本离心机在额定电压、最高转速载荷下应满足以下要求
This type of centrifuges should meet the following requirements under the circumstances of the nominal voltage and the highest rotary speed load.
转速相对误差：±1% The relative error of the rotary speed: ±1%
稳定精度应不大于±1% The lasting accuracy should be less than ±1%.
整机噪声（A计权）应不大于70dB The total noise of centrifuge (A Weighting) should be less than 70dB.
离心机运转应平稳，振幅应不大于0.1mm
The centrifuge should rotate steadily and the vibration amplitude should be less than 0.1mm.
离心机的定时相对误差不大于±1% The relative error of the centrifuge timer should be less than ±1%.
20℃±5℃时，当离心腔温度控制范围在4℃～15℃时，温度波动偏差应不大于±2℃

Before using the centrifuge, the rotors (the rotary components) must be checked to see whether they are tightly fixed in their position.
离心机在工作时,周围300mm的区域内不能有任何人员、危险物质或其他物体
When the centrifuge is on, there must not be anyone, any dangerous objects or other objects in the surrounding area of 300mm.
离心机在运转中不允许移动或敲击离心机
No movement or knocking should be done to the centrifuge when it is rotating.
当盖锁紧急开启或离心机出现故障时，在转子（旋转组件）停止转动之前，不可以触摸转子（旋转组件）
When the cover lock turns on emergently or a fault occurs to the centrifuge, the rotors (the rotary components) must not be touched before they stop rotating.
转子（旋转组件）的所有位置都必须装上吊篮或试管筒，并将适配器均匀放置，均衡的加载离心转子（旋转组件）
All the positions of the rotors (the rotary components) must be installed with hanging baskets or tubes, and the adapters are evenly distributed, the centrifugal rotors (the rotary components) are evenly loaded.
当离心机由储存处搬运至温差比较大的环境中时，使用环境如温度低，必须先运行30分钟来预热，使用环境如温度高，至少静止放置3小时，方可通电运行，避免造成冷凝损坏机器
When the centrifuge is moved from the storage place to the environment of relatively large temperature difference, it should be run for 30 minutes to do warming up at the beginning if the using environment is low. On the contrary, if the temperature is high, the centrifuge should be placed still for at least three hours before running it in case that the condensing condition may damage the machine.
请勿在离心机内向离心容器中直接添加样品，离心容器的加注量不可超过《使用说明书》中规定的容量。（见离心
机的主要参数）
Please don’t directly fill samples into the centrifugal chambers inside the centrifuge, and the filling quantity of the centrifugal chambers should not exceed the regulated capacity described in the Instruction Manual. (Seen in The Main Parameters Of The Centrifuge)
离心容器必须使用经确认符合要求的产品，应符合转子（旋转组件）的最大转速和最大离心力的使用要求，防止离心容器破碎后分离液体泄漏
Qualified products must be used in the centrifugal chambers and they should fit the maximum of the rotors (the rotary components) and the maximum centrifugal force in the using requirements, in case that the separated liquid will be leaked after the chamber is broken.
只有当转子（旋转组件）的负载平衡在可接受范围（≤1.5g）之内，方可运行离心机。（超出负荷平衡可接受范围，机器会停机，显示故障代码“E1”）
Only when the load balance of the roto rs (the rotary components)is in the acceptale scale (≤1.5g), can the centrifuge be run. (If the load balance is beyond the acceptable scale, the machine will stop and the fault code “E1”will be shown.)

The centrifuge should not be used in the area of explosive danger.
The centrifuge cannot be used to separate the following substance:

Any rotors (rotary components) and their accessories which have evidence of corrosion, machinery damages or are out of the service time cannot be used again. The service time of the rotors (the rotary components) can be seen in The Maintenance.

拆开离心机包装箱，平稳地将离心机从包装箱内抬出，平行放置地面，利用离心机自带轮子把离心机推到安
装地点。机箱左右、后距墙体不少于300mm,便于机器通风散热
After opening the packing box of the centrifuge, you must steadily take it out of the box and place it horizontally on
the ground. Use the wheels on the centrifuge to push it into the installing place. The distance between the case and the wall behind should be more than 300mm so as to make sure the ventilation and heat dissipation of the machine.

