绪言

本报告是新江湾城竞赛的中期设计陈述,最终概念与实质性报

告将在以后提交。

业主的要求是一个都市型社区,具备一定密度与组成的商住综

合功能,基地总体面积约为是6平方公里。

INTRODUCTION

This report is an interim design presentation for the new Jiang Wan

City design competition. Final concepts and material will be

presented at a later date.

The client brief calls for an urban community with residential and

commercial mix uses of prescribed densities and composition. The

total site area is approximately 6 square kilometers

Context

文脉

基地选址在江湾,为于上海中心商务区CBD 的北部。从一个大的区域角度看,基地非常吻合整合住宅多功用开发的设计理念。凭借一条现有公共交通与信息系统,基地具有良好的潜力与更宽广的区域以及上海市中心商务区CBD 建立联系。发展的契机就在于激活已有系统从而建立一条高度联结与配合的社区。

基地现有边界明确了规划结果与城市设计原则。东部界限由一主干道与综合商住带界定,阻碍了一个具有强烈都市特点机会的形成。同样的情况适用于基地南部边界,西部边界较为次之。因此,建立一个鲜明不同点的机会就主要集中在北部河滨边界。CONTEXT

The site is in Jiang Wan, located north from the Shanghai CBD. From a broad regional perspective, the site fits well with the idea of an integrated residential mixed –use development. It has the potential to be connected to its broader region and the Shanghai CBD by an existing network of public transport and communication systems. The opportunity exists to tap into existing networks and create a highly connected and synergistic community.

Existing edges to the site dictate the planning outcomes and urban design principles. The eastern boundary is defined by a major road and mixed residential and commercial strip which prevents the opportunity for a strong urban character. The same applies for the sites southern boundary and to a lesser extent it’s western boundary. It is therefore mostly on the northern riverside edge that a major opportunity exists to create a point of difference.

A number of existing cultural and natural site conditions generate the opportunity for interesting planning concepts. These are;

?The sites close proximity to Shanghai and the following surrounding uses

?Existing regional public transport systems ?Existing communication network ?Array of existing mixed land uses ?Existing road connections ?Existing employment nodes

?The sites existing natural landscape

Design Vision

设计设想

设计设想集中于一个被自然环境环抱并与之联结的多用途、多功能都市社区。开放空间系统与众多关键的生态都市型原则,是新城市的形式与类型的驱动力。社区将极富吸引力,从实质上、社会性与经济角度上得到联系,而且符合对自然环境的尊重。人与自然的融合将保证一个有着生态化都市形态与特性的可持续发展之城市。

新的生态都市化社区将是一座富有魅力、吸引人的地方场所:?充满活力?适宜学习?适宜工作?游乐嬉戏

DESIGN VISION

The design vision focuses on an urban community with diverse uses and functions connected and surrounded by nature. The open space network and a number of key eco-urbanism principles drive the pattern and form of the new city.

The community will be highly engaging and connected from a physical, social and economic standpoint and one that fits with and respects the natural environment. The merger between man and nature will ensure a sustainable city with strong eco-urban form and identity.

概念性总体规划

为产生基地特点与功能的趣味与变化,新城的设计基于四个清晰的设计特色分区。每个反映当时基地与景观和周边土地利用间的位置与关系。城市设计分区包括:?环保公园——低密度、低矮的建筑

?城市公园——低中密度变化不一?河滨公园——高中密度变化不一?都市——高密度、高层建筑尽管分区各自具有独特的景观处理和设计特点,但它们仍由一个共同的自然景观特点——独特而鲜明的形态、颜色与材质——统一起来。

THE CONCEPT MASTER PLAN

In order to generate interest and variation of site character and function, the design of the new city is based on four distinct design character precincts. Each reflects then site location and relationship to the

landscape and surrounding land uses. Urban character precincts include

?Environmental Park -Low density, low height building

?Urban Park -Variation of low to medium density ?Riverside Park -Variation of high to medium density ?Urban -High density with tall buildings

Although the precincts have specific landscape treatments and design identity they are united by a common landscape naturalistic character with

particular and distinctive forms, colours

and materials.

生态都市框架

对江湾规划的一个生态都市框架,广义上由如下主干组成:

?水循环——对基地规划采用一个“整体的水循环”手法;

?能量与资源——减小能源利用,建立新的能源与可循环使用

的材料;

?自然的保护——新环保的建立与居住地的保护。

ECO-URBAN FRAMEWORK

An eco-urban framework is proposed for Jiang Wan that, at a broad

scale, is based upon the following pillars;

?Water Cycle –Adopting a ‘whole of water cycle’approach

to site planning.

?Energy & Resources –Minimizing energy use, creating

new energy and re-using materials.

?Nature Conservation –The protection of habitat and

creation of new environments.

Water Cycle Management

A ‘whole of site’water management strategy is proposed that integrates stormwater and wastewater as well as flooding. This will aim to ensure there is no worsening of water quality arising from site development and to maximize retention and treatment opportunities. This will include the following elements;?Major on-site catchment zones.?Major retention of water on site.

?Minimise flooding potential through site works changes.

水循环的管理

规划中,“基地整体”的水体管理策略是整合雨水、废水与洪水。目标是保证水质不会因为基地的开发而恶化,以及极大限度的保证其保持力与治理可能。管理策略分别包括如下元素:

?现场主要集水区?现场水体主要保持力

?

通过基地工作变化实现最小的洪水溢流可能性

?周边土地使用的集水处边界过滤

?储水池与水体改良设施的使用

?控制与建立优质雨水集水处

?Edge filters of catchments for adjoining land uses.?Use of holding basins and water polishing devices.

?Control and creation of high quality catchment stormwater.

?淡水与咸水系统的分离

?先进的生物技术治理植物

?废水灌溉的循环使用

?边界区域的生态过滤器的建立

?Separation of fresh / saline systems. ?Advanced biotechnology waste treatment plants.?Re-use of treated wastewater for irrigation.?Creation of bio-filters to edge zones.

能量与资源

一个总体的能量与资源管理策略目标是最低限度的能量使用,制造新的基地能源,提升再循环,目标是能量的有效的输送与循环。特定方法包括:

?节能性建筑与景观

?发电站对电子网络的回馈即生产地方再生能源(太阳+风力系统)

?不使用电池

?消极的使用空调与加热设备

?用最少的进口材料重新排定基地标高

Energy & Resources

An overall energy and resources management strategy aims to minimize energy use,

produce new site-based power, promote recycling and aim for energy efficient transport and circulation. Specific measures will include;

?Energy efficient buildings and landscapes.

?Local co-generation of power (solar + wind systems) in power station to feed

back into electricity grid.

?No use of batteries.

?Passive air conditioning / heating.

?Re-leveling of site with minimal imported material.
