摘要:企业数控机床加工效率不高的主要原因涉及加工工艺技术水平、切削刀具、准备周期长短、激励措施及人才等方面。提高数控机床加工效率的主要途径包括:提高单台高档数控机床效率;通过单元组网、实施制造执行系统等缩短生产准备时间,达到增效;以及加强刀具的研究、满足高速切削的要求。提高数控机床加工效率是一项复杂的系统工程,国家应加大对基础技术研究的投入;企业应采取特殊政策、加大人才培养力度,加强行业间技术交流。

Approach for Improving NC Machine Tool Efficiency

Abstract: The main reasons for low efficiency of NC machine tool include machining t echnology, cutting t ool precision, preparative cycle, encouragement method and t alents. Improving efficiency methods consists of improving single advanced machine tool efficiency; using unit network to shorten preparat ion t ime and to improve efficiency; using manufacture execution system to improve efficiency; researching on tool to meet the needs of high-speed cutting. In order t o carry out complex system project for improving tool marching efficiency; China should p ay more attent ion on basic t echnology researching; while corporat ions should adopt special methods, and train more t alents and strengthen t echnology communication among different industries.

基于地空导弹发射阵地的灰色关联优选模型

摘要:采用灰色关联分析方法,将备选发射阵地的特征参量作为比较数列,再选取一组“理想”特征参量作为参考数列,然后进行灰色关联分析,得到最后的发射阵地优选结果,具体实现过程包括:选取评价指标、确定比较数列及参考数列、计算关联系数、计算关联度、依关联度排序,由此建立地空导弹发射阵地优选的灰色关联分析模型。

Abstract: Use gray correlation analysis and adopt feature paramet ers of spare select ive launching posit ion as comparat ive array, select a group of “ideal” feat ure parameters as reference array. Then, carry out grey correlat ion analysis to acquire t he last launching posit ion optimal select ing results. Its process includes selecting evaluation indexes, ensuring

both comparative and reference array, counting correlated coefficients and correlat ion, ordering results accord ing to correlat ion degree. Finally, est ablish the grey correlat ion analysis model based on ground to air missile launching position.

摘要:在摩步旅反坦克作战中建立排队模型,通过求解模型,对该作战行动进行定量分析,由此对反坦克导弹战术方案进行优化。其步骤包括:假设模型相关参数,使系统可以达到稳定状态;通过定义系统中没有目标的概率、n个目标在系统中的概率、平均排队等候的目标数、平均每个目标的排队等候时间、平均每个目标在系统中的时间进行建模。

摘要:综合演练评估系统,向评估初始化功能模块输入评估指标和评语集等评估信息,启动评估流程。对于指标权重,权重计算模块构造判断矩阵后计算获得。评估控制模块则根据指标体系中指标的性质分别将其传递给定量指标分析和定性指标评分模块,得到指标数据的模糊评价集。最后选择合成算子,启动评估计算,评估控制模块将构造模糊隶属度矩阵和提取指标权重传递给评估计算模块,评估计算模块根据相应的合成算法,完成模糊合成运算。

Integrated Training Evaluation System Based on FHSE Model

Abstract: When inputting the basic information such as evaluat ion indexes and evaluation set into init ializat ion module, the integrated training evaluation system based on FHSE model st art ed the evaluation flow. Aft er construct ing judgment mat rix, the weight calculat or module go t t he indicator’s weight t hrough calculation. According to charact ers of the indicator, the evaluat ion control module transferred its dat a t o quant itat ive indicator analysis module or qualitat ive indicator grade module and got its fuzzy collection. At last,the system st art ed evaluat ion calculat ion aft er selecting the composit ion operator;the evaluat ion control module construct ed the fuzzy subjection matrix, obt ained the weight and then transferred both of them to calculat ion module; calculat ion module used the c orresponding composit e algorithm, finished fuzzy composite operat ion.