调整离心机的4个地脚均匀接触地面或工作台，使离心机固定在水平状态，无摇晃现象。离心机固定放置后不可随意移动，如需移动，应重新调整水平
Adjust the four legs of the centrifuge to let them evenly touch the ground or the worktable, so that the centrifuge can be fixed in the horizontal condition and have no shaking phenomenon. The centrifuge cannot be moved casually after being fixedly placed. If needed, the horizon should be re-adjusted.
电源的连接 The Connection Of The Power Supply
离心机电源应单独使用一个电源插座，此电源插座必须接地良好，确认离心机使用的电源电压和频率符合说
明书或铭牌规定。请使用随机附带的电源线，一头接入离心机机箱右下端电源插座内，另一头接入市电电源
The power supply of the centrifuge should separately use a plug which must be well connected to the ground. Make
sure that the power pressure and frequency correspond with the instruction or the voltage mark. Please use the power cable accompanied with the machine, connect one side of it into the bottom-right plug of the case and the other into the power supply of the city.
本机所使用的电源为AC220V 频率为50Hz
The power supply used by this machine is AC220V The frequency is 50Hz.

对于重量超过18kg的仪器，根据实验室仪器标准YY0648-2008准则，在室内安装时必须安装一个紧急断电开关以便在出现故障时切断电源，这个紧急断开开关必须远离离心机，必要时可装在操作间门口As for the instrument with the weight of over 18kg, an emergent power switch must be installed in the room so that the power can be cut off when there is a fault according to the YY0648-2008 regulation of the laboratory instrument standard. This emergent power switch must be set far away from the centrifuge, and it can be installed at the door of the operating room if necessary.
不要在通风口后面放置任何物品，周围保持300mm的通风区
Don’t put anything at the back of the air vents and keep the ventilation area around with 300mm.
打开电源开关（箱体右上端，右下端，见图示）。将电源开关向上推至“开”的位置，离心机面板相应的指示灯和参数显示窗亮，排风扇运转，压缩机开始工作
Turn on the power switch (on the top right and the bottom right of the case, as is shown in the picture).
Push the switch to the “Kai” position, then the pilot light and the parameter on the panel of the centrifuge will be on, the exhaust fan is running and the compressor begins to work.

打开与关闭离心机上盖，只有当离心机的电源打开并处于待机状态时，按开盖键机盖才能打开，如不能打开，请看“15.1”章节

Press the open button, the upper cover of the centrifuge will open automatically. Then take the package cushioning materials out of the chamber and make sure that the inside of the chamber is clean, clear and there are no foreign matters. Check the rotors (the rotary components) to see whether they are fixed or not.
关闭上盖。按住上盖边缘中部稍微用力下压到机体，听到响声表明锁好上盖
Close the upper cover. Press the middle of the cover edge and press downward the machine a bit harder until you hear a sound which means the cover is locked.
注意：不要将手指随意放在上盖及离心腔之间，防止关闭上盖时碰伤
Pay attention: don’t put the fingers between the upper cover and the chamber in case they are hurt when closing the cover.

After turning on the switch and touch the window for setting the parameters (the white box）, a “parameter entering keyboard”will turn up and then you should enter the data according to the requiremet.

设置转子号：Set the number of the rotors:
!提示：设定转子号之前，请确认固定在驱动轴上的转子（旋转组件）的编号，并按转子（旋转组件）标记的编号进行设定
A Tip: Before setting the number of the rotors, please make sure about the number of the rotors that are fixed on the
drive shaft and then set the number according to the marks of the rotors (the rotary components).
点动触摸屏上白色方框位，界面会弹出“参数输入键盘”，根据所选转子号输入数据，按“OK”
后自动保存，“参数输入键盘”自动退出。如出现输入错误，点触“ESC”后，退出设置，重新输入正确数据，按“OK”

设置转速：点动显示显示屏上白色方框，界面会弹出“参数输入键盘”，根据转子（旋转组件）所标转速参数输入数据，(参照表1)，方法同上。（此时离心力参数随转速设置对应变化）。应设置小于或等于转子上标识的转速，转速设置不准确，易损毁驱动系统。当使用环境海拔高度大于2000m时，应将转速降低40%使用本产品Setting the rotation speed: click the white box (the picture is that the rotation speed _____ r/min) on the screen and the “parameter entering keyboard” will turn up. When the altitude is higher than 2000m in the using environment, the rotation speed should be reduced by 40% when this product is used.

