 500 pilot in command (P1) hours on type for Captain position and 300 (P2) hours for FO position

Minimum qualifications:

? Crew member must hold a current and valid ICAO member-state ATPL.

? Ideally completed a Proficiency Check and medical within 6 months of the start of the contract.

? Last flight ideally within 6 months.

? No history of accidents or incidents.

? No criminal records.

? Under 54 years old after commencement of contract

B737-300F Captain/FO – Benefit Package

1. Accommodation

Accommodation allowance of USD1040 per month.

HASCO will assist candidates to find suitable accommodation.

2. Base of operation

Shanghai, in People’s Republic of China

3. Duration: 3 years contract

4. Transportation

The crew member will be paid equivalent RMB of USD400 as travel allowance per service month

? No history of accidents or incidents.

? No criminal records.

? Under 53 years old after commencement of contract

B737 NG/EFIS Flight Crew (Non-commuting) -Benefit Package

1.Position: B737 NG/EFIS Captain

3.Term of contract: 3 years, renewable

4.Guaranteed flight hours per month:

Flight crew should ensure 825 block hours every 12 month

5.Days off: 7 days off per month at least

6. Salary:

USD6180/30days (net) during the first 90 (ninety) days of the PILOT’s licensing period

USD10800 (ten thousand eight hundred) per month thereafter

Beijing or cities outside China: RMB5000/month (The accommodation for the first 4 weeks after foreign pilots arrived will be provided by Hainan Airlines)

12. Air Tickets

* HNA will provide the PILOT or his legal family members 3, 4 and 5 international round-trip tickets (confirmed economy class) on any international flight within HNA flight network during first, second and third service year. The PILOT must pay the tickets taxes and fuel surcharge.

* HNA will provide the PILOT or his legal family members 4(four) domestic round-trip tickets (economy class) on any domestic flight within HNA flight network.

13.Paid annual leave

2.5 days paid annual leave per service month. Flight crew can sell this leave to Hainan if both

parties agree.

14.Sick leave: Maximum 10 days with pay

Flight Uniforms, company manuals (electronic version), boarding pass, company ID, navigation bag, overnight bag and headset

4. Guaranteed flight hours per month:

Flight crew should ensure average of 80 block hours every month after first revenue flight. 5. Days off: 10 days off per month at least 6. Salary:

Note: About the Screening cost, Hainan Airlines will pay all the cost for the flight crew during screening, including simulator check, medical check, ATPL examination, English test, air tickets, ground transportation, board and lodging.

3. Shenzhen Airlines

(1) B737 NG Captain

五金仓库管理规定 五金仓库管理规定 1、总则 1.1为规范五金仓库物资管理,本着节俭使用,杜绝浪费,控制 成本的原则,特制定本规定。 2、入库管理 2.1入库时,仓库管理员必须凭送货单、检验合格单办理入库手续,杜绝只见单据不见实物或边办理入库边办理出库的现象。 2.2入库时,仓库管理员必须查点物资的数量、规格型号等项目,如发现物资数量、质量、单据等不齐全时,不得办理入库手续。未 经办理入库手续的物资一律作待入库物料处理放在待入库区域内, 不得与已入库物资混合放置。 2.3已办理入库手续的物资,必须及时分类整理上架,严禁随意 堆放。 3、日常管理 3.1仓库保管员必须合理设置各类物资的明细账簿和台账,按时 报送各类规定的报表。 3.2仓库保管员必须严格按ERP系统和有关管理规程进行日常操作,对当日发生的业务必须及时处理,做到日清日结,确保ERP系 统中物料进出及结存数据正确无误。 3.3做好各类物资的日常核查工作,每个月盘点一次。库存物资 清查盘点中发现问题和差错,应及时查明原因,并进行相应处理。 如发现物料失少或因质量上的问题(如超期、受潮、生锈、老化、变 质或损坏等)需报废处理的,必须填写专门报告经主管领导审核批准 后才可进行处理,否则一律不准自行调整。

