Standard functions of PT2010标准函数的PT2010

Independent dual alarms on each channel– every monitor on PT2010 has this feature. The alarm set-point can be changed in the field. You must open the front panel,access the potentiometer to changing the set-point. The will protect accidentally changing of the set-point,which is vitally important for system monitoring.

System self-test– The system will continuously do self-test,which indicates via the “System OK” LED on the display/control panel. If the system self-test is not passed,the LED will go off,and the energized OK relay on the back panel will change status.

Each channel also has its OK checking for transducer and the monitor. If the channel is not OK,all the alarm on this channel will be disabled.

This provides our user easy in installation and minimizes the chance of errors induced by field wiring. No extra housing is required to mount the relays. Each PT2010 rack can hold maximum 33 relays.

PT2010/99 System Rack–is a standard 19” EIA rack. It can hold maximum 16 channels.

PT2010/90 Redundant Power Supply– has been installed on the first position from right hand side. It supplies power to all the monitors,the display,the system monitor,and the relays.

Its operation has no effect whatsoever on the machine monitoring function of individual monitors. The system monitor checks each power supply,the relay status,the overall vibration and the gap voltage on each channel,and also output this information via. the RS232 connector.

PT2010/92 5 Digit Display/Controller – distinguished from many monitor system,PredicTech’s PT2010 monitor integrates a unique 5 digit display. The display will indicate the vibration and gap of any channel. You can also engage it in the auto routing mode,which will scan each channel in sequence. This is a good feature for field operator for recording.

PT2010/99 is a standard 19” rack for holding up to 16 channels of monitor. Each monitor contains 2 channels. The power supply is on the first position of the right hand side,and the system monitor is on the second. The display/controller covers the system monitor and the power supply.

?RS232 – 9 pin D type socket for digital interface of our PT2010 with DCS or PLC.

?FUSE – Fuse box. For holding a 2A fuse. You can easily exchange the fuse with a screw driver.

Just turn anti-clock for about half a cycle,the fuse will be removed from the fuse holder. Turn cl℃k-wise for about half a cycle,the fuse will be fixed onto the fuse holder.

PT2010/90 can reliably power up to 8 monitors,system monitor,display/controller and all the transducers on each channel. PT2010/90 power supply specially designed for this monitoring system to continuously monitoring machine status. The power supply module is l℃ated on the first position from the right hand side on the rack. It can convert 220Vac or 110Vac into monitor power.

4.PT2010/91 SYSTEM MONITOR

System Monitor as a Standard Feature for PT2010

Each PT2010 monitor system need one system monitor PT2010/91. It continuously monitors the

PT2010 working status and each of its channel. It also comes with the standard RS232 communication port,which can connect with the process controller etc. The PT2010/91 system monitor executes the following task:

Those are our goal. PT2010 has been designed to keep the monitor system functioning correctly.

Power-up Inhibit – minimizes false alarms due to transient power surge or loss of power.

Self-testing– The system monitor checks the voltage of each power modules under normal operation. The green System OK LED will be off if the system operates in a not ok situation. Such as a power supply fault,a redundancy fault,or a system monitor fault. The System OK relay will change status from energized to de-energized. Different from other manufactures system,PredicTech utilize redundant power supply,in most cases,even with one power supply failure,the system will still function OK. But the failure of one set of power supply will decrease reliability of the system. PredicTech recommends to replace the power supply module as soon as possible for maximum protection of your machine.

Installation and System self-test安装和系统自检

All the monitor modules should be plug in or removed alone the slider of the system rack. Each of the monitor module can be removed or plug in via the “plug-assistant”. The board can be removed with the plug-assistant be pulled and bend away from each other. The monitor module can also be installed to the monitor when push the plug-assistant to the board-side,close to each other.