提示：由于我公司会定期对电器控制软件进行升级，所以表中所列的转子参数和转子号会有所变化，当您发现转子参数与实际显示内容不符时，请及时联系我公司技术部门进行沟通，联系电话010-********

升速、降速时间设置：点动显示显示屏上、白色方框，界面会弹出“参数输入框”小键盘，方法同上。输入升速时间为（30-120秒）、输入降速时间为（45-300秒）
The time setting for speed increase and decrease: click the white boxes(speed increase _____sec) and (speed decrease ___ sec) on the screen, the little keyboard for the“parameter entering window”will turn up, and the method is the same as above. The time entered for thespeed increase is (30-120 seconds) while the time for speed decrease is (45-300 seconds).
定时时间设置：点动显示显示屏上白色方框，界面会弹出“参数输入键盘”，方法同上，输入离心机运行时间（1-99分钟）
The timer setting: click the white box (the timer setting____mi n) on the screen, the keyboard for the“parameter entering”will turn up, and the method is the same as above. The running time entered for the centrifuge is (1-99 minutes).
离心力设置：点动显示显示屏上白色方框，，界面会弹出“参数输入键盘”，按（表1）中规定的范围进行离心力参数设置，方法同上，（此时转速参数随离心力设置对应变化）
The setting of centrifugal forces: click the white box (the centrifugal force___xg) on the screen, the keyboard for setting the“parameters of centrifugal forces ”will turn up, and the method is the same as above. (At this time the rotation parameter s will be changed respectively according to the setting of centrifugal forces).
设置温度：点动显示屏上白色方框，界面会弹出“参数输入键盘”，输入温度参数范围：“ -15℃―40℃”，方法同上
The setting of the temperature: click the white box (setting the temperature___℃)on the screen, and then the “parameter entering keyboard” will turn up, whose parameter scale is from -15 to 40℃. The method is the same as above.

A Tip: the best control scale of the temperature for this centrifuge is from 0 to 25℃. If the temperature setting is out of
the scale, the controlling accuracy will be over ±2℃or the temperature cannot meet the requirement of the setting( which can be related to the using environment and the load).
离心腔温度：无须设定，运行时显示实时离心腔内的温度
The temperature of the centrifugal chamber: it is unnecessary to set this parameter, which will be shown on the screen when the machine is on.
自设程序设定及使用：点动显示显示屏上中的任意1个按键，按键的颜色由粉色变成橙色。根据需要的各项参数，按照12.3.1-12.3.6的设置说明逐一输入，程序会自动储存，可设定储存3组数据。运行时根据需要直接按动自设程序的号码调取使用
The setting and use of the programs: click any button (program1) (program2) and (program3) on the screen, then the color of the button will change from pink into orange. (Running) The standby button: it is to show the running and stop of the machine. When the machine is off, this button is (standby). Click the running button, then the machine will begin to run. And this button will become “running”with twinkling light. When the machine is run until the setting time, the machine will stop after the buzzer rings for five times. Then this button becomes (standby). Or click the button for stopping, then this button becomes (standby) when the machine stops after the buzzer rings for five times.
再进行启动操作，离心机运转后短时间内离心腔温度将有小幅度上升或下降，属正常现象
A Tip: in order to quickly freeze the chamber and the rotors( the rotary components), pre-freezing should be done by
turning on the centrifuge before starting to run the machine. When the temperature reaches the setting value, the starting operation can be done. That the temperature of the centrifugal chamber will rise or fall shortly after the machine is run is normal.
打开上盖：点动开盖键离心机上盖打开，将重量相等的试液样品（离心管）对称放入转子的适配器中，单份试液样品必须使用空离心管加水后与之配平。（超出负荷平衡可接受范围，机器会停机，显示故障代码“E1”）Open the upper cover: click the (opening the cover) button to open the upper cover ofthe centrifuge and symmetrically put the fluid samples (the centrifugal tubes) of the same weight into the adapters of the rotors. If there is a single fluid sample, the machine can only be used by adding water of the same weight to the empty centrifugal tube. ( If they are beyond the acceptable scale of the load balance, the machine will stop and the screen will show the fault code “E1”)
关闭上盖：按住上盖边缘中部稍微用力下压到机体，听到响声表明锁好上盖

