1. QSA/QPA approval guideline
Even though the overall score is higher than 90%, if any of individual section scored lower than 80%, then the supplier will not be given “approval”.
Supplier scored lower than 90%:
It's not allowed to issue new score after follow up audit. Audit score can be changed only with a new QSA/QPA
Minimum period for Re-Audit
As long as audit CA 100% were completed or GCQM/GSQM feel comfortable, then re-audit can be implemented regardless of period.
Here is a guideline, 3~6 months period is recommended.
Supplier in AVL
Regarding the new supplier or the new factory of existing supplier, mass product can be started after passing the audit.
As regard of the existing factory for existing product once it fail the audit, it requires corrective action within one month. If the factory fails again on the new audit,
Dell SEQ team informs GCT, it's a high potential risk to continuous MP at the existing manufacturing site.
2. Results of Dell SEQ Quality Systems Audit
Dell SEQ will perform a Quality Systems Audit at a minimum of once every other year or at the discretion of the Dell GSQM.
Full latest audit report(s) will be placed with corrective action status in the identified QMP appendix.
3. Results of Dell SEQ Quality Process Audit
Dell SEQ or JQE (if delegated) will perform a Quality Process Audit at a minimum of once every year or at the discretion of the Dell GSQM.
