Made of high-pressure crosslinked RAU-VPE (PE-Xa), RAUTITAN pink i s t h e c e n t r a l c o m p o n e n t o f a l l installation systems. It is pressure-resistant and robust. Due to a protective l a y e r o f e t h y l e n e v i n y l a l c o h o l (RAU-EVAL), the pipe is oxygen-tight according to DIN 4726.

The high flexibility of the pipes allows easy installation even in the most complex applications. Millions of meters of REHAU PE-Xa pipes have been installed - a clear proof of the systems’ reliability and efficiency.
Another additional advantage of REHAU underfloor heating systems is the permanent and leak-proof REHAU
Compression Sleeve Jointing System.This fast and simple to make joint can be laid in screed, concrete or mortar plaster in accordance with DIN 18380.
Tightness and final condition of each joint can be easily checked by using visual inspection.

reduce wastage by utilising residual lengths.
The Tacker System
Installation of pipe onto the Tacker System is fast, problem-free and simple. This is achieved by using staples to fasten the pipe onto the Tacker Sheet.
The Tacker System comprises of sound and heat insulation with a layer of tear-resistant and waterproofing PE-membrane.The special shape of the barb, along with the tear-resistant sheet, prevents the lifting of pipes.
Pipes can be flexibly and precisely laid with the help of the dimensioned imprints on the Tacker Sheet.
The Wire-Mesh System
The Wire-Mesh System can be used flexibly,and is suitable for floor paving. It can be laid very easily and quickly, and is particularly suitable for large area installation.It can be utilised regardless of the type of insulation.
A twist-on clip can be positioned as required and pinned onto the wire mesh with a Clip Fixing Tool.
The Dry System
The Dry System is the perfect solution for building structures with low area load and low ceiling height.
The construction period is short as no drying of screed needed in the system. Floor material can be installed immediately after the pipes have been laid.
The aluminium diffusion plate with pre-fabricated pipe grooves ensures an extremely quick laying and even distribution of heat.
Wtih integrated pipe grooves on the aluminum diffusion plate, the pipes can be easily installed. When the pipe is in contact with the plate, heat will be transferred from the pipe straight to the plate, reducing the response heating time required compared to the conventional system.