!提示：上盖没盖好，离心机不能启动，此时触摸屏显示上出现中文提示“门未盖紧”，请按“开盖”键打开机盖，重新关闭机盖。点动停止键，提示消失
A Tip: if the upper cover is not locked, the centrifuge cannot be started. At this time, there is a Chinese tip “the
door is not closed”on the touch screen. Please press the “open the cover” button and close the cover again. Click the button for stopping, then the tip will disappear.
启动离心机：点动自设程序1、2或3中的任一个程序键后，触摸屏会显示预设的各项参数，点动启动键，离心机开始运转，此时面板控制上显示出运行时的各项参数。时间显示窗显示倒计时。（如不能启动，见15.2、15.3，排除故障后重新启动离心机）

停机：离心机在定时运转结束后，（如中途停机，点动停止键）转子（旋转组件）在完全停止后，发出5声蜂鸣声，待机键由闪烁的“运行中”变化为“待机”，方能点动开盖键，取出样品

If the power is off during the process, the centrifuge can still show the last running parameters after the power is on again.
!停电后，离心机停机时没有制动功能，需要较长的时间才能完全停止运转，请耐心等待！不可随意打开上

After the power is off, the centrifuge does not have the function of braking when it stops. Thus it may need a bit long

Washing And Cleansing
如果危险物质溢出或进入设备，用户有责任进行必要的清洗和净化
If there is dangerous substance leaking out or filling into the machine, the users have the responsibility to do necessary washing and cleansing.
!用户应按本说明书介绍的方法进行清洗和净化，以保证不损坏设备。使用不恰当的清洁剂和不正确的消毒步骤，可能引起离心机及内部零部件的损坏
The users should wash and cleanse the machine in terms of the methods introduced in this Instruction, to make sure that the machine will not be damaged. Using wrong cleaner or inappropriate steps to wash may cause the damage
of the centrifuge and its internal components.
清洗和净化的实施
The implementation of washing and cleansing
! 在对离心机进行清洁保养之前，请关闭电源开关，并拔下电源插头
Before doing the washing maintenance to the centrifuge, please turn off the switch and disconnect the plug
定期（或根据使用情况）清洁保养的作业内容主要对离心机外壳、离心腔、转子（旋转组件）和使用的分离
容器等,这是为了防止有污染物遗留在上面，对使用的零部件造成腐蚀和环境污染
Constantly cleansing(or according to the use situation) mainly includes the cleansing of the outer covering, the chamber, the rotors(the rotary components) and the containers that were used before, which is to prevent the pollutants from remaining on them, having corrosion and pollution to the used components and the environment
!不可使用有机溶剂，因为它能分解电机轴承内的润滑油脂，在清洁过程中，不能将液体，尤其是有机溶剂，接触到电机主轴和轴承
Don’t use the organic solvent, because it can separate the lubricating oil and grease inside the bearings of the machine. When doing the washing, don’t let the fluid, especially the organic solvent to touch the main shaft
and the bearings of the machine.
保养
通常情况下，转子（旋转组件）每周清洗一次，若是分离盐溶液或其他腐蚀性样品，请使用后立即清洗。如使用中发现该样品溅出，浸、滴在转子（旋转组件）上，应立即吸干并局部清洗
Maintenance
Generally, the rotor shall be cleaned each week, if separating saline solution or other corrosive sample, please clean it immediately after use. If finding sample spilling, and soak or drop onto the rotor, please dry them and clean partially immediately.
清洗转子（旋转组件）时请使用中性清洁剂沾湿海绵或棉布清洗，然后用蒸馏水洗掉清洁剂。不可用水洒或喷射转子（旋转组件），清洗后用棉布擦拭干净转子（旋转组件）表面残留的清洗剂
When cleaning the rotor, please use neutral cleanser via wet sponge, and then clean the cleanser with distilled water. But it cannot sprinkle or spray the rotor, after cleaning, please use cotton cloth to clean the rotor’s residual washing agent.
使用棉布或镊子取出离心腔内的脏物或碎片
Take off the dirt or debris in the centrifuge with cotton cloth or tweezers.
电机轴及转子（旋转组件）轴孔连接部位应涂上润滑脂
The motor shaft and rotor’s axle hole connection parts shall be coated with lubricating grease.
保养电机轴的步骤
打开离心机上盖后关闭电源开关并拔下电源线
Step of maintaining the motor shaft
Open the cover of centrifuge and then power off and unplug the power line.
用扳手松开转子（旋转组件）锁母并取下，用力向上提出转子（旋转组件）
Loosen the rotor’s lock nets with spanner, and take them off, pick off the rotor with strength.
!注意：顺时针旋转为拧紧转子（旋转组件）锁母，逆时针旋转为松开转子（旋转组件）锁母Notice: clockwise rotation is for tightening the rotor’s lock nets , and the anti-clockwise rotation is for loosening the rotor’s lock nets.
清洁电机轴上的脏物或锈迹，用适量的润滑油或凡士林在电机轴上涂抹
With regard to the cleaning of dirt or rust on the motor shaft, please use moderate lubricating oil or Vaseline to coat on the motor shaft.
保养完毕，安装转子（旋转组件）并锁紧锁母
The maintenance is finished, install the rotor and tighten the lock nets.
!注意：转子（旋转组件）的定位槽一定要和电机轴定位销对准放入
Notice: The location slot of rotor shall be align with and put into the locating pin of motor shaft.
本操作只能由经过培训的维修人员进行
This operation only is used by the trained staff.
本操作必须在断电的情况下操作
This operation shall be operated under power off.

