一、试题分析：
试题难易程度适中，没有偏题、怪题和难题，试题主要分为基础知识和语言运用能力两大部分。基础知识中的大部分内容不再是单纯知识性的，而是将知识置于特定的语境中，例如：试题中词汇的考查，不是就词汇考词汇，而是遵循语不离句，句不离文的原则，将所考词汇放在一定的语言环境中去考，语法、句型和习惯用语等方面也是如此。知识的难度小，但灵活性强。能力部分的试题以大纲为依据，紧扣教材。在试题中不仅有考核学生听、说、读、写基本能力的，而且还有考核学生逻辑思维能力的，语言表达、交际运用能力的，及运用所学基础知识和基本技能分析问题、解决问题能力的，能力考核贯穿始终。
二、试卷分析
存在的问题：
1、听力部分：
试卷听力部分试题难度适中，属中等偏易，整个题型分三部分，对于基础较好的学生来说，大部分都在15分以上，对有一定英语基础，但掌握不扎实的学生来说，听力还存在薄弱的环节，在三个题型中，第三部分是考查对篇章的理解，这一部分对学生来说，仍然是个难点，缺乏对整个话题、文章的理解。因为听力是一种综合性的能力，它包括辩音、识别
语言信息、预知、选择、辩认语法成份，记忆和归纳总结的能力，所以学生除了对听力的训练不够，答题的方法和技巧也掌握的不是很好。
2、单项选择：
此题主要是考查学生的基础知识点、语法点，有关句型及学生的基本技能进行测试。以检验学生对基本知识基本技能的掌握，大多数同学掌握的还是不错，但也有些同学不认真审题，还有个别同学对知识掌握不牢固，模糊不清，丢分很多。所以在平时教学中，要注重加强对学生基础知识的贯穿。
3、词汇和补全对话：
主要是检查学生对基础知识、词汇、语法等的掌握程度以及对此知识的灵活运用。从学生的答题情况反映出学生对某些知识掌握不够牢固，多数是死记硬背，不会灵活运用。因此以后在教学中要注重多做题，让学生能够灵活地运用所学知识。补全对话主要考查学生初步运用英语的能力，为真实交际打下基础，由于此题比较简单，学生答得比较好，在此就不做详细分析。
4、书面表达：
部分同学在语言的灵活应用上欠功夫。这说明在我在日常教学中还存在着问题，没能在很好的驾驭教材的同时注重学生能力的培养，而是被教材束缚的过紧过累。
三、今后的改进措施：
1、对我们学生来说，打下基础、激发兴趣、树立自信心显得尤为重要，这样就能减少两极分化，有利于以后的英语学习，从背单词到背课文，从造句子到做套题，奠定基础。
2、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。培养学生对学习产生积极的情感，保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩。特别对那些学习有困难的学生，要关心他们、鼓励他们，尽可能为他们创造语言实践的机会。
3、倡导“任务型”的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力，无论在课堂上还是在课堂之外，教题无论在新课讲解还是在习题选择或处理上，都要想方设法吸引和组织学生积极参与，尽量采用“任务型”的教学途径。
4、加强对学生学习策略的指导，不但要教给学生知识，还要让学生在学习和运用英语的过程中逐步学会如何学习。
总之，在今后的教学工作，我将取长补短，总结经验，吸取教训，不断对自己的教学行为进行反思，以便取得更好的成绩。

----初中英语口语我很荣幸的得到了这次提升专业水平和业务素质的机会。本次培训，让我们来自各地区的教师学员得以聆听众多专家、学者乃至学术界权威人士的讲座，倾听他们对英语新课标的理解，感悟他们的英语思想方法。半个月的培训虽然很短暂，但却带给我心灵的震撼、理念的革新，给我提供了一次很好的充电机会，也使我认识到作为一名英语教师，必须具有扎实的英语知识、良好的思维品质。下面是我的一点体会：
一、对英语课堂教学有了新的认识。
英语课以语言为对象，强调以任务入手，培养学生的英语能力，这个就是知识点。通过此次学习之后，我明确了英语课最终的落脚点是不仅仅在知识上，还要能解决将来工作、生活中可能遇到的问题，最终让孩子通