摘要:从战术、技术性能等方面分析HQ-7地空导弹武器系统的射击可行性。对于准备攻击地面目标的武装直升机,由于其攻击地面目标的高度满足HQ-7地空导弹武器系统作战要求,且攻击目标的暴露时间大于HQ-7地空导弹武器系统反应时间,当其攻击斜距大于HQ-7地空导弹武器系统的杀伤近界1000米时,HQ-7地空导弹武器系统可对其实施射击。单发杀伤概率较低时,一般采用两发齐射或连射,可达到较高的杀伤概率。对特别重要的目标或对我威胁较大的目标可实施三发齐射。综上所述,HQ-7地空导弹武器系统从理论分析上具备对武装直升机的射击能力。

Viability Analysis of HQ-7 Anti-Air Missile to Armed Helicopter Shooting

(Brigade of Graduate, Air Defense Forces Command Academy, Zhengzhou 450052, China) Abstract: The shooting viability is gotten t hrough analysis from the aspects of HQ-7 anti-air missile weapon system, such as milit ary t act ics, the technique functions and so on. For armed helicopters prepare to attack the ground t argets, due to their striking distance reach t he HQ-7 anti-air missile weapon system's battle request, and the exposed time of attacking target is longer than the respond time of HQ-7 anti-air missile weapon system, when the level striking distance is 1000m longer than the minimal level dist ance of HQ-7 ant i-air missile weapon system, the shooting can be carried out. When the rat e of single missile is lower, usually launch two missiles together or one aft er another, thus attain higher damage probability. For especially important or extra-threatening targets, the system can synchronously send three missiles. In a word, the HQ-7 anti-air missile weapon system has the abilities of shooting the armed helicopter in theory.

摘要:基于模糊理论的武器装备退役模型构建,首先对影响武器系统退役的各种约束指标因素进行详细的分析和论证,然后运用三角模糊数排序法对各指标因素进行权重分析,最后对各指标因素建立相对优属度矩阵,通过模糊综合评判构建武器装备退役评估模型。通过实例计算,验证了评估模型的有效性。

Abstract: Est ablish retired model of weapon equipment based on fussy theory, which begins from analysis and demonstration of rest ricting index factors that affect the ret irement of weapon system, then the triangular fuzzy number taxis-method is used to analyze the weight vect or of index factors, finally, a relat ive subordinate degree matrix is founded for index factors and ret ired model of weapon equipment is built through fuzzy synthetic judgment. The validity of evaluation model is approved via example comput ing.

摘要:地空导弹电子维修车保障效能评估模型以地空导弹电子维修车为对象构建。根据研究对象的特点,利用Delphi法建立电子维修车保障效能的综合评估指标体系。采用熵值法确定指标权重,消除各因素权重的主观性,使评估结果更符合实际。借助灰色理论,建立灰色综合评估模型,最后以实例进行验证,取得客观的评估结果。

Gray Integrated Evaluation of Support Efficiency on Surface-to-Air Missile

Abstract: Took the surface-to-air missile electronic maintenance vehicle as invest igative object, its support efficiency evaluative model was construct ed. According to characteristics of t he invest igative object, an integrated evaluative guide line system of electronic maintenance vehicle support efficiency was est ablished by Delphi t echnique. Weighted entropy was adopted to ascert ain the weight of each index, and eliminate the subject ivity of each factor, which made the evaluative result coincident with the practice. In virtue of the gray theory, the gray integrated evaluative model was construct ed.

Finally example showed the model is validat ed, and has acquired an ext ernal evaluative result.

基于指数-Lanchester模型的兵力需求分析

摘要:以劣势一方兵力损失达到某一比例为战斗结束条件,以多兵种交战的Lanchester方程作为研究作战的基本方法。

考虑采用不同兵力对抗方案时对作战过程的影响及使用多少部队才能完成任务,进行综合战斗力指数和毁伤系数的计算。同时还考虑在对抗过程中引入气象和士气因素,但气象和士气因素的量化问题还有待进一步研究。

军用装备维修服务满意度综合评价模型

摘要:依据军用装备维修服务满意度评价的原则,建立评价指标体系和模型。运用模糊AHP法设定指标权重,应用模糊综合评判理论,对军用装备维修服务满意度进行综合评价,实现评价结果从定性向定量的科学转换。其步骤包括:确定评价指标集和相应权重,确定评价因素及相应权重集,确定评价等级和加权向量,形成评价信息矩阵、评价结果矩阵及评价向量,最后得到最终满意度评价结果。实例验证了该方法有效。

Use fuzzy AHP method to set the index weight ing, adopt fuzzy int egrat ed evaluation theory to synthet ically evaluate the satisfactory degree of milit ary equipment maintenance service and realize the scient ific evaluat ion results transformat ion from quantity to quality. Its steps include ensuring the evaluation index set and corresponding weighting; ensuring evaluation f actor and corresponding weight ing set; ensuring evaluation grade and weighting vector; realizing evaluation information matrix, evaluat ion results mat rix and evaluat ion vector; at last, acquiring the last satisfactory degree evaluation. The example validates the efficiency of method.

