员工激励方案问题及对策研究

——以山东A旅行社为例

摘要

激励机制对旅游企业人力资源管理有着重要意义,作为旅游服务企业,山东A旅行社必须做好员工激励工作、提升员工的服务积极性,才可以为服务的推进与质量的保证创造条件。本文以山东A旅行社为例,结合文献综述法、案例分析法和调查分析法,沿着提出问题——分析问题——解决问题的思路,对该企业员工激励机制进行研究,明确该企业员工激励方面的现实情况及存在的问题,并寻求解决之路。研究内容如下:首先,对企业员工激励的基本理论加以介绍;其次,对山东A旅行社员工激励机制的内容及效果进行调研,明确当前企业员工对薪酬及非薪酬激励的主要态度;再次,分析山东A旅行社员工激励存在不足的主要原因;最终,寻求促进山东A旅行社员工激励改进的相关对策,以期能够在一定程度上促进山东A旅行社员工激励效果的改进,促进企业发展。

Abstract

Incentives for tourism human resource management is of great significance, as the tourism service enterprises, Shandong A travel agency must be prepared to motivate employees, improve employee service initiative, before thinking to promote and guarantee the quality of services to create the conditions. Taking Shandong A travel agency, for example, combining literature review, case analysis and survey analysis, along ask questions - analysis of the problem - solving ideas, the enterprise employees incentives to study specifically the Employee Incentive the reality and existence of issues, and to seek solutions of the road. Studies are as follows: First, the basic theory of enterprise employees incentives to be introduced; secondly, the content and effects of Shandong A travel agency employee incentives to conduct research, mainly clear attitude of the current employees' pay and non-pay incentive; again, in Shandong A travel agency employee incentive insufficient main reasons; ultimately, seeks to promote Shandong A travel agency employee motivation improved countermeasures, in order to be able to contribute to the improvement of Shandong A travel agency employee incentive effect to some extent, promote