过学习英语来达到交流的目的。就必须从以下几个方面来培养学生的习惯：
（1）.养成根据发音规律记单词的习惯。
（2）. 养成上课积极参与、大胆发言、大胆提问的习惯。
（3）. 养成课前预习、课堂记笔记、课后整理的习惯。
（4）. 养成每天自觉听、读、背、说英语的习惯。
二、对教材的把握有了一个整体的认识。
作为一线教师，我知道怎样的课才算是一堂好课。不仅包括师生互动、学生主体等，但我觉得关键还是对教材的把握，通过培训，使我明白了，我要用教材教学生，而不是教教材，可以创造性地使用教材，围绕课标可删可增，另外，还要锻炼学生的实践能力，也就是听、说、读、写的能力，让每一个学生都能参与其中，敢于张口，使课堂气氛活跃而有秩序，让学生都能找到自己的定位，真正喜欢上英语课堂，只有在不断的练习中，学生的口语能力才会不断地提高。
三、善于反思来体现教师的人格魅力。
作为一名教师，不是每一堂都是成功的；作为一名教师，不一定都受所有学生的欢迎和喜欢；作为一名教师，不是任何一次的教学方法和教学过程都是尽善尽美的。要想找到自己的不足，要想成为学生喜欢的老师，就必须善于反思。而新课标要求教师不但有丰富的专业知识，还要能够对教学进行研究和反思。因此，我们要经常反思，不仅在教学后反思，还要在教学前和教学中反思。只有这样，才能形成自己独特的教学风格和教学艺术，从而体现教师的人格魅力。
通过半个月的短暂学习，无论从思想上，还是专业上，对我而言都是一个很大的提高，只有运用灵活多样的教学方法，才能充分调动学生学习的积极性，激发学生的知识潜能，改变“单调压抑”的课堂模式，向英语口语话的课堂迈进，向充分互动的课堂迈进。感谢专家对我们的教诲，在今后的教学中，我要把学到的知识，多用在实际教学中，在实践中不断提升自己的教学水平，为教育事业贡献自己的微薄力量。

初一语文下册第一次月考试卷分析 景哈中学王燕萍 一、试卷命题分析 本次月考试卷分为五大板块。分别是基础知识与运用、古诗文阅读、课内阅读、课外阅读和作文。考试考查的内容是第二单元的学习内容。试题内容立足 基础，立足于教材，立足于我校初一学生的实际情况，把课内知识与课外知识 相结合起来。考查的目标明确、合理，既重视考查学生掌握基础知识的情况， 也重视情感价值的引导和良好习惯的养成。 二、学生答题情况分析 1、基础知识及运用部分：这个板块着重考查学生掌握字词的音、形、意的情况。初一（99）班得分较多，平均分74分。初一（95）班失分多，平均分 38分。原因在于我们学生的基础较差，平时上课没有认真学习，课后也没有巩固。以后教学中应更多的关注差生，严格要求，多训练，打好基础关。 2、古诗文阅读部分；这部分注重考查学生背诵，默写，理解古诗文的情况。两个班得分率均不高。主要原因是学生平日复习巩固不够，没有掌握好字词的 音义和文句的翻译。以后要严格要求学生多背诵与默写，提高文言文的学习能力。 3、现代文阅读分为课内阅读与课外阅读。课内阅读考查第一单元的第一课《最后一课》。学生得分较多，原因是上课时分析内容比较详细，考查的知识 点学生基本掌握。而课外阅读学生失分较多。失分的学生比较集中在初一（95）班。失分原因一是学生的基础差，理解能力差，不能理解题目要求。原因之二 是学生学习态度不端正，不愿意阅读文本更不愿动笔答题。原因之三是审题不认真，导致答题不正确或答案不完整。我认为。要提高学生的阅读能力，除了 纠正学生的学习态度之外，更应提倡学生多读书、常读书，多做阅读训练，提 高阅读理解能力。 4、作文部分：本次作文是命题作文。这两个班的学生基本能理解作文要求，能围绕题目选择材料。但作文题目稍大，学生不善于把大题目的范围缩小，以 至较难组织材料。选材都不够精彩，内容较空洞，语言缺乏文文采，叙事平淡，

