JBGM Packaging Requirement and Standard
包装流程：
PACKGING FLOW
国产件：供应商→再分配中心→金杯通用生产线
LOCALIZED PARTS: LOCAL SUPPLIER→RDC→JBGM
1．所有来自国产供应商包装都是可回收的。
All packaging from local suppliers is 100% returnable.
2．排序件和成组件在再分配中心重新包装。
Repackaging is done at RDC for sequenced parts and kitted parts..
3．部分零件直接送到工厂。
Some parts are delivered directly to JBGM plant.
职责：
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.物料部包装工程师有责任对零件包装提出具体要求，并帮助供应商共同完成设计。
It is JBGM packaging engineer responsibility to issue the packaging requirement to certain part and help the supplier to accomplish the design.
2.供应商有责任设计并准备可以对零件提供充分保护的包装，并且应该对任何包装不当引起
的零件损坏负责。
It is the part supplier responsibility to design and procure packaging that adequately protects the parts. The part supplier will be liable for any part damage due to poor packaging.
3.如果已有包装，且该包装已经通过制造部门的评估，金杯通用将向供应商提供现有的隔衬
和/或料架。因磨损，破损或产量增加等原因，需要增加包装时，供应商应负责提供。供应商仍然要对零件的质量负责，如果现有包装不能对零件提供足够的保护，供应商可以进行料架/料箱的修改或者改进。任何更改需得到金杯通用物料包装组的同意。
If packaging exists and is approved by manufacturing, JBGM will give the supplier the current dunnage and/or racks. The supplier will be responsible for procuring any additional packaging as needed due to wear, damage, or increase in production. The supplier is still responsible for the quality of the part and can revise or modify the rack/container if there is insufficient part protection.
Modifications must be discussed and approved by JBGM packaging team.
4.由供应商负责包装的维护和维修。
The supplier is responsible to maintain the packaging.
5.任何同包装有关的价格问题都必须同金杯通用公司的采购员协商，认定。包装部门无权对
于价格提款进行更改。
Any cost issues involving packaging must be discussed and approved by the appropriate JBGM buyer. The packaging department cannot authorize any changes to the contract involving pricing. 包装验证流程：
PACKAGIGN BUY-OFF FLOW
1.概念验收
Concept buy-off
概念设计必须提交金杯通用汽车验收。概念设计图纸必须附有“金杯通用汽车料箱设计验收表格”。“金杯通用汽车料箱设计验收表格”上所有阴影部分必须由零件供应商填写。要求
Concept designs must be submitted to JBGM for approval. Concept design drawings must be
submitted with the attached BGM Container Concept Buy-Off ”form. The supplier is required to fill in all shaded areas on the JBGM Container Concept Buy-off ”form. The part supplier
signature is required in the“approval”section of form. (See details in attachment 1-A, B, C)
2.样件验收 Sample buy-off
供应商将料架和周转箱隔衬样品发送到金杯通用进行正式的验收认证。
Supplier must send prototype of racks and tote dunnage to JBGM for a formal buy-off review.
3.供应商批量采购包装，并通知金杯通用物料部新包装实施的断点时间。
Supplier purchases the packaging and informs JBGM material handling department the break-point time to accomplish the new packaging.
包装要求：
PACKAGING REQUIRMENT
包装箱分为两种类型，一种为特殊设计的铁质料架，一种为塑料周转箱。
Containers fall into to 2 categories: Special metal racks and returnable plastic containers (Totes)
塑料周转箱的要求
Requirements on the Returnable Containers (Totes)
1.注塑塑料周转箱。分为六种规格（详见附页2）。零件供应商应到指定的周转箱生产厂家购
买。
Injection molded. The returnable containers (Totes) are divided into 6 types (See details in attachment 2). The suppliers are requested to purchase these containers from the manufacturer designated by JBGM.
2.包装数量为4的倍数。
Packaging quantity should be a multiple of 4.
3.所有型号的塑料箱最大承载重量为15千克(包括周转箱的重量)。
The maximum load capacity (tote weight included) for all totes is 15kg.
4.对表面质量要求的零件，要采用隔衬。衬垫材料尽可能可回收（详见附页3）。
Dunnage should be used to protect the parts that have strict requirements on surface quality. Re-use the dunnage whenever possible. See details in attachment 3.
5.如果采用隔衬，供应商应按要求在塑料箱及隔衬上进行标识（详见附页4）。
If the dunnage is required, part supplier should mark on the tote and dunnage by accordance to the requirement. See details in attachment 4.
6.料箱标签应按标准格式（详见附页5-A, B）。
Tote label should be made in accordance with JBGM standard format. (See details in attachment 5-A,B)
金属料架的要求
Requirements on metal racks:
1.装箱的数量为4的倍数。
Packaging quantity should be a multiple of 4.
2.特殊料架通用技术条件(详见附页6)

