【摘要】随着经济体制的改善，全球化市场竞争和多样化、个性化日益形成激烈的竞争局势。因此企业为了获得优势、竞争中能够稳住阵脚，诞生了一种新型的企业形式——虚拟企业。现如今虚拟企业以成为企业间提升竞争能力的法宝。虚拟企业的成功关键在于如何选择合适的伙伴进行合作，所以虚拟企业的合作伙伴是非常重要的。
本文主要讨论虚拟企业的合作伙伴的选择如何优化上，包括是进行虚拟企业的各成员企业的背景、意愿以及合作的目的，同时要考虑虚拟企业建立的理论基础等内容，让我们能够在懂得解虚拟企业的运
作模式和企业基本信息的基础上，再定性与定量相结合、个体能力和总体实力相结合的新的虚拟企业合
作伙伴综合选择模型。最后将所建的综合选择模型应用到国内一家大型销售企业的虚拟企业中，不仅能
够了解虚拟企业合作伙伴选择的过程，而且能够将结果和其他不同的选择模型得到的结果进行分析比较，最终得出结论是这种方法可以有效地保证虚拟企业伙伴选择及综合评价的质量和效率。

【Abstract】With the economy improving, global market competition and diversification, personalization increasingly fierce competition in the formation of the situation. Therefore, enterprises in order to gain an advantage, the competition can hold its ground, the birth of a new type of corporate form - virtual enterprise. Nowadays virtual enerprise to become the industrial business theory and application of research. The key to its success is how to choose the right partners, virtual enterprise partner selection research is very important.
This paper focuses on the virtual enterprise
partner selection optimization of in-depth study, the first virtual business background, concepts, features, and it establishes the theoretical basis of a brief introduction, etc., so that we can get a little understanding of virtual enterprise mode of operation and business basics; secondly to the existing virtual enterprise Partner selection in-depth analysis and summary, point out its shortcomings, and proposes a combination of qualitative and quantitative, individual ability and overall strength of the phase combined with the new integrated virtual enterprise partner selection model. Finally, a comprehensive selection of built model is applied to sales of a large-scale enterprise virtual enterprise partner evaluation examples, illustrates the virtual enterprise partner selection process, and the results obtained using other selection model results were compared, analysis, proved that this method can effectively guarantee the virtual Enterprise partner Selection and Evaluation of quality and efficiency.
