1、为龙门式深裙部结构,采用高强度灰铸铁制造,机体上部无缸套安装肩胛,而采用一种特殊的钢制垫板结构,避免产生应力集中。(衬垫0.2mm,钢板10mm)Made of high intensity gray iron,with no cylinder fixing scapular,applying with a special steel liner structure to avoid stress concentration(Gasket 0.2 mm, Steel 10mm)

(五)121柴油机结构特点及装配工艺

结构:上部矩形密封环槽,对圆角挤压处理(冷处理),离心式浇铸,表面淬火处理,下部三道水封组成。Structure:rectangle sealed circle flute on the top, extruded round corner(cold treatment),centrifugal casting,surface quenching treatment,three water sealing at bottom

高处钢板面High Steel Surface: 0.033-0.175mm

①与②高度≤0.05(相临两缸),六缸高度差≤0.1

1、结构:①五档轴承②第一档压力润滑。其他飞溅润滑③推力片(带保险垫片)④压紧螺钉不对称

1.structure ①five speed bearing②第一档压力润滑。其他飞溅润滑first gear-pressure feed lubrication, other adopt splash lubrication③推力片(带保险垫片)thrust plate(④压紧螺钉不对称compaction bolt is asymmetric 2、装配:到位时插入推力片,螺钉扭矩24Nm,推力间隙0.18—0.08mm,装好后保险保好assemble: insert the thrust plate when it come to the position, the torque requirement is 24Nm and the space is 0.18-0.08mm, then make sure position assurance

动力改变世界四、曲轴的装配Assembly of Crankcase

结构:合金钢整体模锻,带平衡、轴颈淬硬,轴承钢背浇铝合金0.20—0.30mm Structure: integral die forging of alloy steel, shaft neck is balanced quench-hardened, bearing back is with casted aluminum alloy of 0.20—0.30mm

装曲轴assemble crankshaft:1、按要求装入轴瓦(瓦背严禁加油)assemble bearing as per the requirement(the lubrication on the back of bearing is forbidden)

2、曲轴轻轻吊入(不能盘车)assemble crankshaft (don’t turn)

3、插入推力片(注意油槽方向,第七档)insert the thrust plate( pay attention to the direction of oil groove, 7th gear)

4、主轴承盖按顺序要求装入(记号在凸轮轴一侧)assemble main bearing in order(the mark is on the side of crankshaft)

5、用铜棒击打到位knock it to the position with copper stick

6、螺栓螺纹加机油add oil to bolt

7、螺栓由中间朝二头对角均匀。分三次,第一次

随手搬;第二次41±4Nm;第三次转角90°±5°

tight the bolt 3 times from the center to the sides and on the cross. First time conveniently, and second time torque require is 41±4Nm, third time should be 90°±5°

8、扭劲一次,曲轴盘一转the shaft turn one round during every tighten

9、测量推力间隙0.122—0.579mm thrust clearance should be 0.122—0.579mm

动力改变世界五、活塞连杆装配Assembly of Piston Link

活塞结构:piston structure 1、销孔中心向主推力偏1mm the center of the pin hole is disalignment from main thrust 1mm.

2、第一、二道槽镶上耐磨铸铁1st and 2nd groove was inlay of abrasion resistant casting iron

3、三道环:第一道梯形桶面环、第二道内切锥

面环、第三道内撑弹网油环3 rings: first is Trapezoid barrels of Central ring, and second is Endo-cone ring, the third ring is Shoring net oil ring 活塞连杆组重量差≤20g the weight difference of piston crank linkage≤20g 部装:assemble parts1、装第一道卡环install first clasp

2、连杆大头背面有字母,与活塞顶面“V”对准there is mark on the bigger end of the rod, make sure it is Alignment with “V”on the surface of piston

3、环平面UP标记朝上there is “UP”label on the ring

4、油环弹网接口与环接口180°the angle of connection between net and ring

5、环口避开销孔及主推力面central ring hole should avoid pin hole and main thrust

动力改变世界总装:assemble 1、清洁加油clean and add oil

2、曲轴盘下止点lower dead center of crankshaft

3、专用导套Dedicated guide bush

4、轻轻推入(注意活塞顶面标记)V对机体顶V对准push it into the position gently (pay attention to the mark on the piston surface) “V”

5、螺钉螺纹加油,螺母随手拧紧,注意方向add oil to bolt and tighten the nut conveniently, pay attention to the direction