3.4仓库保管员必须定期进行各类存货的分类整理,对存放期限较长,逾期失效等不良存货,按季度编制报表,报送相关职能部门领导及财务人员,各职能部门对各类不良存货提出处理意见,责成相关部门及时加以处理。 3.5仓库保管员必须按物资的不同类别、性能、特点和用途分类分区码放,做到"二齐、三清、四号定位"。 a)二齐:物资摆放整齐、库容干净整齐。 b)三清:物料清、数量清、规格标识清。 c)四定位:按区、按排、按架、按位定位。 3.6仓库内严禁烟火,离岗时锁好门窗,做好防火防盗。 4、耗用出库管理 4.1五金标准件和低值易耗品等耗用类物资必须凭领料单方可办量出库,任何人不办理领料手续不得以任何名义从仓库拿走物资。 4.2每个作业班组允许指定两人可以办理领料,指定领料人人员名单需报仓库备案,其他人员不得领料。 4.3有“配比”出库要求的,必须按ERP配比出库,按一般出库的,领料单上必须注明所耗用于的项目和产品名称。 4.4由于生产计划更改等原因引起领用的物资剩余时,应及时办理退库手续作退库处理。 4.5物料积压于个别班组而其他急需领用料的却无法开票领料。 4.6电焊条、钻花、角磨片、导电咀、割咀、锯条等使用后有尾料或残存体的低值易耗品领用时必须按“以旧换新,以一换一”和“限额领取”的原则发放。 4.6非产品生产需要领料,如设备维修、公司基础设施维修用料等,领料单必须经用料部门主管审核签字方可发料,否则一律不得发放。

零件库管理制度 1、目的和适用范围 (1)、目的 保证零件质量、搞好合理储备、降低产品成本,加速流动资金周转,规范保管人员工作,为生产提供优质服务。 (2)、适用范围 本制度适用于军品部中央零件库总库及各生产单位在制品(半成品)库的库房管理。 2、职责 (1)、公司军品部负责中央零件总库管理、总库保管对入总库零件负责收发及保管。 (2)、各生产单位按公司作业计划完工的零组件,由生产单位填写入库单,一式四份(自存二份、中央零件总库、军品部计调各一份)、经检验合格后,方可提交零件总库,保管员按另组件保管说明书进行保管和发放。 (3)、中央零件总库保管员对各生产单位提交入库零组件进行查实(检斤),对批次管理的零件,除检查零件数量和表面质量外,还要检查零件质量合格证的批次、数量、检验印章。 (4)、保管员填写入库单要准确、清楚,零件实物要和经各级检验盖章的合格证三者相符。零组件在所需工位器具和保护措施齐备后方可入库,并在入库单上签字(盖章)。对入库的标准件还要在包装纸(袋)上注明其制造日期。

(5)、保管员在办理接入库手续时,要做到凭证不全不收,手续不齐不收,批次数量不符不收,质量不合格不收。 (6)、同样的零件,可存放在同一架子或抽屉内,但批次要严格分清,不准混批。所保管的帐页结存栏的数量要分清批次,做到帐目卡片和库有零件实物相符合。 (7)、零件摆放整洁、科学、合理、便于清点,对有镀层零件,还要按零件保管说明书规定保存。 (8)、因为设计资料更改,零件库保管员应该按照质量部门发出的库存零件出库通知单要求,认真清理出库,对返修品、退库零件均要重新履行入库手续。 (9)、库房要严格按月份产品作业计划配套,零件保管员按”配套卡片”向装配线发放零组件,对不具备配套的产品,不发放零组件,特殊情况需要带缺件配套时,要经单位负责人批准,所发放的零组件,要有特殊记录,所缺件要有专门人员所要,超过期限,保管员负责收回已发放的零组件并单独存放。对于期间内造成零件质量损失的,通知单位负责人向质量、技术部门反映、解决。 (9.1)、保管员对入库零件的发放,要执行先入库先发放的规定。 (9.2)、当出现带缺件配套产品情况,相关保管员应随时同负责该缺件催要的调度人员或单位负责人保持信息传递,加快配套进度。 (10)、对公司外单位求援的零组件,必须由主管计划员同意并签发”发货通知单”,保管员以此付货。 (11)、公司内有关单位做试验,质量分析需领用零件时,除有其单位负责人批准的试验卡片外,还应填写”零组件领用单”,由主管计划员签字同意后,

