集中供热管网运行调节优化方法研究

【摘要】集中供热管网的优化运行调节中,质调节管理简单,操作方便,水力工况稳定,但循环水量总保持不变,消耗电能较多。量调节虽然能节约大量能耗,但是随着外温升高,网路流量迅速减少,常使供暖系统产生严重的竖向热量失调,且操作复杂,难以进行管理。分阶段变流量的质调节综合了质调节和量调节的优点,既较好的避免了垂直失调,又显著的节省了电能。因此,针对目前集中供热管网优化现状,本文将对集中供热管网运行调节优化方式进行研究。

【Abstract】Centralized regulation of the heating pipe network optimization run, the management of quality regulation is simple, easy to operate hydraulic condition is stable, but the cycle of water always remains the same power consumption more. The volume control can save a lot of energy, but as the outside temperature rises, the network traffic is rapidly reduced, often makes the heating system to produce a serious imbalance of the vertical heat and the operation is complex, difficult to manage. Phased change the flow of quality adjustment combines the advantages of quality adjustment and volume control, and both avoid the vertical imbalance, but also significant power savings. Therefore, for the central heating pipe network optimization, this paper will focus on the heating pipe network adjustment optimization study.

随着现代技术经济的不断提高和节约能源的迫切要求,供热工程已经成为热能工程中的一个重要的组成部分,日益受到重视和发展。城市供热系统也由分散的取暖炉逐步发展为区域锅炉房、热电联产等大型集中供热系统。对集中供热管网而言,运行参数是供热运行中重要的技术指标,参数的合理性直接关系到供热系统的经济性以及热用户的供热质量。从运行参数优化入手,将运行参数优化与热网水力平衡和热力平衡有机地结合起来,可以达到供热节能的效果;另一方面,充分考虑热网的供水温度与流量变化的综合影响,对热网的供热量及时而有效的调节是保证供热质量和效益的前提。
