护理干预对类风湿性关节炎患者疼痛的影响研究

【摘要】目的：探讨护理干预对类风湿性关节炎患者疼痛的影响与疗效。方法：选取我院2015年1月到2016年1月间收治的34例患者作为研究对象，随机分组，对照组17例给予常规护理，观察组17例在对照组的基础上给予护理干预，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：经护理干预，观察组的总有效率为88.2%，对照组为64.5%，两组比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（p

【 abstract 】 objective： to study the influence of nursing intervention in patients with rheumatoid arthritis pain and curative effect. Selection methods： from January 2015 to January 2016 were 34 patients as the research object， a randomized， 17 cases were given routine nursing care，observation group of 17 cases in the control group given nursing intervention， on the basis of comparing the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results： after nursing intervention， the observation group total effective rate was 88.2%， the control group was 64.5%， two groups is more significant difference， statistically significant （p < 0.05）. Conclusion： the effective nursing intervention measures， can improve the pain symptoms in patients with rheumatoid arthritis， and on the basis of ease， improve joint function recovery.

类风湿性关节炎属于人体免疫系统疾病，通常患者四肢关节会感觉到疼痛、肿胀，且会呈现出对称性表现，若不及时加以治疗，拖延日久，病情会随之加重，从而导致关节畸形或者其它不可设想的后果[1]。本组研究选取58例患者作为研究对象，进行比较分组研究，探讨护理干预对类风湿性关节炎患者疼痛的影响与疗效，取得了较好效果。现将具体情况报告如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1一般资料
本组研究中选取的34例患者经过病史问询、X线片照射、临床症状等综合判断确诊为类风湿性关节炎；对照组17例患者男性9例，女性8例，年龄从47岁到79岁，平均年龄为（53.2±4.7）岁；观察组17例患者男性7例，女性10例，年龄从45岁到83岁，平均年龄为（54.1±3.6）岁；两组患者均具有关节肿胀、疼痛等症状。
