Supplier Quality Engineer
Responsibilities:
1.This positon reports to Site Manager of the company at the joint venture
2.Supplier quality system and process audit, and supplier performance assess
3.Supplier PPAP technique review/inspection/qualification
4.Create and maintain Receving Inspection Operation Sheets
5.Supplier process capablity study, tracking and improvement
6.Supplier measuring system evaluation and improvement9
7.Supplier quality defects analysis, re-occurrence problems investigation,and c
8.Suppliers training on parts specification, inspection skill and quality tools
9.To conduct failure parts analysis and 8D procedure
10.Suppliers and receiving inspection’s data/files maintenance and managem
11.Report SQA progress on monthly base

1.University degree majored in mechanical or material engineering7
2.Several years relevant working experiences in supplier quality engineering /
3.Good english skills in reading and writing. Good english speaking is preferab
4.Familiar QS9000 and TS16949 quality standards
5.Good communcaiton and interpersonal skills
6.Willing do to over time work on urgent base

Balance between quality and cost
Last day, I visited a supplier again for issue.
The supplier provided us a cable. The cable is very easy to produce. Cut a cable But the supplier won't do and always searches excuse. The supplier said the requ One week ago, the supplier promised they would give a solution this Tuesday. Bu I remembered my fore-boss told me a word. Your responsibilities will include:-
Provide leadership and direction for all members of the quality assurance work te Maintain contact with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, and other department Manage, monitor and control material, labor, and overhead costs in respective are Lead the development of philosophy and procedures that support the manufactur Lead the effort to internal quality systems that meet or exceed ISO9000 /TS 1694 Direct and manage direct stuff to finish first article inspection for raw material and Handle customer quality complaint, work with other department to find root cause Implement and improve supplier quality system, and do site audit if needed.
The ideal applicant will have the following experience:-
Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering or material.
At least 5 years experience in multinational company in automotive industry.
Be familiar with CCC & UL, CSA GB standard for electric products.
Have strong plastics, metal sheet , machining or assembly knowledge.
Be familiar with ISO9000/TS 16949 and supplier quality control system, certified I Good oral English skill is must.
Good communication and team work spirit.
Be willing to work under pressure.
