Today, our class held a discussion about whether students should use cell phones at school. Opinions are divided on this problem.

Some students hold their view that students should carry cell phones. They think that 21st century is a modern age and full of information. A cell phone is one of the quickest tools for us to exchange information. what’s more, if there is a sudden accident, it is more convenient for us to dial for help immediately. Besides, we can relax ourselves by playing cell phone games when we get tired during our studies.

Others disagree, saying that students should not use cell phone. Firstly, almost all schools can offer public telephones to students, so there is no need to carry it. Secondly, when your cell phone rings out in class suddenly, not only does it influence yourself, but also it disturbs others. Thirdly, some students are addicted to playing games, and some even download improper messages and videos.

In my opinion, students had better not use cell phone. For one thing, we should focus on studies, and it is a waste of time and money to use it. For another, cell phone bill is also a heavy burden on families of students, since we are absolutely consumers. Therefore, there is no need for students to use cell phones.

四、具体工作和主要措施: 1.经过高一一年的强化学习,有一少部分的学生掌握了英语学习的基本方法,形成了相对较好的学习习惯,部分学生能够主动地进行英语学习,但不可否认的是,由于我们相当一部分的学生英语没有基础或基础太差,在高一一年的学习中虽然也在努力向上了,但结果并不乐观,仍有相当大部分的学生的学习还处于被动和逼迫学习状态,课上睡觉、不听课、不学习等等因此英语课堂教学的难度真的很大很大。(面试 网 .mian4.) 2.对策 由于普通学校的这种极端特殊的情况,经过实践经验,本人觉得教学应该从实际出发,因材施教,分类推进,并尽快拉齐全体教学进度。并配合学校对学生进行全面的督促,让学生们日有所得,周有所会,月有收获。加强中等生和后进生的辅导工作,让后进生不掉队,增强包生和辅导工作,尽量让后进生不掉队,中等生向上赶,优秀生突出来。或尽量使优秀一点的学生吃得饱,有发展这样多层次的方式进行教学。 3.对学科思想进行深入细致的探究。 通过研究和探讨,深刻体会英语学科的思想,了解本学科的本质,构建本学科的整体教学思路,钻研本学科的特点,在学生的长期英语教育上下苦功夫,教给学生英语的学习方法,为学生未来的学习和运用英语打下坚实的基础。 4.在教学过程中,认真钻研教材,课程标准,研讨学法和教法上,保持同年级英语教学大体上做到六个统一:统一课时,统一学习目标,统一重点、难点,统一检测题,统一估计学生练习后存在的问题及点拨方法,统一课堂作业。 第 3 页共 6 页
