1.Purpose 目的
The purpose of this standard is the define how to assign part numbers , writer their description .
此项标准的目的是定义如何指派产品和编写它们的描述。
2. Scope 范围
This procedure applies to any xxx site that has the need to establish a part number system, separate from that used by a xxx Customer.
程序适用于同客户使用相区别而需要建立产品编号系统的 xxx。
3.Definitions定义
3.1 Site prefix, also known as company number Three-digit plant code or the Baan plant number from the Company
Numbers section of the Data Handbook. This allows each site to have its own BOM structure and AML for common manufactured products for a customer. The design centers will not have a site prefix on their part numbers 。xxx prefix is 137.
对于前缀，同公司编码一样被所知。来自公司编码数据手册的工厂代码，或Baan 系统中的代码编码以三个数字为标准。这就允许每一站点对客户的制造产品要有它们自己的材料清单和批准的制造商清单。xxx工厂代码137。
3.2 Item Prefix: The 3 digit alpha code that defines the customer.

4. Responsibility 职责
4.1 Product engineer should assignment part number, And transfer customer part number into our internal part number .
产品工程师将指派产品编号，并将客户的产品编号转化为公司内部的产品编号。
4.2 Product engineer should transfer part description and give out a part name .
产品工程师师应转化零部件的描述，给出其品名。
4.3 DCC should check part number and description if correct.
文控将检查产品编号是否正确
4.4 Indirect material buyer should assign the indirect material part number.
间接采购员将指派间接物料的产品编号
5. Procedure 程序
5.1 PM submit customer BOM to DCC. DCC forward customer BOM to product engineer. Product engineer transfer
to internal BOM,
项目经理提交客户的物料清单给文控。文控提交客户的物料清单给产品工程师，产品工程师转化为内部物料清单。

5.2 PM confirm the customer and inform the PE which part is RoHS parts ,non RoHS parts or lead free part.
PM 同客户沟通确认哪些零件是RoHS 或非RoHS零件或无铅零件
5.3If customer have themselves part number assignment ways. PE will continue use the customer part number, Only
add our item prefix.
如果客户有其自己的编码原则，产品工程师将继续使用客户的产品编号，仅在及编号前增加项目前缀。
5.4 If the RoHS parts , And customer parts have a unique parts number assignment ways. We can identified its RoHS
parts from the customer part number. We only continue use the customer part number and only add our item prefix. Otherwise we will add “H” to identified its RoHS parts.
如果是 RoHS零件,客户有其自己的特殊的编码原则，并且从客户的产品编号上可以识别是RoHS 的零件，将继续使用客户的产品编号，仅增加项目前缀。否则将增加“H”识别RoHS 零件。
5.5 For RoHS parts description, add the “RoHs “before its description.
对于RoHs零件的描述，应增加“RoHs”在其描述前以此识别。
5.6 For the lead free part, add” H” after item prefix to identified it and should add “pbfee” in description.
对于无铅的零件,在项目前缀后增加“H”识别，并在描述中增加“pbfree”作为识别。
5.7 PE should transfer parts description into 30 characters. And description will including the contents by sequence
of ,part name, model，value, package, and etc.
产品工程师转换产品的描述应在30 个字符之内，并且零件的描述的顺序应是品名，型号，数值，包装方式等。
5.8 For the new project, There is should add dash after the item prefix.
对于新的项目，将在项目后增加“-”
5.9 For Consigned material from the customer, the letter “C” will be added after the customer prefix
对于客户委托的材料，将在客户前缀后书写“C”
5.10 If the customer owns the specification, but does not have a part number, one can be assigned using the part type part
and selecting Flex Customer as the auto number, this will assign the next sequential number and the dash number.
如果客户有自己的产品规格，但没有产品编号。其一可以指派使用零件类型并选择伟创力客户作为自动编号.
5.11 The standard format suggested for descriptions is noun, adjective, etc. And must be in English. Use commas
between words, no spaces after commas.
描述的标准格式建议使用名词，形容词等。并且必须使用英语,词之间使用逗号,逗号之后没有空格。
