四、培养创新精神和实践能力的途径
我们学校教学的问题的存在不仅仅是教育制度和老师的教育方法的问题，同时也有学生等方面的问题，这不是把国外的教育模式生搬硬套进来就能解决的问题。但我们可以批判地吸收国外高校培育人才的经验，改变学校一些不合理的制度，提高老师的教学质量，培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。
（一）作为一所专科院校，一些与专业相关的必修课程不可能太少，但可以适当增加选修课数量和课时，让学生有更多的机会学习自己感兴趣的知识，并且在选修前鼓励学生到课堂内旁听。
（二）增加实训课的次数，提高学生解决实际问题的能力，积累实践经验。
（三）逐步提高学生参与课堂讨论的积极性。调整课堂时间的安排，减少讲解的时间，给学生与学生之间、学生与老师之间更多交流的机会，给学生充分发表自己见解和自主