冲突证据融合算法性能分析

摘要:针对D-S证据理论在处理冲突证据时存在的不足,对不同冲突证据融合算法的性能进行分析。仿真结果表明,Yager算法无法有效处理冲突问题。孙全和Murphy理论主要利用加性策略的可靠性解决冲突证据的融合问题,收敛性差。而邓勇算法采用的加性策略在加性合成同时,引入证据距离函数以得到各证据的可信度作为权值对证据进行加性合成,因此收敛性优于孙全和Murphy算法。关欣算法先对冲突证据进行合理修正,消除证据间冲突,再采用D-S算法进行合成,但该算法证据的冲突由敌方干扰引起,具有一定局限性。

Emulational results show t hat Yager arithmetic is incomplete, while SUN Quan and Murphy theories mainly use add strat egy and are bad in astringency; DENG Yong algorithm uses add combination and adopts evidence distance funct ion to get evidence reliability as weight ing value and makes add combination for evidence, so its astringency is better than the two above; GUAN Xin algorithm first modifies conflict ing evidence, removes conflicts among evidence, and adopts D-S algorithm to synthesize, but enemy disturbance may help conflicts, so has its own restriction.

摘要:以HLA技术为基础,设计某型无人机虚拟维修训练系统。通过天线跟踪接收飞机下行遥测信息,以判断飞机飞行方位信息。收发跟踪柜再提供伺服信号传送给天线以跟踪飞机。同时收发跟踪柜解算下行遥测编码,形成数据流传送至终端监控系统。终端监控柜与飞行控制、任务控制遥控发射机、图像跟踪接收机相配合,完成无人机的测控任务主要完成对遥控信号的加密和扩频,对下行信号进行伪码、遥测分离,然后完成测距和遥测信号的解调,实现对机动站的转发遥控信号和转收遥测信号。

Abstract: Based on HLA t echnology, design an UAV servicing and training system. Use ant enna to t rack and receive down remot e t esting informat ion of UAV and judge its orient ation. The receiving track cabinet provides antenna with servo signal to track airplane, meanwhile decodes the remot e test ing codes, which is transmitted into data and sent to the terminal monitoring & controlling system. The t erminal monit oring & controlling cabinet combines with aviat ion controlling, t ask controlling t elecontrol transmitt er, and image tracking receiver to realiz e the UAV measuring control t ask.

Tasks include encrypting and ext ending frequency of t elecontrol signal, down signal abruption by pseudocode and remot e testing. Then, accomplish demodulat ion of measuring dist ance and remote t esting signal, to realize the transmit telecontrol signal and t ransmit remote test ing signal for mobile st ation.

Modeling and Simulation for the Rigid-flexible Coupling

The whole launcher’s kinematics circumstances and a series of dynamic curves were obt ained during t he course of simulation and analysis of rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamics. Comparing the simulating results with the experiment data, the method was testified rational, accuracy and effective.

摘要:在4×4But ler矩阵基础上,在保持波束数目和指向不变的情况下,通过增加四个功分器和四个180度移相器,对矩阵进行改进。将天线阵列扩展为8单元线阵,并对改进后的矩阵进行近似切比雪夫分布幅度加权,仿真结果表明加权后副瓣电平明显改善,最后对半功率覆盖范围和波束交叉电平的影响进行分析。

Amplitude Weighting of Modified Four Beams Butler Matrix

The antenna array is expanded to eight units linear array, and the amplitude weighting which approaches Chebyshev distribution is applied to the modified matrix. The results of simulation show that the side lobe level of weighted matrix is improved markedly. Finally, the influence of half power coverage and cross level of beams are analyzed.

