冠脉支架的长度缩短率和狗骨头率分析

摘要:用有限元法确定了所设计的冠脉支架膨胀后的长度缩短率和狗骨头率,以检验结构是否合理。用有限元分析软件AN SY S 模拟了支架单独自由膨胀过程,在不考虑球囊和血管壁的作用下研究了此支架从原始状态膨胀时的几何建模、网格划分、边界条件和载荷定义等技术。根据有限元模拟结果计算得到支架长度缩短率为10.9%,狗骨头率为2.57%。为了验证有限元分析的准确性,对实际加工出来的支架进行了膨胀实验。计算得到实际膨胀后两个参数与有限元模拟结果之误差分别为0.3%和1.32%,结果吻合较好,表明所设计的冠脉支架膨胀均匀、结构合理,同时也验证了用有限元法进行冠脉支架模拟分析是可行的。

Abstract:T he shortage r atio and do gboning ratio of a new sty le stent after expanding w er e calculated to determine w hether the structure w as reasonable.The ex pansion process o f the unrestricted stent w as simulated by Finite Elem ent Analy sis(FEA)softw are ANSYS,and the technolog y for stent ex -pansion from its initial status,including g eom etry modeling,mater ial selection,m eshing,boundary conditions and load definitio n w as studied w ithout considering arter y and plaque.The shortage ratio and do gboning ratio of stent calculated by FEA are 10.9%and 2.57%,respectively.To validate the simulatio n,an expasion experiment o f a real stent w as done,and the ex perimental r esults proved that the err ors betw een the r eal ex pansion resu
lts and the FEA results are 0.3%and 1.32%,respectively.The results show that the ex panded stent is uniformity and the structur e design is reasonable,and u -sing FEA to simulate the co ronar y stent expansio n is feasible,w hich is advantag eo us to the design and the application o f the stent.
