2012年以来的工作总结及今后的工作计划 刘礼伟 2012年以来，随着十二五的深入，我社居面临着很好的发展机遇，同时也面临着更大的挑战，社居各项事业得到了更加全面的发展。在具体的工作中，我个人也得到了很好的锻炼，对基层工作有了更为深入的了解，处理具体事务的能力也有了一定程度的提高。现就2012年以来的工作总结如下 一、加强理论学习 理论是实践的指导，良好的理论基础是做好基层工作的必要前提，同时理论也需要通过实践的检验来得到进一步的升华。因此，在平时工作之余，我注重对理论知识的学习和积累，经常性的阅读一些时事类的报纸刊物，浏览网络上的时事新闻及政策法规，通过平时的学习，不断加强自身的政治素养及理论知识水平，以提高处理实际问题的能力。 二、做好具体工作 1.社居建设工作。新丰社居是自2011年10月实施的“村”改“居”工作，在随县民政部门外出参观学习后，按照有关要求我拟订了新丰社居的“村”改“居”实施方案并经“两委”会通过后组织实施。具体的实施过程中，我负责各项规章制度的拟订及社居办公室的室内规划布置工作。到今年5月份，新丰社居的“村”改“居”各项工作圆满完成。 2.社居宣传工作。新丰因为产业特色而知名，连续几届的“桃花节”的成功举办也让新丰的知名度越来越高。但是在宣传方面，主要是乡里的对外宣传，我们自己的宣传工作却一直相对比较滞后，以前在宣传资料尤其是图片资料方面的积累相当匮乏。为了加强社居的宣传工作，做到工作有痕迹，我注意对图