This machine only can use the parts supplied by Baiyang Company or the approved parts by our company.
本机不使用时应切断电源
This machine shall be power-off if not use.
本机不可以在正常运转中直接切断电源。（指直接关掉总开关或拔下电源插座）
This machine cannot directly cut off when normal run. (means directly turn off the main switch or unplug the power socket)
转子（旋转组件）的寿命
Lifetime of rotor.
本离心机转子（旋转组件）寿命为累计运行时间15000小时。（或累计使用时间6年，以先到为准）
The lifetime of this centrifuge is 5,000 hours accumulatively. (or 6 years of accumulative time, is subject to the
first-come-first-served)
运输及储存
本机属于精密仪器设备，在运输储存的过程中，请注意防潮、防震，切勿横放或倒立放置Transportation and Storage
This machine belongs to precision instrument, during transportation, please pay attention to moisture-proof, shock-proof, and do not place horizontally or headstand.
维修
本离心机保修期为一年，在保修期内产品发生故障，由我公司负责维修。如果损坏的零部件是由本身的质量造成的，而不是人为使用不当造成，则可免费更换，否则须付费
Maintain
The warranty period is one year, in the warranty period, if the product has failures, which can be undertaken by our company. If the damaged parts is caused by the quality, but not man-made, which can be changed freely, otherwise, users shall pay by themselves.
保修的依据：用户按本《使用说明书》的要求操作使用或保养
Basis of maintenance: users shall use or maintain according to the requirements in the Operation Instruction.
北京白洋医疗器械有限公司保证在机器出售的12个月内，凡是属于机器质量方面的任何问题，（因用户使用不当造成损坏的除外）本公司负责保修或更换。超出保修期，将收取更换配件费用和人工费用
Our company guarantees, in 12 months’ sales, if the problems about quality, (except for improper use), our company will undertake the maintenance or change. If exceeding the warranty period, we will charge the fees and staff fess accordingly.
十五故障处理
15. The Fault Treatment
!发生故障后，应先关闭电源，待故障排除后再启动
After breaking down, one shall firstly turn off the power, after troubleshooting, and then restart it.
紧急情况下打开上盖
在正常使用时，由于偶然停电或电动开盖操作失效等情况发生，不能使用电动开盖的功能，但是需要将离心腔内的物品取出，在这种情况下，可以使用离心机的紧急开启门盖方法打开上盖
Close the cover in emergency
During normal usage, due to accidental outage or invalid operation in the power-driven of uncovering, one cannot use the function of power-driven uncovering, but shall take off the matters from the centrifuge’s cavern, under this condition, one may open the cover by the method of urgency cover open of centrifuge.
!注意：这个操作只允许在紧急情况下使用，禁止在离心机运转时使用该方法紧急开启上盖！故障排除后，将紧急开启装置恢复原样，不可将其作为日常开盖方法使用
Notice: this operation only is used in emergency, during the centrifuge is running, this method is prohibited! After troubleshooting, recover the original urgency start device, which cannot be the method in the daily cover open.
紧急开启上盖的操作步骤：
在停电10-15分钟后，确认转子（旋转组件）完全停止转动
关闭电源开关

