本单元是初中教学的最后一个单元,学生们通过之前的学习已经完成初中阶段全部的学习内容,本课的核心任务是围绕回顾初三学习生活这一话题,加深对一般现在时、一般过去时、过去进行时及现在完成时的理解及运用。为下面的诗歌赏析课和语法复习课,奠定知识和情感基础,也为即将进入的总复习做好心理上的铺垫。

通过两年多的学习和积累,学生已经基本熟悉一般现在时、一般过去时、过去进行时及现在完成时这几种时态的用法以及结构,积累了一定的词汇和句型,再通过本课听说材料中信息的捕捉,具备与同伴回顾谈论本课的中心话题的能力。2.3 Class data本班实际

First, let Ss read the sentences, then play the record and check the answer. Ss listen again and match each question with the name of the person. Ss listen the third time and fill in the blanks. Lastly, Ss work on 2c and role-play a conversation in your groups using the information in 2a and 2b.

5.4 Oral output

Activity 2d talks about the teachers who Judy and Clara miss the most and the reasons.

5.4.1 T can guide Ss to understand the whole conversation. T can play the recording for Ss to listen and repeat. Read the conversation in roles between Judy and Clara.

5.4.2 T can encourage Ss to read the conversation alone and find out the answers to the following questions such as,

5.5Sentence Interpretation 难句理解

5.5.1 Someone was advised to take a break from running by a teacher.某人被老师建

议停止跑步休息一会儿。

advise 后接动词作宾语时,要用动名词,不用不定式;但若其后接的动词前有宾语,此动词用作宾语补足语时,则此动词要用不定式。即说advise doing sth (建议做某事)或advise sb to do sth (建议某人做某事)。take a break休息一下,休息一会儿。

5.5.2 She helped you to work out the answers yourself no matter how difficult they were. 她帮助你自己算出答案,无论它们有多难。

work out算出,解决,想出、制定出。no matter作“无论”、“不管”解,常与what、which、where、how等连用。

put in effort“花工夫, 把力用在某件事情上”。double 动词,“使加倍、是……的两倍”;形容词,“双重的;成双的;两倍的”名词“双倍、两倍”。
