高血压是临床常见的心脑血管疾病[1]。约有一半的高血压患者同时伴有糖尿病。研究表明，高血压合并糖尿病患者的心、脑、肾等重要器官将受到更严重的伤害。因此，对于高血压合并糖尿病患者来说，严格控制患者血压及血糖水平，可有效延缓其病情的进展，提高患者生活质量。目前，临床上常用的降血压药物并不利于糖尿病的治疗，而替米沙坦是一种新型的血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻断剂，它在降压的同时还能起到调节血糖的作用[2]。为了探讨应用替米沙