1.0 目的 1.1 本管理办法主要规范标准件的选用要求、选用说明,新增标准件的选用要求、申请流程,PLM系统标准件的维护及数据上传,《标准件选用数据表》及相关附件的维护更新。 1.2 本管理办法导出了PLM系统中标准件库中的数据,加以分类、整理、细化,对其中“不选”状态进行了详细说明,努力建成一个准确、有效的《标准件选用数据表》供全公司使用。 2.0 适用范围 本管理办法适用于公司内所有项目研发、试产、量产各阶段的标准件、企标件的引用。 3.0 术语定义 3.1 紧固件:用于紧固连接、固定各功能件,能满足通用互换的一类机械零件,包括但不限于螺柱、螺栓、螺钉、螺母、铆钉、环箍、卡扣、管夹等。紧固件分为标准件和企标件。 3.2 标准件:使用《汽车标准件手册》推荐的类别,符合国家标准或汽车行业标准的紧固件和部分超标准紧固件和其他类的元件。后面描述中未具体区分的统指所有标准件。 3.3 企标件:结构形式与国家标准或汽车行业标准推荐的类别相近,可参照国家标准或汽车行业标准,在企业当中通用性很强的紧固件和其他类元件。主要指为实现特殊功能,在标准件的基础上增加或减少部件,或在标准件基础上形状有较大变化的紧固件。 3.4 超标准的标准件:与标准件不同项目不超出三项,仅螺纹长度或螺纹规格与标准推荐相近的,但不在标准推荐范围内的紧固件可以定义为标准件。仅性能等级为公司常用,供应商能实现量产,而标准未推荐的紧固件,可以定义为标准件。仅表面处理方式为常用表面处理方式,而此表面处理方式标准未推荐的,可以定义为标准件。变化超过三项以上的,不再定义为标准件。

备品配件管理制度 备品配件管理是设备运行、检修工作的一个重要组成部分。做好风电场设备的备品配件管理工作,对于及时消除设备缺陷,防止故障的发生和加速故障抢修,缩短停运时间,提高设备健康水平,保证安全、经济运行十分重要。为此,特制订本管理制度。 1.总则 备品配件管理是一项专业技术性较强的工作,风电场应设立专、兼职人员加强管理。 备品配件管理主要内容包括:备品配件分类;备件计划编制;备品配件规范;备品配件购置定货;备品配件存储保管、领用、补充;备品配件资金管理等。 备品配件管理实行风电场现场储备、管理。各风电场储备备品配件的品种及数量,由公司归口管理部门统一核定,并视备品配件的使用情况,对各风电场管理的备品配件进行调配。 为保证安全生产,备品配件必须根据生产实际、资金情况核定计划和储备,备品配件应保证随时可以使用,使用后应适时补充。 制定科学、合理的备品配件计划和符合风电场实际情况的储备方式。备品配件工作要贯彻勤俭节约的方针,充分利用国内市场修造能力,解决配件的制造和加工,大力开展修旧利废活动。 2.备品配件 按备品配件用途分类

2.1.1事故备件:当风力发电主设备或主要辅助设备发生事故时需要更换的较重要的部件或特殊材料,该类备件一般指加工制造周期长、机件占用资金较大或比较特殊的材料并有特殊的规范要求等。如:风电机叶片、发电机、齿轮箱等。 2.1.2易损件备件:是指故障多发,有一定规律性、用量较多的备件。 2.1.3消耗性备品:在生产运行中,需定期补充使用的备件,如:润滑油脂。 2.1.4一般性备件:故障率小、投入使用周期较长,用量比较少或经 过维修后可以再次投入使用的备件,包括某些标准件。 3.备件计划及编制 备品配件计划管理是备品配件管理的基础工作,以保障安全生产及满足运行、检修工作需要,并重视备品配件储备品种、数量与资金占用之间的矛盾,要摸清设备的使用情况及设备可能发生事故的规律性,实事求是地确定其品种和数量,确定合理的定货周期,减少资金占用。风电场应认真编制备品配件消耗定额、事故备品储备定额,并按规定程序审批后执行。 备品配件计划编制应采取风电场及公司生产管理部门两级管理方式来进行。备品配件计划编制以一年为一周期。 备品配件计划编制主要内容应包括 3.4.1备品配件编号:风电机组备件编号要与风电机组厂家编号一致。 3.4.2备品配件名称:要求名称准确、具体。国外进口备品配件要同时标注外文名称。 3.4.3备品配件规格 3.4.4备品配件制造厂家 3.4.5备品配件图纸编号