语文月考试卷分析及反思 不知不觉间，9 月份的月考已经离我们远去了，我和孩子们又站在了一个新的起点上，迎接新的挑战！在本次月考中，我们51 班，均分是72.04 分，但不及格的人数就占到20 个，优秀率也不是很高，说句实话，这份成绩的取得，让我更感到了压力之大！要想让学生再提高，说句实话，心里还有点恐慌！毕竟学困生比较多，但是，一些学生的进步又让我看到了一丝希望！逐题看过学生的试卷后，综观学生答题情况，我针对学生各方面的掌握情况做以下分析及教学反思 一、试卷分析： 拿到这份试卷，心里有些担心，尤其是对于初一学生，虽说考的是第一单元的试题，知识 点少，但学生考试经验不足，难免会有失误。比如第一题第二小题的改正错别字“白白糟塌”，这是在小学就应该会的，可好多同学都找不出来，基础知识一点儿也不过关。还有好几个基础题学生不会写，看来也没有什么好的办法，只有在以后的教学中多加练习，提高感悟能力，做到熟能生巧。 剩下的基础题目基本上都是学生平时所常见的，经常练习的，比的是细节问题，认真程度，不过也发现了一些问题，再简单的题目还是会有学生答错，该如何让学生做最好的自己，成为摆在我面前的一个难题。 阅读题对于我们的学生来说，一道难以逾越的槛，反映出学生缺乏举一反三的阅读能力和良好的阅读习惯，也反映出我们平时对学生阅读习惯的培养所下的功夫还不够。提高学生的阅读能力不是急功近利的事情，我们应该在平时的阅读中渗透阅读方法和答题能力的培养，让学生感受到阅读答题的快乐，而不把阅读理解当成是老虎，不敢问津。当务之急是让这些孩子不惧怕阅读，我觉得增强孩子的自信，更重要，其次是要对他们进行一些必要的方法指导！ 二、存在问题： 语文学习常规培养力度有待加强，有相当一部分学生没有过好审题关。表现为：闪电式审题，拎不清题目要求。好多学生根本没弄清题目的意思，就连忙作答，结果答非所问。还有 小部分学生试卷卷面较脏较乱。这些情况说明：我们要重视培养学生细作业前静心、作业中

七年级语文月考试卷分析 王瑞 本学期七年级第一次月考语文试卷，是一份难易适中、从课内向课外有机延伸的试卷。它紧扣新课标要求，比较全面地考察了学生的语文知识和能力，试卷主客观交融，引导学生去认识生活、体味生活，滋养学生的思想。如何学好语文，当然不能光从一份阶段性测试试卷中去下决断，但是可以窥一斑而知全豹。下面，我将结合七年级语文教学，就本试卷在初中语文教学的指导意义上作粗浅的分析。 一试卷结构及命题特点 本试卷采用闭卷形式，满分100分，时间为90分钟。 第一部分语文知识积累与运用21分；第二部分课内回顾13分；第三部分课外拓展26分；第四部分写作训练40分。 这套语文试卷给人的总体印象是：题量适合，题型结构合理，难度适宜。具体说来，我认为有以下几个特点：首先，注重基础知识考查，如第一部分1.2.3.4小题；也有考难度较大的知识，如第5小题的古诗文默写；第6小题考查学生的表达能力和概括能力第二部分课内回顾选取了课文中的古文，学生掌握较好。其次，注重对文章整体的感知能力、分析能力和欣赏能力的考察。如第三部分的课外拓展，选取了两篇课外阅读，设置的问题难易适中，注重考查学生的概括能力和分析能力。最后，第四部分作文仍保持比较大的比重，是一篇命题作文，学生可根据要求，不限文体，自由发挥，学生可打开作文的思路，描摹自己眼中的天地。 二考试情况分析 我们班级总体情况：七年级三班参加考试人数——47人；79--70分以上6人，69--60分以上19人.59—50分有11人，49—40分有7人，40分以下有4人，及格率——53﹪，平均分——57.04。这套试卷难度偏小，有利于七年级学生树立学好语文的信心。 班级情况分析：60—79分之间的有25名，这些学生最主要的是提高阅读能力和写作水平，在接下来的教学工作中，我将主要以提高他们的阅读能力和写作水平为基点，以此达到他们整体的能力。59—50分以下的有11名，他们当中有些人自学意识淡薄，不能主动积极的学习，在今后的教学过程中，我会严格督促他们形成主动学习的习惯，对这些学生，要狠抓基础，提高基础是最关键的，但同时也不能放松对阅读和作文的训练。49分以下的学生11名，其中40分以下的4人，对这些学生要以最基础的为重点，他们中不乏不会写字，不会认字的人，应该对他们以最低的要求来学习。