系统机架所有的监控模块有单独的插槽。每个监控模块可以通过“plug-assistant”拔出或插入。利用“plug-assistant”拔出和插入模块,不会被插弯。推进插拔器到板子边沿时监控模块也被插入监控表。The system monitor (PT2010/91) and the system display/controller (PT2010/92) have been connected via. the 26-wire cable to the FKV26XR socket.

With the minimum installation of system power supply (PT2010/90),system monitor (PT2010/91) and system display/controller (PT2010/92),The 5 digit display will briefly show the firmware version,turn on channel LED,do self-test. All the system indicator will be turned on for several seconds. After the system self-test,the PT2010 monitor will be in the normal operation status. If there is no vibration module which has been installed on the rack,the digital display wi ll show the company name “PTI”.

Each module has the channel label on the plug-assist. Channels must be plugged in sequence.

?Check the channel LED indicator on PT2010/92 until it turns to the channel which will be calibrated. Push the “AUTO” button on the panel,the digital display will indicate a “STOP”. Then the display will show the current value o f this channel. The display will stay on this channel until the “AUTO” button has been pushed again to change to the routing mode.

?Check the channel LED indicator on PT2010/92 until it turns to the channel which will be calibrated. Push the “AUTO” button on the panel,the digital display will indicate a “STOP”. ?Changing t he input from the sensors until it is a “Full-Scale”. Utilize a screw-driver with insulation handle to short the two pins of full-scale calibration “SW3” on PT2010/91. The system will indicate the full-scale for this channel. Remove the screw driver; the calibration procedure has been

completed.

In some case,the system monitor needs to be reset. There is a “RESET” switch S1 on PT2010/91. Push S1,the system will be reset,and system monitor will be initialized.

You need to supply the serial number of the rack which can be found on the low-left size of the back panel. You also need to supply the total channels which have been used,and the part numbers for those modules.

After receive the module,you will also receive the up-dated system initialization chip. Replace U16 on system monitor PT2010/91. Be aware of the alignment of the chip.

收到模块之后,你还将获得最新的系统初始化芯片。在系统监控PT2010/91 U16替换。注意芯片的对齐。The modified system need to be re-calibrated especially for the newly installed channels.

For those modules with identical part numbers and configuration,you generally need not to

re-calibrate the system.

CAUTION

The 8 monitor modules has been calibrated and arranged for maximum accuracy. The channel numbers should be in sequence starting from the left side of the rack.

Each bar-graph has its address and can not be interchanged. If you must interchange the bar-graph,you need to changing the address of the bar-graph (see appendix III).

RS232 digital port

RS232数字端口

The RS232 digital communication port is a standard 9 pin connector. The RS232 port will output the overall and gap/bias of each channel to the up-level DCS or PLC system for easy system configuration. The digital communication will save many cables vs. analog 4-20mA output. Please see “appendix III” for more detail about the protocol.

5.PT2010/92 DISPLAY/CONTROLLER

5 Digit Display -Convenient for Field Operator

It is not enough to only have a bar graph and a LED status indicator. PredicTech put additional 5 digit display on its PT2010 monitor. The display will show real-time overall and transducer gap/bias on each channel. The “AUTO” mode of the display will scan automatically on each channel in the interval of about 3 sec onds. The bright 5 digit display can be easily seen day or night.

只有一个棒图和一个LED状态指示器是不够的。PredicTech在PT2010监视器上增加5位数字显示。显示每个通道的实时整体和变送器间隙/偏差值。“自动”模式下的显示会自动扫描每个通道在间隔约3秒。白天还是晚上高亮的5位数显示很容易观察。

System Operation

5 Digit Display

The 5 digit display will indicate the overall value of the channel,and the gap voltage or bias voltage of the sensors. It will also indicate the dual alarm set-point (alert,danger) level during the alarm set-up procedure. 5位数显可以显示全部通道值,间隙电压或偏置电压显示总体价值的通道,以及差距电压或传感器的偏置电压。它也可以显示双通道在报警设定过程中的报警设定值(警告、危险)。