After powering off for 10-15 minutes, confirm the rotor (rotation module) totally stop
Turn off the power
用十字螺丝刀（或离心机配套的专用工具）拆下机器右侧电源开关盖版，用力拽动里面的应急开锁开盖拉绳，上盖随即被打开，然后取出离心机腔内的样品
Dismantle the right power swithc’s cover with cross crewdriver (or the special tools matched by the centrifuge), drage the inside emergency unlocking and uncovering rope, and the cover can be opened immediately, and then take off the sample in the centrifuge’s cavern.
应急开盖位置在离心机箱体右上侧，拔下应急开锁堵，用力拽动里面的应急开锁开盖拉绳（钢丝绳），上盖随即被打开，然后取出离心机腔内的样品（见图）
The emergency uncover place is at the the right upside of centrifuge box, please pull off the emergency unlocker, and drage the inside emergency unlocking and uncovering rope, the cover can be opened immediately (steel wire rope), and then take off the sample in the centrifuge’s cavern. (see the picture)

离心机操作：
打开上盖：点动开盖键离心机上盖打开，将重量相等的试液样品（离心管）对称放入转子的适配器中，单份试液样品必须使用空离心管加水后与之配平。（较大的不平衡量，将使离心机在运行中噪声大、震动大并降低样品分离效果）关闭上盖：按住上盖边缘中部稍微用力下压到机体，听到响声表明锁好上（机盖没盖好，离心机不能启动）Operation of Centrifuge:
Open the upcover: press the uncover key, and the centrifuge is opened, put the equiponderant solution sample (centrifugal tube) into the adapor symmetrically, the single solution sample shall be matched with the empty centrifugal tube and water. (for biggish unbalance, the large noise and vibration will reduce the sample’s saparatin effect) Close the cover: press the upcover’s edge middle, and slightly press to the eng ine body, if sounding, it shows good locking (if not, the centrifuge cannot start)
参数设置
设置转子号：点动转子设置键Δ，转子号显示窗会显示出数码。对应旋转组件标识的转速参数。（转子号设置不准确，易损毁驱动系统和旋转组件）。设置完毕，数码管闪动3次后自动进行数据储存
Parameters’ set:
Set the rotor no.: press the rotor regulation key △ or ▽, and the rotor no. window will show the value of the rotation parameters of the corresponding rotion module. (the rotor no. setting is not correct, it will damage the driver system and rotation moudule). After setting, the Nixie tube will sparkle by 3 times, and save the data automatically.
设置时间：点动时间调节键△或▽，时间显示窗会显示时间数据，输入运行时间参数，设置范围为1-99分钟。设置完毕，数码管闪动3次后自动进行数据储存，运转时间为倒计时方式工作
Set the time: press the time regulation key △ or ▽, the time windown will show the time data, input the running time parameters, the range is 1-99 minutes. After setting, the Nixie tube will sparkle by 3 times, and save the data automatically. The operation time is the metod of counting down
设置转速：点动转速调节键△或▽，转速显示窗会显示转速，应设置小于或等于转子（旋转组件）上标识的转速参数。当使用环境海拔高度大于2000m时，应将转速降低40%使用本产品。（此时离心力参数跟随转速设置自动转换）。设置完毕，数码管闪动3次后自动进行数据储存
Set the rotaton speed: press speed regulation key △ or ▽, the window will show the speed, which shall be set as less or equial to the marked speed parameter in the rotor. When the service environment’ altitude is over 2000 m, it shall reduce by 40% to use this product. (at this moment, the centrifugal force parameter will automatically transfer with the rotation speed). After setting, the Nixie tube will sparkle by 3 times, and save the data automatically.
设置停机模式：点动制动键，制动指示灯亮时为快速停机模式；制动指示灯灭时为缓慢停机模式
启动离心机：点动启动键，启动键上指示灯亮，停止键指示灯灭，离心机开始运转。（如不能启动，见15.2、15.3，排除故障后重新启动离心机）
Set the halt pattern: press the brake key, when the lamp is on, it is the speediness halt mode; when the lamp is off, it is the slow halt mode.
Start the centrifuge: press the initiate key, the lamp on the initiate key is on, and the lamp of halt key is off, and the centrifuge commences to rotate (if not, refer to the 15.2, 15.3 and troubleshooting, and restart it)
停机：离心机在定时运转结束后，停止指示灯亮（如需中途停机，点动停止键），转子（旋转组件）在完全停止转动后发出几声“嘀”鸣，方可点动开盖键打开机盖，取出样品
Halt: after stopping the fixed-time rotation, the centrifuge will stop the indication lamp (such as halt in the midway, press the stop key), rotor sound for severl “Di” after totally stop rotating, one can press the uncap key and o pen the cover, take off the sample.
中途断电，离心机在恢复通电后，仍记忆显示出该机最后一次运行的参数
Outage in the midway, after restore the power of the centrifuge, the memory will still show the last parameters.

