发言稿 各位领导、老师： 大家好！站在这里我感觉很惭愧，因为我没有什么好的教学方法，更谈不上什么教学经验。这里只权且谈一谈我教学以来学习的一些体会，有不当之处，敬请各位老师批评指正。 一、向其他老师学习 经验就是财富，虽说这东西不能照搬，但善于借鉴往往能事半功倍。站在讲台上才觉得自己简陋，听了其他老师的课更觉得自己缺乏的太多了。我佩服李老师能把时事政治和课本知识仿似随手拈来一般整合在一起的能力，我欣赏郭老师在课堂上侃侃而谈还能处处能与考纲考点密切结合的的魄力。在政治组老师的课堂上，我学到了好多，比如李老师每节课的板书都设计的非常清晰、详尽，在课上李老师也总能将时政以风趣幽默的方式展现给学生，使学生充满兴趣。从郭老师那里，我学到了许多如何在课堂上有效管理学生的方法，提高自己在课堂上的威信度。我还要特别感谢两位老师在教材把握上对我的帮助和鼓励。 二、向学生学习 学生知道我是个初出茅庐的新手，敢于也乐于和我接近。从教学内容讲，作为一名教学新手，还无法全面预料学生会提问什么样的问题，因此好些时候学生提出的问题总能帮助我总结教学过程中的得与失，以便在以后的教学过程中及时弥补。从教学心理上来讲，每当我课堂上出现一些状况的时候，他们总是给我鼓励的眼神，使我更有信心和动力。 三、向现代信息学习 网络真是个好东西，对我这样刚毕业出来的老师，无论是理论还是课堂实践经验都相当缺乏，而网上则提供了很多供我借鉴的经验，甚至有的细致到如何指导学生的每一个步骤，这些都在无形中帮助我减少了备课压力。 要说到上学期期末考试，学生在政治学科发挥的相对理想，可能源于在平时的教学中我在以下方面对他们加强了要求。 首先，从预习上，要求学生提前预习，并总结知识框架。拿来主义，不利于学生将知识转化为自己的，因此，在预习过程中仅仅划出书上的知识点是不够的，还要求学生将这些知识以自己的方式总结成框架，更便于形成自己的知识体系。
