摘要:

在现今这个互联网信息时代,越来越多的人们开始通过网络进行购物,进而刺激了电子商务系统快速的发展。人们在享受着网络购物带来的便捷的同时,也不断遇到了些新的问题。随着商品的个数和种类的急剧上升,用户在寻找商品时总要浏览大量的商品信息,花费大量的时间来寻找自己需要的商品,这种不便很容易造成用户的流失。如果网上也能像现实中那样提供导购服务,并且还能够根据用户的兴趣爱好来推荐一些商品的话,用户便可以在众多的商品信息中有效且迅速地找到自己满意的商品。个性化推荐系统能够根据用户的兴趣偏好来推荐商品,协助用户快速地找到自己满意的商品,然后顺利地完成购买过程,这样就不仅提高了用户的购物效率,也可以增加网站的销售能力,提高企业销售额,从而让企业在竞争激烈的电子商务市场中占据有利的地位

本文将设计一个购物网站,前台系统实现从用户浏览商品到注册会员、购买商品,再选择收货人信息,付款完成交易整个过程。后台系统则可以对用户信息、商品信息、订单信息等进行管理。在用户浏览商品的过程中,将采用两种方式提供商品推荐。一种是根据用户的购买历史以及浏览行为,为用户提供针对性的商品推荐;另一种是基于用户群组信息的推荐,通过分析用户群组的购买行为,将相应商品推荐给当前用户,从而促成交易。

Abstract:

In the present age of Internet information, more and more people start shopping through the Internet, and then stimulate the rapid development of e-commerce system. People enjoy the convenience of shopping online, but also continue to encounter some new problems. With the sharp rise in commodity number and type, users in search of commodities to a large number of commodity information browsing, spend a lot of time to find the goods they need, this inconvenience is very easy to cause the user loss. If the Internet can also be like reality that guide the provision of services, and also can according to user's interests and to recommend some merchandise, the user can in many commercial information efficiently and quickly find their satisfaction with the

goods. Personalized recommendation system can according to user's preferences to recommend products to help users quickly find their satisfaction with the goods, and then successfully complete the purchase process. This not only improves the user's shopping efficiency, can also increase the website sales ability, enhances the enterprise sales, to allow enterprises to occupy a favorable position in the fierce competition in the market of electronic business affairs

This paper will design a shopping website, the front desk system from the user to browse the goods to the registered members, the purchase of goods, then choose the consignee information, payment complete the transaction process. Background system can be the user information, commodity information, order information and other management. In the process of browsing the goods, will use two ways to provide goods recommendation. A is according to the user's purchase history and browsing behavior, for users provide is recommend for the goods; another is recommendation based on user group information, through the analysis of user group buying behavior, the corresponding goods recommended to the user, so as to facilitate transactions.

1.1 研究背景

随着时代的进步,由互联网带来的信息服务以及信息传递不断促进着电子商务的发展,人们在不断享受着电子商务带来的种种便捷的同时,也面临着从传统的现实生活中的购物方式向虚拟的网络购物方式转变的挑战。一方面,面对网络上琳琅满目的商品,人们发现自己很难通过屏幕有效地发现自己感兴趣的商品。面对这么多的商品,消费者们常常会觉得不知所措,也就没法顺利地找到自己想要的商品。另一方面,随着电子商务从现实环境转变到虚拟环境,商家们也失去了能够与消费者们直接接触的机会,消费者也不可能像在现实环境中那样检查和挑选商品,这些都导致了很多消费者的流失。

并且,我们从日常生活中的经验可以获知,消费者们的需求往往是不确定的、比较模糊的,他们也许会对某些商品存在潜在性的需求,但是通常却不清楚到底