Tips: when the centrifuge is running, press the manual uncapp ing key, the centrifuge’s upcover cannot be opened.
Halt Key: When the centrifuge is in run, press this key, and the centrifuge will stop.
Star Key; Under the stand-by of centrifuge, press this key to begin rotating.
Brake Key: Press this key, and halt time of the centrifuge is 5s, the original set deceleration time is invalid.

设置参数
When opening the braking function, the option box of decelaration will show 5, and the original parameter is blanking.
After closing the braking function, restore the orginal parameters.
离心机在运转时，“运转”指示条闪动
When the centrifuge is in run, “Run” indication is flashing.
离心机在待机时，“待机”指示条闪动
When the centrifuge is stand-by, “Stand-by” indication is flashing.
自动/手动开盖功能切换：自动开盖、手动开盖的状态选择（开机默认为手动开门）

参数设置(存储)说明及要求

说明:转速及其他设定参数以下简称参数,储存好的参数以下简称程序
Explanation: rotation and other set paramters will be referred as parameters for short, and the saved parameters
will be named as procedures as follows:
程序选择号码键
用手直接触摸程序号码框（1-6任意数字或交叉配血和血球洗涤），号码闪动，然后依次输入，转速(离心力)，
定时时间，升减速时间参数后，然后再点触程序储存键，程序保存后数字号码停止闪动，程序储存完毕
Program Selection No. Key
Use your finger to directly touch the procedure selection No. box (1-6 at random or cross-matching of blood
and blood cell washing), the number will flash, and then input one by one, rotation speed (Centrifugal force),
timing, acceleration time paratmers and then press the procedure storage key, and then the number will stop flashing,
and the procedure storage is end.
提示：本离心机可以在交叉配血、血球洗涤及6个号码段内参考表中的参数，进行设置
Tips: this centrifuge may use the parameters in the cross-matching of bloodand blood cell washing and 6 numbers for setting.
程序调用运转
在程序选择号码框闪动状态下，并且本号码段已经有程序储存，按启动键，离心机运转，如果号码段没有储存程序，离心机不能运转，并在界面上做出提示:无程序储存，请设定参数后重新启动
Procedure Invoking Operation:
Under the condition of flashing of procedure option number box, and the numbers have been stored, press the start key,
the centrifuge will operate, if the numbers ha ven’t been stored into the procedure, the centrifuge cannot work,
and the interface will show: No Procedure Storage, please set the parameters and restart.
注1：程序空白时，号码框底色为白色，字体颜色为黑色；状态为显示窗数字2、4、6、8图示
储存程序后，号码框底色反蓝，，状态为显示窗数字1、3、5、7、9图示
Note 1: when the procedure is blank, the number box’s ground color is white, and the character color is black;
the condition shows number 2, 4, 6, 8,
after saving the procedure, the number box’s ground color changes into blue, and the condition shows number
1, 3, 5, 7, 9.
注2：程序设定后，必须储存后才能运转离心机
