对高职美术教育专业人才培养方案的革新思考

【摘要】高校美术教育专业人才的培养，是基础教育中提高学生审美意识、人文素质的
重要环节，在现代素质教育改革中发挥着极其重要的作用。随着新一轮教育改革的不断深入和完善，对美术教育的从业人员，无论是校内的还是校外的，都有了新的要求。论文主要就笔者自身的教学实践和学习探索，提出了关于高职美术教育人才培养培养方案改革的几点思考。
【Abstract】The talents cultivation of art education in universities is an important link of improving students' aesthetic consciousness and humanistic quality in basic education， and plays an extremely important role in the reform of modern quality education. With the further deepening and perfection of the new round of educational reform， there are new requirements for the practitioners of art education， both inside and outside the school. This paper mainly focuses on the author's own teaching practice and learning exploration， and puts forward some thoughts on the training program reform of talents training in higher vocational art education.

1 高职美术教育专业现状
在新一轮的教育改革背景下，高职美术教育成为现代素质教育不可或缺的重要环节——提供合格的基础美术教育师资。然而，当前高职美术教育的状况与社会的需求还有很大的一段差距。随着社会的全面改革，特别是教育改革的不断深化，基础美术教育的形式与方式已经发生重大改变，虽然当前高职美术教育的相应改革也在不断扩展和深化，但仍然远远不能满足岗位需要的人才要求。通过研究发现，当下高职美术教育主要存在以下两个问题：
1.1 重理论轻技能
当前高职美术教育专业的体系架构，大多沿袭或参照本科专业的体系架构：过于偏重人才对学术的研究培养。然而高职人才培养应该更多地考虑培养毕业生对岗位技能的熟悉度和提高人才的职业素养。