6、机体反转180°,连杆螺钉由中间朝二头对角均匀

2次41±4Nm,第二次转角90°±5 °(150-

160Nm)turn the body 180%, tighten the bolt from the center to sides and on cross. First time require 41±4Nm. And second time turn 90°±5 °(require150-160Nm)

7、检查大头侧向间隙check the space of bigger side

动力改变世界六、装过渡板、凸轮轴齿轮(注意垫片及定位)assemble Transitional board, camshaft bearing( take care of plate and position)

凸轮轴齿轮camshaft bearing:1、曲轴盘第一缸上止点位置upper dead center of first cylinder on crankshaft

2、主动齿轮“C”标记与凸轮轴齿轮

“C”标记对准driving bearing mark”C”to camshaft bearing mark “C”

3、两个螺钉扭矩55±7Nm,

推力间隙0.18—0.08mm torque require of 2 bolts is 55±7Nm and thrust space is 0.18—0.08mm

七、油泵惰齿轮轴及齿轮室

先装前齿轮壳、飞轮壳,前齿轮壳要求:1、先放高压泵传动齿轮,注意孔锥度方向;2、垫片及定位关系

Equipped the front gear housing and fly wheel housing at first. Requirements on equipping front gear housing:1.Equipped the high pressure pump transmission gear, pay attention to the direction of hole taper.2.Equipped the gasket and pay attention to the orientation.

装机油泵,推力间隙0.10—0.41mm

Equipped the oil pump, thrust clearance is 0.10-0.41mm

机油泵装配Requirements on equipping oil pump:1、Cleanness清洁

2、注意泵体座与机体定位要求

Pay attention to the orientation between pump washer and opposite part

3、保证机油泵过桥齿与曲轴主动齿轮0.97—

0.21mm

Ensure the clearance between oil pump driving gear and

crankshaft is 0.97-0.21mm

4、两根长短螺钉不能装错

Don’t make mistake on equipping the long bolt and the

short bolt.

动力改变世界八、油底壳装配Assembly of Oil basin

九、汽缸盖Cylinder Cover

汽缸盖结构:材料为合金铸铁,整体式进气道无涡流,进排气摇臂错位,进排气门夹角30°,旋转机构销夹带槽

Cylinder structure: the material is alloy cast iron, holistic air-entering path without

vortex blow, air input and output rocker is of dislocation, the angle between input and

output valve is 30°, the pin nip of the rotation mechanism has slot.

导管:高度22.23±0.25mm,坐圈液氮处理,气门凹入缸

Pipe: the height is 22.23±0.25mm, the washer must be treated with liquid nitrogen, the concave of air valve should be in cylinder.

盖底面0.15--0.66mm,密封与坐圈线360°不断,

The bottom of cover is 0.15--0.66mm, sealing line should be rolled continuously for 360°.

宽1.14--1.93mm the width is 1.14--1.93mm

缸盖总装:1、放挺柱(清洗加油)

Assemble cylinder cover: 1. Place tappet (clean and refuse oil)

2、放衬垫Place the gasket

3、油封Place oil seals.

4、放钢板、放水封Place steel sheet and water seals.

动力改变世界5、清洁,无异物Cleanness, no impurity

6、吊入缸盖(不能来回拖动)Equipped the cylinder valve (don’t move it)

7、螺栓、螺纹加油Lay on lubricant on the bolt and screw thread

8、先紧大螺栓,后紧小螺栓,由中间朝两头对角均匀,分

三次。第二次156Nm;第三次250±17Nm

Fix the big bolt at first, then fix the small one. Fix them from middle to both

ends uniformity for three times, 156Nm second time , 250±17Nm in third time.

9、进排气门间隙调整办法,首先,确认第一缸在压缩上止

点位置,此时可调节第一、二、四缸进气门,第一、三、

五缸排气门

①②、④⑤、⑧⑨

Method for adjusting clearance between output and input valve :First, ensure the constringent end position of the first cylinder, here adjust the first, second fourth input valve, first, and third and fifth output valve.

然后,按逆时针方向曲轴旋转360 °,此时可调节第三、

五、六缸进气门,第二、四、六缸排气门

Then, circumrotate the crankshaft by counter-clockwise 360 °,here adjust the third, fifth, sixth input valve, and second, fourth, sixth output valve.

③⑥⑦⑩⑾⑿

最后,调节气门间隙要求进0.38 ±0.08,排0.64 ±0.08。

调节螺钉螺母拧紧力矩为气门29±7Nm

At last, adjust the clearance of the valve: input valve 0.38 ±0.08, output valve 0.64 ±0.08.

