摘要分析金融工程专业应用型本科人才培养模式创新的必要性，针对应用型高校金融工程人才培养方面存在的一些问题，从创建专业特色、加强教师队伍建设、优化课程体系设置和建设校内外实训基地等方面提出解决方案。

Abstract This paper discusses the necessity on the training mode innovation offinancial engineeringprogram in application －oriented university．Aiming at problems in current training system ，it proposes a formula to improve fi-nancial talents training strandard ，such as highlighting the program＇s feature ，strengthening the construction of teach-ing staff ，optimizing the curriculum system ，constructing training bases in and out of campus ，etc．

金融工程学是从20世纪80年代开始兴起的
一门工程型交叉学科，它将工程思维引入金融科
学研究，通过各种工程技术方法在金融领域的应
用，设计和创新金融产品并解决各种金融问题。
金融工程学标志着传统金融学走向了产品化和工
程化。我国金融工程应用型人才培养主要集中在本科阶段，相关高校要不断创新金融工程专业应用型本科人才培养模式，不断提高人才培养质量以培养适应时代和金融形势发展需要的应用型金融人才。
