加强高职院校园林技术专业学生实践能力培养的主要措施

摘要：基于对高职院校园林技术专业实践教学现状的分析，总结出内蒙古农业大学职业
技术学院加强园林技术专业学生学习实践能力培养措施，主要包括：以加强学生实践动手能力培养为目标，通过构建科学合理的课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、加强实训基地建设、探索科学合理的实训考核方式、举办园林景观设计大赛等强化实践教学环节。随着教学质量的稳步提升，近3a来，我院园林技术专业第一志愿录取率始终为100%，毕业生一次就业率高达98%以上。

Several Measures to Strengthen the Practice Ability of the Garden Technology Professional Students in Higher Vocational Technology College

Abstract：Based on the analysis of practical teaching status of the garden technology professional students in higher vocational technology college，this article puts forward several measures to increase the students’practice ability.Measures such as reconstructing scientific course system，increasing quality of teachers，perfecting practical training base construction，exploring the scientific practice assessment methods and holding landscape design competition.In recent 3 years，along with education and teaching quality improved steadily，the first voluntary admission rate is 100%，and the first graduates signing rate is over 98%.

随着我国城镇化步伐的不断加快以及各个城市争创国家园林城市战略的实施，社会对园林专业人才的需求量与日俱增，从事园林行业的人才缺口很大，园林行业被誉为当今的朝阳产业[1]。高等职业技术教育以培养适应生产、建设、管理、服务第一线需要的高等技术应用型专
门人才为根本任务[2]。在这样的时代背景下，近些年来，全国的高等职业院校陆续设置了园
林技术或园林工程技术专业，为培养园林行业急需的高素质技术技能型人才，缓解园林人才需