现场标识管理规定 一适用范围 本管理规定仅适用于xxxx集团第x工程有限公司承担的金属结构加工、安装过程的标识管理。 二标识方法 工程施工生产过程中的标识,根据工程的特点和技术文件规定,标识可采用低应力钢印标识法,书写标识法,标签标识法,涂色标识法等。无论采用哪种方法标识,均不能影响产品的使用功能,当需要时,应对标识情况作以记录,但符合以下三种情况时,不允许使用钢印进行标识。 a)厚度小于或等于6mm的钢材; b)不锈钢和有色材料; c)低温产品用钢; 除此之外,还可使用施工记录进行标识。 三物资标识 3.1钢材的标识 3.1.1钢板的标识采用书写标识与涂色标识相结合的方法。在钢板的两端用白色标识出其规格、材质、批号、厂家等,若是成捆到货,在最上一张标识。钢板在分割或打捆时进行标识移置。为区分合金钢板与普板的区别,对合金板进行色标,具体见附表-1; 3.1.2型钢同钢板标识基本一致; 3.1.3钢管标识与钢板标识方法基本一致。 3.2配件标识 3.2.1法兰标识,采用钢印、色标、标牌相结合的办法,到货法兰钢印作为原始标识,色标作为直观识别材质标识,具体色标见附表-1,库存法兰应有标签标识; 3.2.2弯头的标识采用书写标识,表明规格型号、材质,为直观区分材质,用色标作为辅助标识,色标规定见附表-1; 3.2.3螺栓标识,用标签和色标相结合的方法,将颜色涂在螺栓两端具体规定见附表-1;

修订记录 一、目的 对所采购的标准件的质量进行控制,对进货检验所涉及的技术要求、检验方法、抽 样等进行规定。 二、适用范围 适用于螺栓、螺母、平垫、弹垫、销轴等标准件的进货检验。 三、一般性检查(按S-3级, AQL=2.5) 3.1 查随货技术资料质量证明书,证明该标准符合标准要求和订货合同证明书应包括: 1. 供方名称或厂标; 2. 制造依据的标准; 3. 精度级别; 4. 表面处理方法。 3.2 外观检查 3.2.1抽查是否有等级钢印标志 a) 性能等级为4.6、5.6及≥8.8级的螺栓、螺钉必须标志; b) 性能等级为5级及≥8级的螺母必须标志; c) 螺纹直径≥5mm的螺栓、螺钉、螺母才需要标志。 3.2.2 螺钉表面: 表面应光洁、平整、无毛刺、无锈斑、无缺牙、无烂牙,镀层不得有起泡、脱落或锌白等缺陷,厚度应满足规定要求。 四、尺寸检查(按S-3级,AQL= 2.5) 依据相关的国标或技术要求进行检查 4.1 对螺栓、螺钉及螺母,应检查螺纹大小径、螺纹导入长度、螺距,同时使用相应的螺纹 规止通规进行检测; a) 电镀前的螺栓、螺钉应使用公差等级为6g螺纹环规检查,电镀后的螺栓、螺 钉应使用公差等级为6h螺纹环规检查;