摘要:圆织机变径过程可通过控制上下汽缸交替动作和复位实现,其硬件需采用计数磁感应传感器等电子器件配合控制系统。变径过程的监控主要是刀口直径的检测和控制。织带过程中,刀口的直径即爆炸带在该段的直径,若不进行检测和控制会造成废品的产生。由于刀口直径的改变由变径时五星轮的拨齿产生,故可通过对变径时五星轮拨齿个数的检测和控制,间接实现刀口直径的检测和控制。

Structure and Control of Change Caliber for Round Loom

摘要:利用proE在数控深孔螺旋拉床整机设计中建立模型,并依靠其组件mechanica对设计中的关键零件进行分析。在机床某些零件的设计中需考虑变因素,如主轴联轴器处的变形。由于在设计中要求拉杆穿过主轴内部,而主轴尾部需要使用依靠挤压变形传递扭矩的联轴器,太大的间隙致使拉杆外径一定的情况下主轴内孔壁变薄,太小间隙则使主轴和拉杆也被挤压到一起,经过分析则可以得到优化后的间隙选择。

基于TinyOS的装备温度检测系统

摘要:运用无线传感网络技术构建小型无线传感网络,并以基于嵌入式系统TinyOS的结构化编程语言nesC编制系统软件,实现对装备中多个运行部件的无线实时温度检测。其软件含两个模块,分别用于温度采集和无线传送,以及实现无线传送的中继功能。在完成系统各模块间相互关系安排后,还需对系统各模块进行nesC编程。仿真实验证明该系统运行有效可靠。

战车武器故障测试系统研究

摘要:以工控PC机为核心,设计一个综合测试系统,其电缆接口连接被测武器系统的测试电缆。炮控系统部件、自动装弹系统部件测试由PC机直接控制,导弹控制部件测试采用模块化设计,通过总线与各测控模块连接在一起,测试指令由PC工控机发出,单片机实施,测试结果在PC机上显示,PC机与工控机之间通过RS232串口通信。应用结果表明:该测试系统使用方便、简单可靠,能检测武器系统中的绝大部分故障。

Study on Test System of Combat Vehicle Weapon Fault

The applicat ion result shows that this t est system is convenient in using and reliable. It can det ected the overwhelming majority faults of the weapon system.

摘要:阵列信号处理分为自适应波束形成技术和参数估计技术,两种技术均基于对信号进行空间采样的数据进行处理。波束形成技术需使阵列天线方向图的主瓣指向所需方向,并使其零陷对准干扰方向,尽可能提高阵列输出所需信号的强度,从而提高阵列输出的信噪比。空间信号波达方向主要作用则是有效分辨用户信号的来波方向。机载共形阵天线的阵元数量较多,自适应波束形成则需要较大的计算量。

Adaptive beam forming can adjust its beam patterns based on the arrival direction of signal, tracking the anticipant signal, count eract ing the int erferences and improving the SIR (Signal to Interference Rat io).The main function of the DOA (Direction of Arrival) estimation is to distinguish the direction of user's signal efficiently. Due to the number of airborne conformal array antenna element is large, a lot of computing works is need to realiz e adaptive beam forming.

摘要:部分Hausdorff距离和免疫遗传算法相结合的图像匹配算法包括:定义编码与适应度函数、确定交叉变异算子及免疫操作。部分HD距离作为模板匹配的相似性测度,可有效减少匹配计算量;免疫遗传算法具有较强的鲁棒性和强大的并行搜索能力。两者的结合明显缩短匹配时间,提高匹配的精确度和鲁棒性。仿真结果验证该方法高效稳定。

(No. 301 St aff Room, Second Art illery Engineering College, Xi’an 710025, China) Abstract: Image matching algorithm which based on directed Hausdorff dist ance and immune genetic algorithm consists of defining code and adaptive degree funct ion, confirming int ercross variation op erator and immune operat ion.

Directed HD distance is taken as the similarity measuring of template matching and effect ively it can reduce the mat ching calculation amount; the immune genet ic algorithm has powerful robust and parallel searching. An approach combining immune genetic algorithm (IGA) with Direct ed Hausdorff distance is present ed to speed up image mat ching, and the precision and robust of matching. Exp erimental results show that the new algor ithm has good performance and a much more accurat e a robust.

无人驾驶动力伞飞行控制系统的设计

摘要:无人动力翼伞飞行控制系统,由飞行控制中心、传感器系统、机载伺服系统、地面测控系统、电源及整机电缆组成。软件则包括“地面测控软件”和“伞上控制软件”两部分。系统采用PID改进的带盲区的非比例径向归航控制算法,获得较好的控制性能。

The system adopts non-proport ion radial homing control algorithm with modified PID blind zone, and its cont rol capability is great.