动力改变世界高压油泵定时调整HIGH PRESSURE PUMP TIMING ADJUSTMENT

1、确定第一缸活塞压缩行程终点,既上止点,此时第一缸进排气门均关闭。

Ensure the compress end point of the fist piston, i.e. upper end point, here the input and output valve of first cylinder should be closed.

2、拆下喷油泵体侧面上的定时销盖板;

Disassemble the timing pin cover board on the side of fuel injection pump.

3、将定时销装入喷油泵壳体(如无专用定时销,可用φ6.5*90的圆棒)按逆时针方向缓

慢转动曲轴至定时销能落入喷油泵凸轮轴的定时槽内止;

Equipped the timing pin into the fuel injection pump (if there is not time pin,

φ6.5*90 stick can replace). Turn the crankshaft slowly by counter clockwise to be sure the timing pin fall into the timing slot of the fuel injection pump camshaft.

4、将定时螺栓置于飞轮的定时螺孔内,如果定时螺栓能够装入飞轮的定时孔内,表明

喷油泵的供油定时是正确的,拧紧油泵传动齿轮螺栓(力矩270±25Nm)。如果定时螺栓不能够装入飞轮的定时孔内,应拆卸喷油泵传动齿轮紧固螺栓,在喷油泵定位销和飞轮的定时螺栓同时插入时,拧紧油泵传动齿轮紧固螺栓到规定力矩

Equipped the timing bolt into the timing bolt whole of the flywheel, if it can be done, it means the oil supply timing is correct, here, fix the transmission gear bolt

(moment of force 270±25Nm)。If it can’t be done, please disassemble the bolt of fuel injection pump transmission gear. When the same time equipping the fuel

injection pump timing pin and flywheel timing bolt , fixed the transmission gear bolt at the standard moment of force.

动力改变世界5、装好后,拔出插销,再转动曲轴两圈,插销要仍能够插入两边的销孔中,此时喷油泵定时是完全正确的。

5.When finished, get out of the pin, turning crankshaft for two circle, if the pin can be put into the whole, it means the fuel injection pump timing is correct.

6、在前齿壳上装上喷油泵齿轮孔盖板垫片,并用螺母和垫圈紧固拧紧力矩为27±7Nm

6.Equipped the fuel injection pump gear cover washer on the front gear housing, here fix it by bolt and washer, moment of force is 27±7Nm

动力改变世界一、发动机的正确使用CORRECT USAGE OF ENGINE

1、新车使用60小时内,负荷不要超过70%,使用60小时

后需要更换机油,否则可能造成柴油机过度磨损

During the first 60-hour work, the loader could not excess 70%; after working for 60hours, the engine oil should be changed, or the over-wear would happen to the engine

2、发动机启动时,启动马达连续运转不能超过10秒,需要再次启动时须间隔1分钟以上,三次启动不了要查清原因,排除故障后再行启动,启动后要检查电门钥匙是否回位,否则会造成启动马达损坏When start the engine, starting motor could not run continuously for over 10 seconds; if need the start motor to work again, interval time should be at least 60 seconds. If fail to start the engine for 3 times, find the reason out and solve the problem, then try to start again; after starting the engine, confirm the position of switch key is restored; if not, the starting motor would be damaged.

3、每日首次启动后必须暖机,使发动机怠速5分钟。目的是在缸套上建立油膜,使活塞膨胀与缸套配合,增压器轴承也能得到润滑

Warm the engine when start the engine for the first time every day; let engine run in idle state for 5 minutes in order to create oil film on cylinder liner, make pistons expand as per cylinder liner, lubricate the gear of turbo charger.

4、大负荷工作后,熄火前须使柴油机怠速运转3-5分钟。这样可以让轴承、燃烧室等零件的热量散发,防止连杆、机体等损坏,对增压器尤其重要

After heavily-loaded work, the engine must run for 3-5 minutes before flameout. This could lead the heat-emission of bearing and combustion chamber, prevent the damage of connecting rod and engine body, especially important for turbo charger.

(五)121柴油机的正确使用与保养

动力改变世界5、怠速运行不宜超过10分钟。使发动机长时间怠速运行

是有很大害处的,因为这会造成燃烧室温度降低,会

导致燃烧不完全而形成积碳,使油嘴的喷油孔堵塞以

及引起活塞环粘住

Running at idle speed could not be more than 10 minutes. It is very harmful to run the engine at idle speed for a long time, because this could make the temperature of combustion chamber lower down, thus lead the carbon deposition due to incomplete combustion, jam the diesel injector hole and adhere piston rings.