3.底盘结构应按JBGM标准形式及尺寸进行设计(详见附页7-a,b,c)。总体高度可根据零件尺寸
确定。一般不超过1050毫米。

JBGM Material Handling Department will assign a rack number for each new metal rack. The position, font type and color of all stencils must be done according to the stencil note. See details in attachment 9.
6.对表面质量要求较高的零件，采用隔板，以避免运输中的磕碰划伤。隔板应可以回收，并由
本地供应商提供。详见附页3。
Dunnage should be used to protect the parts that have strict requirements on surface quality from bumps and scratches. Dunnage should be returnable and locally soured. See details in attachment 3.
7.特殊零件可根据零件尺寸确定包装箱的尺寸，但必须得到物料部门的同意。

ATTACHMETNT 3
隔衬-内包装，用于保护零件免于磨损，避免零件直接接触，或者在运输过程中起支持零件或料箱作用。DUNNAGE – internal packaging to protect parts from abrasion, part-to-part contact, or support container or parts during transit.
分隔形式：
Divided Type:
a.单元分隔-避免零件侧面直接接触。
Cell Dividers (egg crate) – used to prevent side-to-side contact.
b.分层板-用于零件垂直方向的分隔。
Layerpads – used for horizontal separation.
料箱内常用隔衬类型：
The dunnage type used in the tote:
a.钙塑板-用于A级表面件的分隔
corrugated-used the separation of A surface part
b.PE 泡沫-用于表面有要求的零件
PE foam-used in the A surface part

Die-cut Foam - used when precision dunnage and part surface quality is a concern. Can be produced from a wide variety of materials. Most often used is Polyethylene (PE). A die is needed to cut each piece exactly the same. c.薄片泡沫-用于零件包裹，单元格或者料架内衬。常用于必须考虑零件表面质量时。因其价格较高，且为
一次性使用材料，应减少使用。
Foam Sheeting – used to wrap parts, line cells, or line racks. Tends to be used when surface quality is a concern.

ESD – anti-static. Used with some electrical components. This dunnage is identified by the pink color.
料架常用隔衬类型
Dunnage type used in the rack:
a.PVC-聚氯乙烯。可以手工切割，支持沉重的并且需要分隔的零件。
PVC – poly vinyl chloride. Hand cut for use to support heavier parts that need separation.
b.切割橡胶

c.玻璃钢-主要用于冲压件的分隔
fiberglass-mainly used to separate the pressing part
d.Tyvek 防尘布-杜邦公司生产的非纺织材料。不沾灰尘。用于A级表面零件，常用于保险杠皮的包装。可
以进行清洗。
Tyvek – non-woven material put out by Dupont. Does not hold dirt. Used for class A surface parts, often used in fascia packaging. Can be washed.
ATTACHMENT 4 塑料箱上标识：
Mark on the tote:
1.要求在料箱长度方向一侧标识供应商名称（共二处），供应商名称可简写。
The supplier name that can be simplified is marked on the longer side of the tote (2 place per tote).
2.字体为黑体，字号及颜色根据料箱大小自定，要求清晰可见。
The font type is black and bold ,the font size and the color can be decided by part supplier in accordance with the size of the tote, and the font must be clear.
隔衬上标识：
Mark on the dunnage:
1.要求在隔衬底部标识供应商名称及隔衬代码，如图所示。