b) 电镀前的螺母应使用公差等级为6G螺纹止通规及塞规检查,电镀后的螺母应 使用公差等级为6H螺纹止通规及塞规检查; c) 螺栓、螺母、螺钉通规检查须每个螺纹能顺利通过才合格,止规检查最多只能 通过两个螺纹才合格。 4.2 对自攻螺钉类,按标准要求进行螺纹尺寸检测:螺纹外径、末端外径、螺纹导入 长度、螺距。 五、性能检查 5.1 硬度检查(每批抽3Pcs试验,按Ac/Re=0/1判定) a) 根据实际情况,对大于或等于M8的螺栓、螺钉、螺母直接在洛氏硬度计上测试即可; b) 有机械性能等级要求时,按对应的国标或图纸进行检验;未作要求时;螺栓、 螺钉必须为4.8级,螺母必须为8级; c) 对于自攻、自挤螺钉,硬度检测应制成镶件,测试其表面硬度、芯部硬度及渗碳层深度。 1. 自攻、自挤螺钉热处理后的表面硬度应≥450HV0.3 2. 自攻钉热处理后的芯部硬度: 螺纹≤ST3.9:270~390 HV5 螺纹≤ST4.2:270~390 HV10 3. 自挤螺钉热处理后芯部硬度应为290~370HV10 4. 自攻螺纹规格与渗碳层的关系: 5. 自挤螺钉螺纹规格与渗碳层的关系: 6. 自攻螺钉表面硬度测试应在平面上进行,并优先在头部进行。 7. 自挤螺钉表面硬度测试可在螺钉的末端、杆部或头部进行;若是在仲裁试 验时,对螺纹公称直径≥4mm的螺钉,应使用维氏显微硬度计HV0.1进行测试,

1.目的 规范公司的封样管理、明确封样条件、封样、封样件发放、使用及保管。 2. 适用范围 本规定适用于公司外购外协件、生产现场、过程检验的封样管理。 3. 术语和定义 3.1封样:为保证生产、检验的准确性,对无法或者不易定量评价的检验或者操作标准采用实物、图片、模型等方式进行直观描述的措施。 4. 职责 4.1中试部:负责对外购材料的认证及封样。 4.2品质部:负责接收、管理封样件。 4.3采购部:负责提交封样试验件并接收、发放给相应的供货厂家,对供货厂家的封样件管理进行监督,检查。 5. 作业内容 5.1封样条件 5.1.1用于进货检验的零部件: 5.1.1.1在出现下列情况之一时,允许临时封样,临时封样期限不能超过一个月: A、新产品开发阶段(如小批试用)的零部件暂时无图纸; B、更改流程未走完。 5.1.1.2在图纸不能对零部件的真实性有清晰明确的表达时(如颜色、结构装配等),可进行封样,具体见附录二。 5.2封样 5.2.1中试部接到封样要求后,应积极组织封样并对封样样品进行确认,对需要封样的内容进行检验、测试,对无法验证的项目必要时可以委外进行检测。 5.2.2 封样样品确认合格后,填写《封样样品标签》(见附录一),明确封样名称、型号规格、有效期、供应商等。 5.2.3封样人员对封样的有效性负责,如果使用接收部门对封样项目或封样标签上所注明的信息有异议,使用部门应及时向封样人提出,由封样人员进行重新确认。若在与封样人员进行充分沟通仍未能达成一致的情况下,有权拒收封样,并向部门经理提出仲裁。 5.2.4原则上不同产地的物料需要供应商提供所有产地的样品进行认证和封样,但有部分材料供应商在送样的时候因为各种原因无法覆盖到所有产地,对于此类情况的物料,当已认证的物料无法保证供货的情况下,允许对未认证的产地的物料进行采购,但在物料送货前采购部必须邮件通知到品质部、中试部、质量管理部,品质部除了按照常规检验项目进行检验外,还需要抽取3片到板上进行功能测试,对于需要做可靠性试验的物料,需要提交给中试部测试,具体器件清单见(附录三),该批物在料试用合格后,由品质部提供样品给中试部按照要求进行封样,后续该产地的物料可以按照正常流程采购、检验。 5.3 封样件的发放 5.3.1封样部门将封样样品及样品承认书连同封样标签,一般情况下一式三份下发,一份返还供应商作为留底证据,一份下发到采购部、一份下发到品质部,对于非标塑胶、五金件需要增加一份封样,由品质部下发给外协加工厂,并在使用部门的《封样台账》
