教学设计

教学内容:人教版八年级英语上册Unit 1 Section A Activities (1a-1c), Where did you go on vacation ?

教材分析:七年级学生在人教版七下最后两个单元已深入地学习了一般过去时态,能用一般过去时态表达过去存在的状态或过去发生的事件,本单元第一课继续跟进学习一般过去时态,内容上是对“七下”“八上”英语知识的链接和过度,谈论刚过去的假期生活也是对知识的实践运用。同时,学生在本单元通过对般过去时态系统的学习,积累了大量的动词短语,为下一单元谈论动作发生的频率奠定了词汇基础。

学情分析:七年级阶段的学生已学习了一般现在时和一般将来时,对动作、状态发生或存在的时间性具有明确的判断,对时态概念的学习和接受具备自然的心理适应能力;同时,学生在七年级阶段已对新课标三级目标要求的综合语言知识进行了学习和实践运用,能简单描述生活中发生的事件,初步掌握了英语表达具有时态性的特点,基本能领悟英语汉表达的差异。

教学目标

一、知识目标

1、学习并识记本课生词及stay at home, go to summer camp, go to the beach等动词短语。

2、学习并识记stay, go, visit等规则动词过去式的构成。

二、能力目标

1、掌握本课所列动词短语,并能和相关图片搭配。

2、能听懂1b 中所列人物在图中所的事情。

3、通过本课词汇和知识点,能编小对话,运用Where did sb go on vacation?询问假期发生的事件。

三、情感态度与价值观

通过 Where did sb go on vacation? 这一问句,引导学生谈论假期做过事和参加过的活动,让学生在对话和交流中完成本课内容的学习,同时掌握英语表达的时态特点,增进学生间的相互交流和友谊。

教学策略

知识源于实践,本课教学内容完全切合学生假期实践,在课堂中通过Where did you go on vacation?这一问句,引导学生学会交流,在交流中激发学生谈论假期实践的兴趣,最大限度地让所有学生都能参与课堂,学生在七年经历过一般过去时态的学习,所以在学习本单元时,学生在英语口语的表达和交流中,注意引导学生使用动词的过去式,学生也可以通过相互提醒的形式,让学生在实践中进一步掌握一般过去时态的表达特点。

学法指导

引导学生谈论假期实践,从而激发学生参与对话交流的兴趣,通过对话和交

流,学生掌握了本课的词汇,接着引导学生在Match the actevities with the pictures 和Listen and number 这两个教学活动中进一步训练和提升,让学生在这一过程中大胆参与,敢于表现,及时纠错。
