Conclusions

Amicro—displacementmeasuringsystemiscomposedbyLeggOpticalInstrumentsJGX-2gratingsensor(measuringrange700nlm,pitchis0.02nlnl)andcircuitentitiestorealizemicro—dis—placementdetectioninthispaper.Anovelsubdivisionanddirec-tionrecognizingmethodbasedontheembeddeddifferentialMealystatemachineisadoptedintheMoir晷fringesdetectingsystem.

Thecircuitmodulesdesignisaccomplished

bychipEP2C8Q208ofAheraCompany.Comparedwithothers,thismethodhascharacteristics,suchasclearsystemstructure,highersystemsynchronizationstability,andeasysubdivisionalgorithmup-grade,portableandhigheruniversality.
