证明信通常的用处与特点。 (一)凭证 证明信的作用贵在证明，是持有者用以证明自己身份、经历或某事真实性的一种凭证，所以证明信的第一个特点就是它的凭证的作用。 (二)书信体的格式 证明信是一种专用书信，尽管证明信有好几种形式，但它的写法同书信的写法基本一致，它大部分采用书信体的格式。 中文证明信 不论是哪种形式的证明信，其结构都大致相同，一般都有标题、称呼、正文、署名和日期等构成。 (一)标题 证明信的标题通常有以下两种方式构成： 1.单独以文种名作标题 一般就是在第一行中间冠以“证明信”、“证明”字样。 2.由文种名和事由共同构成 一般也是写在第一行中间。如“关于×××同志××情况(或问题)的证明”。 (二)称呼 要在第二行顶格写上受文单位名称或受文个人的姓名称呼，然后加冒号。

1．办理本校已毕业（包括本科、硕士、博士、成人高等教育学生）其成绩单已移交档案馆保存的学生，因升学考试、联系工作、出国留学等各种原因需要的中英文成绩单、毕业证书、学位证书翻译制作。 2．办理本校在读学生因出国留学等各种原因需要的中英文成绩单、在学证明翻译制作。 3．办理本校毕业生和在读生（包括本科、硕士、博士、成人高等教育学生）其中英文成绩单、毕业证书、学位证书、在学证明翻译制作后的核查认证。 三、注意事项 1．办理中英文成绩单、毕业证书、学位证书时须带本人证件；委托他人办理的需要有当事人的委托书及被委托人的证件。 2．办理已毕业学生中英文成绩单： （1）依据办理人提供的学生相关信息，由档案馆人员在馆藏档案中提取学生原始成绩单办理。 （2）续办中英文成绩单，须出示已办过的复印件或发票等凭证办理。 3．办理中英文毕业证书、学位证书： （1）初次办理须提供毕业证书、学位证书原件或1：1尺寸图像清晰的证书复印件（传真、影印件无效），经档案馆人员查验后办理。

上海大学研究生开具在读证明须知（试用）2016近年来，随着我校招生规模的不断扩大，由于各种原因需要开具在读证明的研究生越来越多。为规范研究生开具在读证明的管理工作，特制定《研究生开具在读证明须知（试用）》，主要流程如下： 一、在读在校研究生 第一步：学生在研究生院网站信息平台下载上海大学研究生开具在读证明申请书.doc（以下简称《申请书》）。本人填写《申请书》，请导师审核签名。 第二步：因需要加盖的公章不同而分三种情况进行核准及开具在读证明。 （1）凡因出国等需要外文在读证明者，需将《申请书》递交到学籍所在学院，由学院研究生秘书负责审核并打印网页格式的“上海大学研究生在读证明”（以下简称“在读证明”），加盖学院公章后，学生本人递送到上海大学档案馆，由档案馆进行翻译并盖章。 （2）凡需要开具上海大学研究生院公章的“在读证明”，则将导师审核签名的《申请书》，经学籍所在学院分管研究生院长签章（或研究生秘书签字），加盖学院公章，递送到研究生院培养管理处（上大路99号上海大学行政楼409室），审核通过则予以开具“在读证明”。 （3）凡需要开具上海大学公章的“在读证明”，则将导师审核签名的《申请书》，经学籍所在学院分管研究生院长（或学院院长）签名，加盖学院公章后，递送到研究生院培养管理处（地点同上）。研究生院审核通过则予以开具落款为上海大学的“在读证明”，同时配发“用印单”。研究生本人携带“在读证明”和用印单，到上海大学校长办公室（宝山校区行政楼7楼）。校办审核后盖上海大学公章。 二、毕业研究生（含论文答辩通过研究生） 毕业研究生（含论文答辩通过研究生）已经不属于在读状态，研究生院无法开具在读证明，如需户籍证明请按以下程序办理。
