雅思写作的Task 2部分要求考生在40分钟之内完成一篇至少250个单词以上的议论文。Task 2部分的出题范围相当广泛，但是写作主题的重复率也相当高，主要涉及教育、社会问题、政府职能、交通、科技、环境、媒体、犯罪等话题。而考查的题型主要包括两类：第一类是辩论型写作(argumentation)，要求考生针对某个观点发表支持或反对意见，或者就一组对立的观点发表自己的见解；第二类是报告型写作(report)，要求考生解释某种问题出现的原因(或带来的影响)，并提出相应的解决办法。
虽然雅思写作Task 2考查的题型分为两类，但是其解题思路和写作结构是基本相似的。考生在写作之前，需仔细审题，确定题目属于哪一种题型，并对写作内容进行相应的构思。一般来说，针对不同的题型，具体的写作技巧会有所不同，但结构大体上是一致的。具体
来说，Task 2的写作结构可以分为三大部分：首先是开头段，主要交代话题背景或引出自己的观点；其次是主体段，一般用2~3段文字分析某种问题出现的原因(或带来的影响)，提供解决问题的建议或是论证自己支持的观点；最后是结尾段，主要用来总结文章内容或是重申自己所支持的观点。下面笔者以2010年9月25日的雅思写作真题为例，为大家具体讲解雅思写作Task 2的写作思路、注意事项和高分策略。
实例剖析
题目：A study shows lots of children between the ages of 7 and 11 spend too much time watching television and playing video games. How do you think this problem affects the children, their families and the society? What measures can be taken to solve it?
题目大意：研究表明，许多7~11岁的孩子花费太多的时间看电视和玩电脑游戏。你认为这个问题会给孩子、他们
的家庭以及社会带来什么样的影响？可以采取哪些措施来解决这个问题呢？
审题与构思
考生仔细审题可知，这个题目是要求考生分析“7~11岁的孩子沉溺于看电视和玩电脑游戏”带来的影响，并讨论这一问题的解决方法，因而，该话题属于报告型写作，重在分析问题和解决问题。审完题之后，考生可以根据题目要求开始构思文章的框架与内容了。考生可以将文章分为四个段落来写：第一段描述事件背景，引出论述的观点；第二段分析“7~11岁的孩子沉溺于看电视和玩电脑游戏”对孩子本身、他们的家庭以及社会分别产生了什么样的影响；第三段为如何解决这个问题提出自己的见解；最后一段对自己的分析和建议进行总结。确定作文的大致结构和框架之后，考生应进一步细化各部分的内容，特别是构思第二段和第三段的分论点。考生可以对各个段落进行如下构思。
1．第一段(introduction)：首先介绍

3. 第三段(solutions)：提出解决这个问题的办法。考生可以提供2~3个解决方案。例如，限制孩子看电视和玩电脑游戏的时间，同时鼓励孩子参加其他娱乐休闲活动等。
4. 第四段(conclusion)：文章的结尾
段，重在总结和重申观点。下面笔者就为广大考生提供一个参考范文，并对范文的每一个段落进行适当点评。

第一段
According to a recent study, a vast number of children between ages 7 and 11 spend an excessive amount of time either watching TV or playing video games. This problem may have some negative impacts on the children, their families and society as well. The following essay intends to analyze the adverse effects and suggest some possible solutions to the problem.
点评：第一段为开头段，一般写三句话即可，字数控制在50~60个单词为宜。这一段的前两句话主要用于交代话题背景并提出讨论问题，这部分可以通过适当改写作文题目的内容来完成；第三句话主要用于表明作者态度。
第二段
Spending too much time watching TV or playingvideo games may lead to some severe consequences. Tobegin with, there is a tendency for children to neglecttheir studies, and this will result in poor academic performance. It may also cause some health problem ssuch as obesity, heart disease and high blood pressuredue to a lack of exercise. Secondly, isolation from theirfamilies could be another problem. Indulging in TV andvideo games, children are unaware of the importanceof communication in their families, which may weakentheir relationship with parents and even widen thegeneration gap between them. In addition, some TVprograms and video games contain pornographic andviolent contents to which young children should not beexposed. It turns out that such an unrestricted contentexposure to children can be a contributing factor tojuvenile delinquency.

点评：这一段是文章的结尾段，主要意义在于总结全文和重申观点，一般写2~3个句子即可。值得注意的是，考生尽量不要在结尾段再提供新观点，也尽量不要抒情。
高分点拨考生如果想在雅思写作Task 2中取得高分，就必须满足雅思官方提出的四个方面的要求：任务完成情况、连贯与衔接、语法结构及准确性、词汇资源。下面笔者就以上述真题范文为例，来为考生分析如何满足这四个方面的要求。
任务完成情况(Task Response)
任务完成情况是指考生写作的文章要回应作文题目提出的所有要求，并且
确保切题、扣题，避免跑题、偏题和漏题。例如，对于上文中分析的真题，考生若想成功完成写作任务，需要注意以下几点：①认清讨论对象是谁，这篇文章的讨论对象是7~11岁的孩子，不能误以为是teenagers；②确认要讨论的问题是什么，题目要求考生分析孩子上网对个人、家庭和社会的影响，以及如何解决孩子沉溺于看电视和玩电脑游戏的问题。对于第二点，考生需要注意两个方面：第一，考生在写作时不可遗漏其中一项，遗漏任何一项，将被视为漏题；第二，考生切不可将题目理解为分析“7~11岁的孩子们为什么会花大量的时间看电视和玩电脑游戏”，那样的话，考生的作文将被判为偏题，分数一定会低于5分。
连贯与衔接(Coherence and Cohesion)连贯与衔接指的是文章表达要连贯，过渡衔接自然，注重逻辑性。要做到这一点，考生应在写作时适当使用
连接词，使得句子与句子之间有适当的衔接，段落与段落之间有适当的过渡。例如，上文中列出的范文便使用了to begin with、secondly、in addition、one way …another way、however、to summarize等连接词。
语法结构及准确性(Grammatical Rangeand Accuracy)
语法结构及准确性指的是考生写作时应使用多种语法结构，同时尽量避免语法错误和拼写错误。上述范文就使用了各类从句、非谓语形式、倒装结构等，使得句式变化多样，从而显示出作者驾驭不同句式的能力。
词汇资源(Lexical Resource)
词汇资源指的是考生写作时应展示自己词汇量的丰富性，并做到准确用词。要做到这一点，考生可在写作时加强同义词或近义词的替换，减少重复使用同一单词的现象。例如，在上述范文中，笔者在表达“影响”这一含义时，就灵活使用了impact、effect和consequence三
