EPC项目成本控制方法的研究
摘要：本文就从epc工程总承包成本管理入手，对epc工程总承包项目成本管理中存在的问题进行深入分析，并结合现代项目成本管理理念，为epc工程总承包项目成本管理提出了一些相应的对策，以此来不断完善epc总承包成本管理体系，实现成本管理的目标，为今后epc工程总承包项目成本管理提供参考。

abstract: this paper starts from the epc general contract project cost management, carries on the thorough analysis to the existing epc project cost management problems, combined with the concept of modern project cost management, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for the epc general contract project cost management, in order to improve epc total contract cost management system, to achieve the goal of cost management, to provide the reference for the epc general contract project cost management.
