Admittedly, the universal admission of every youngster into the university is likely to place the community into a risk of high unemployment, in the short run. In an age of economy declining, the
shrinking number of job opportunities fails to meet ever-expanding requirements of employment of the overpopulation in university graduates. The worse thing is, young people with high-education background always have high anticipation about their future jobs, for example, bright careers in high-grade office buildings with decent salaries. In comparison, in their eyes, jobs like blue collars engaging in manual labors are viewed to be too dislikable and disgraceful to try. Therefore, they prefer to stay in unemployment rather than go into those low-level job vacancies.
However, to a large extent, I still believe it is reasonable to encourage the youth to receive university education, because which brings overall benefits to a whole society. Firstly, on the personal level, university education plays a leading role in shaping youngsters as good workers. For example, professional knowledge, technological skills, and advanced theories and cognitions acquired in the university can make a student fully competent in practical jobs, with high efficient productivity.
In addition, on the social level, universities are hatchers for new ideas and technologies that can change our lives positively. Such examples about big companies innovated in campus originally, like Yahoo, Google and Facebook created by young students of the university which had brought great convenience for human’s information
searching and communication and had offered hundreds of thousands of new jobs to the public, would come to my mind, immediately.
In conclusion, it is obvious that the advantages of university education overweigh its disadvantages. Although a high expectation about job conditions among young graduates might reduce their possibility of employment, the great contributions universities make to improving the working performance of young employees, as well as to bettering our society, should never be underestimated.（316）

Should students be encouraged to criticize their teachers in school? This question has been a controversial social issue in debate. In my view, it is a good way to improve educational quality, while this assertion overlooks relevant risks like the unfair comments to teachers. Admittedly, there are some major causes for it. In the first instance, the improvement of students is the final goal of education. Only by giving
comment on teachers’ performance can let teachers know the process of students’ development clearly, for example, whether an individual can keep pace with the teaching speed. Furthermore, the criticism is the stimulus to teachers’ self-perfection and improvement in educational quality. Obviously, these feedbacks from students indicate teacher’s defects or deficiency in certain knowledge or the process of instruction. These teachers, in turn, could make adjustments and breakthroughs in a right direction.
However, the demerits caused by such comments should never be ignored, and the most worrying aspect is about the fairness. With lack of full matured mind, a young student might estimate a teacher by some erratic reasons, rather than by the teaching performance. For example, there is a high possibility a teacher might be criticized because of his or her skin, appearance or accent, but none of which has a matter with practical teaching in class. In addition, in eyes of students who are punished by a teacher, the rights of criticism are viewed as a tool for revenge, so that these comments lose basic equity and objectiveness.
All in all, the strength and weakness of students commenting their teachers are distinct. Although these comments can reflect the situations and feedbacks of students that keep teachers pursuing the excellence,
we should be very concerned with the unfair, even wrong criticisms from students who have discrimination against teachers.（302）
