【摘要】鱼类食性受多种因素包括内在的遗传和生理因素如食欲、消化道结构以及外在的饵料性质如蛋白来源、饲料适口性等的影响,是遗传改良研究中的一个重要内容。其中功能基因的遗传调控是食性的主要决定因素之一。笔者概述了鱼类食欲调控相关基因的多态性及其与食性的相关性研究进展,并对鱼类食性改良和人工饲料蛋白源等方面进行了综述,以期为培育食性改良品种提供科学参考。%Feeding habit which is regulated by many factors including the intrinsic and external factors, such as appetite, structure of the digestive tract and feed palatability, is an important content in the study of genetic improvement. The genetic regulation is one of the major parts among the researches. This research reported the progress of the polymorphism of genes associated with appetite and its correla-tion with feeding habits, and summarized the studies on improvements of fish feed-ing and protein sources of the artificial feeding in order to provide theoretic basis for cultivating the improved varieties in feeding habit.
