EMC磁阵上部一般都有两个扁扁的长方形的比较重的铁盒子,这是EMC磁阵的电池组(EMC称之为SPS),
EMC电池组具有UPS以及实现磁阵写缓存的功能.

外面的市电需要先接到EMC电池组,然后通过EMC电池组再给EMC磁阵的两个控制器供电.
EMC将控制器称之为机头,从后面看,右边的机头称之为SPA,左边的机头称之为SPB.

切记一个EMC电池组只能接一个机头,否则会烧设备.机头通过EMC提供的串口线(该串口线叫电源
监控线)连接电池组,这样可以实现EMC磁阵的写缓存的功能,该电源监控线是必须,不然EMC磁阵
无法确认EMC电池组是否工作正常.

SPA和SPB只要有一个有供电就能供两个SP正常运作,包括两个SP的网口以及串口.

EMC串口的访问方式和两台Windows通过串口直连几乎一样,通过下载EMC的日志,可以完全
看出EMC中的SP就是Windows系统,难怪EMC的磁阵质量都很差,性能很不稳定.

EMC磁阵的串口位于EMC磁阵背面机头上端DB9针公口(或者是网口状的串口),旁边的图标为一个长方形
显示器,每个机头都有串口.

串口线连接SPA(在EMC背面右边一块板子上的串口),旁边的图标为一个长方形显示器
然后windows机器拨号--直接连接,端口选择COM1或者COM2,速度是115200,启用硬件流控制
用户密码clariion:clariion!
拨上后windows机器获得的IP地址是192.168.1.2/32,
在windows机器上访问http://192.168.1.1/setup.html就可以了,这是不需要用户以及密码就
可以访问的.
其中192.168.1.1这个IP是通过直连拨号才可以访问的,并且只要直连拨号上去就可以访问
192.168.1.1这个地址,不需要用户密码。

如果从网络上访问EMC磁阵,那么就需要把SPA或者SPB的网络接口连接上,并且从网络访问EMC磁阵
需要输入用户密码.
EMC磁阵的缺省用户密码是admin:password或者admin:admin

1.1.1.1是可以SPA的网卡默认的IP地址,这是一个可以设置的IP地址,
可以在http://192.168.1.1/setup.html界面的"IP Address"中进行设置,设置完IP配置后SPA系统
会重启,其中的"Peer IP Address"表明心跳线网口的IP地址,一般为SPB的网卡IP地址.

1.1.1.2是SPB网卡默认的IP地址,这也是一个可以配置的IP地址,同样需要串口线连接到SPB进行设置.
SPB界面中的http://192.168.1.1/setup.html界面中的"Peer IP Address"心跳线网口的IP地址,一般
为SPA的网卡IP地址.

设置完SPA/SPB网卡的IP地址后,可以通过http://1.1.1.1/start.html来具体配置EMC磁阵.
如果不知道SP网卡的IP地址,也可以通过直连拨号上去,
使用http://192.168.1.1/start.html来配置EMC.

如果忘记EMC磁阵的密码,可以在http://192.168.1.1/setup.html选择按钮"Create New Account"
来创建新的账号访问EMC,注意已经存在的账号无法修改密码.
也可以通过在http://192.168.1.1/set

up.html选择按钮"Destroy Security and Domain Information"来
删除所有的EMC磁阵内的所有账号信息.

http://192.168.1.1/setup.html的按钮"Set Privileged User"与Navicli(EMC Navisphere AGENT客户端软件)有
关,不宜随便设置.

默认情况下,SP打开的TCP服务端口有:

在连接EMC阵列的主机上需要安装Agent(EMC Navisphere AGENT,软件包为NAVIAGNT.pkg,大小40M左右),
安装后重起,EMC阵列才能管理主机.

安装完NAVIAGNT.pkg后可以通过实用工具navicli连接SP地址的TCP 6389端口来管理EMC磁阵,例如

注意:在使用navicli管理EMC磁阵时先要到SPA或者SPB上去设置允许访问该磁阵SP的主机地址
以及主机上的用户名,设置完后该主机上的这个用户可以同时访问SPA和SPB:
在磁阵SP上设置的地方是https://192.168.0.9/setup/setprivilegeduser

获取所有的日志类文件,并放到D:\下

EMC磁阵的创建顺序的是先创建RAID Group,指定RAID Group里的磁盘,然后在RAID Group
里Bind LUN来创建LUN,指定LUN的大小,RAID类型,归属于哪个SP.这中间Bind LUN耗时较
长,须耐心等待,EMC显示为大写的T

注意: 连接到SPA任一光纤接口(每个SP有两个光纤接口)的主机只能采访到归属于SPA的LUN.

同一个RAID组的的所有磁盘必须是相同容量的的同等规格的磁盘. 而 hot spare 盘必须大于
或等于磁盘阵列中所有硬盘的容量

然后创建Storage Gro

up,在Storage里指定LUN以及可以访问这些LUN的Hosts,目的是
将LUN映射到Host,以便Host能够看到LUN

移除的时候先将LUN从Storage Group中移出,然后Unbind LUN,最后删除RAID Group

识别新添加的磁盘
powercf -q
powermt config

实时查看I/O:
powermt monitor
查看所有设备:
powermt display dev=all

更正:实时监测I/O: powermt watch

注册powerpath license: emcpreg -add key

查看当前license: powermt check_registration

实在不行的话,powermt remove dev=all;powermt config。


右键LUN,找到第三个菜单Trespass,可以将LUN的当前归属机头从A切换到B或者从B切换到A。
如果因为LUN归属机头不正确,加载驱动时则出现如下字样:
