当前我国GDP增长背景下大学生就业问题的探析

【摘要】根据奥肯定律阐释的经济增长率和失业率之间的相关性，我们可以了解到，当经济增长率高于2.25%时，GDP的增长上升2%，失业率则下降大约1%，也就是说，GDP的增长和就业的关系是正相关的。我国近几年的GDP持续增长，但大学生就业难这一问题却逐年严峻。本文主要通过分析我国近几年GDP增长趋势和大学生就业状况之间的怪圈现象，引导我国大学生树立正确的就业观，选择真正适合自己的职业，从而实现人生价值。

Abstract：According to okun's law to interpret the correlation between economic growth and unemployment， we can know that when the economic growth rate is higher than 2.25%， 2% rise in GDP growth， the unemployment rate fell about 1%， that is to say， the growth of GDP and employment relationship is positive correlation. China's GDP growth in recent years， but the question of college students' employment is serious year by year. This paper through the analysis of GDP growth trend in recent years in our country and circle phenomena between college students' employment situation， guide college students to establish correct greatly in our country， choose the really suitable for their own career， so as to realize the value of life.

一、我国近几年GDP增长趋势和大学生就业现状
（一）我国近几年GDP增长现状及分析
通过中国统计局网发布的数据，我们可以了解到近几年我国GDP的增长趋势。从2009年至2014年我国GDP的增长率依次是9.21%、10.45%、9.30%、7.65%、7.67%、7.4%。虽然说增长速度有所起伏，但是我国近几年GDP增长率一直都是处于增长状态。
我国近几年GDP增长率一直处于上升状态是有一定的原因的，中央为此出台了一系列措施。中央实施这些措施，总的要求是，出手要快，出拳要重，措施要准，工作要实。“快”就是要迅速出手，争分夺秒，不可贻误时机；“重”就是要实施坚决有力的措施，从根本上扭转经济增速过快下滑趋势；“准”就是要抓住关键，突出重点，能起到立竿见影的效果；“实”就是要抓好落实。这些措施主要有以下几个方面：①加大投资力度和优化投资结构。②着力扩大消费需求特别是居民消费需求。③促进房地产市场平稳健康发展。④努力保持出口稳定增长。⑤着力