火控随动系统模拟器设计

摘要:一种火控随动系统模拟器,由火控仿真、随动信号发生、时钟、通信、其它功能等模块,以及显示器与键盘组成。软件采用Visual C++6.0开发,系统外部与随动系统以网络为总线,通过以太网接口与接口机连接,与武器随动系统实现交互,时统信号系统以RS485电平方式输出至接口机。同时,火控随动仿真模拟系统向武器随动系统提供20ms与1ms的时统信号及24VDC电源,以实现系统各部分功能。

Design of Fire Power Control and Servo System Simulator

Its software is developed by Visual C++6.0. The system ext erior and servo system adopt network as bus, connect w ith interface apparatus by Ethernet int erface, and realize alternation with weapon servo system. The time unit signal system adopts RS485 electric level to output to int erface apparat us. At the same time, the fire power servo simulat ion system provides weapon servo system with 20ms and 1ms time unit signal and 24VDC power to realiz e system funct ions.

搜索引擎中Spider的可扩展性设计

摘要:应用IoC和策略模式设计Spider,将Sp ider的功能模块抽象为解析器、匹配器和写入器等5个接口:抽象解析器负责接收由IHtmlGetter传递来的网页,并使用IMatcher解析。抽象写入器将解析结果进行保存,形成数据库或文件。类似Result Set的行列式数据集,在IParser与IParser间、IParser与IWrit er间传递。抽象匹配器可由正则表达式实现。由此减少各部分间的耦合,增强可扩展性。

Design of Flexible Spider in Search Engine

Abstract: Use IoC and strategy pattern to design Spider. Abstractly divide Spider into several int erfaces, such as Parser, Matcher and Writ er. Parser receives t he web p age from IHtmlGetter, IMatcher parses it. Then its result is sent to writer, where it is formed into dat abase or file. The row dat a unit like ResultSet can be transmitted among Parser and IParser, IParser and IWriter. The abstract matcher can be realiz ed by positive expression. Therefore, coupling of software is decreased, and its flexibility is strengt hened.

摘要:基于PDA的交互式电子技术手册,采用B/S与C/S相结合的模式构建联合装备管理与维修信息系统,包含交互式电子技术手册(IETMs)、装备基本信息与维修信息数据库、故障诊断模块、信息管理与查询模块以及备件与库存信息查询模块。系统实现的关键技术涉及图形图像处理、嵌入式移动数据库、专家系统知识库保护、系统检索及软件人机接口等方面。

特征变换在多源信息融合中的应用

摘要:多源信息融合技术是将来自多个不同传感器的观测数据或判决结果进行综合,形成关于同一环境或事件的更全、更准的判决。在实际应用中由于传感器获得的数据有噪声,影响了判决的准确性。K-L特征变换方法是模式识别中的重要方法,能将原有特征集变换为新的特征集而达到更好的分类效果。在信息融合中,应用K-L特征变换方法去除噪声,有效提高分类效果。

Application of Feature Transform in Multi-Source Information Fusion

Abstract: Multi-source information fusion technology is a way to integrate the data from different resources or the different results from each sensor, and then give a more comprehensive and precise result. However, there is a lot of noise in the data obtained by the sensor in practice, and the veracity is affected. K-L feature transform is an important way in pattern recognition, which can transform the old features to new features, and then we can get a better classification results. Use K-L feature transform in multi-resource information fusion problems to remove the noise and the classification precision.

柔性制造系统(FMS)故障诊断系统设计

摘要:分析FMS的特点及其故障诊断的困难性,剖析系统的总体设计思想,得到诊断系统总体模型结构。根据FMS故障诊断的任务和要求,对各子系统或模块从功能上进一步分解,构建监测与诊断子系统硬件结构。结合CIMS及FMS的发展趋势,说明新一代故障诊断系统应坚持以“软”促硬、基于多Agent的智能集成及网络化远程服务的原则。

基于模糊数据融合的装备故障诊断系统研究

摘要:武器装备系统各关键装备一旦出现故障而不能及时诊断修复,将对战争结果产生很大影响。依靠单个传感器对机械状态进行监测存在种种限制,需要采用多种传感器对武器装备进行多种特征量的监测(如振动、温度、电压、流量),并对这些传感器的信息进行融合,以提高故障定位的准确性和可靠性。基于数据融合技术,利用直观的温度及振动信息对装备的故障进行诊断,分析其某个元器件出现故障的可能性。

Based on data fusion technology, use temperature and vibration informat ion to diagnose the equipment fault and analyze the fault feasibility.
