设计总说明

本次毕业设计所选题目为新疆库尔勒市排水工程设计。

新疆库尔勒市是西部重点开发城市城市。由于发展前景大,人口增加迅速,而新疆缺水是一个严峻的问题,所以需要采取现实可行的办法对污水进行处理回用,以满足新疆的用水要求,是新疆最先要解决的问题。

地貌与城市概况:库尔勒市北依霍拉山及克鲁克山,南部是大片的平原,因此地貌特征是地势北高南低,西高东低,在塔里木盆地边缘形成了倾斜的扇形绿洲带。以孔雀河为龙头的水系,流向由北向南,呈网状分布,形成平坦的灌溉绿洲。库尔勒市大部分建成区坐落在此平原地带,良好的地质条件为城市发展提供了很好的依托。全市总面积7268平方公里,全市总人口约99万,常住人口48.7万人,流动人口约30万人。

气象资料:库尔勒市属中纬度沙漠半干旱气候,四季较分明。该地区光照和热量资源丰富,总日照数2990小时,无霜期平均210天,冻土深度63厘米。气温的年较差和日较差大,降水稀少,蒸发强烈,空气干燥;年平均气温11.4℃,最低为–28℃;年降水量58.6 mm,年最大蒸发为2788.2毫米,降水多集中在春夏两季,占全年降水的50%~75%,降水变化很大,往往连续几个月甚至半年以上滴水不降,气候极端干旱;全年盛行东北风,其次为西南风,频繁的干热风和大风(8级以上大风年平均为15d),平均风速3.0 m/s,主导风向为东北风, 最大风速22m/s。区内特征概括为:少雨、干旱、酷热、多风。该地区地貌类型组成为冲积、洪积平原和沙漠,海拔890~950m,地面坡降1/4000左右。

水资源条件:库尔勒市水资源缺乏,城市的主要水系为孔雀河。孔雀河全长785公里,洪水期最大流量233立方米/秒,枯水期最小流量23.7立方米/秒,平均年径流量11.9亿立方米,市区地下水埋深均大于5米。水资源是西北干旱地区城市发展的基础支撑条件,同样亦是支撑库尔勒城市发展的最基本条件。库尔勒城市的形成即依托孔雀河,之后的发展也是沿着孔雀河的方向扩展填充。

工程概况:本工程服务范围为城市总体规划中规定的孔雀河以北地区,近期服务面积1077.25ha,服务人口44.6万人。本次毕业设计的主要任务是完成该市排水管网设计和污水处理厂的平面布置、各个构筑物的初步设计和一些处理构筑物施工图的设计。

该污水处理厂工程,规模为11.2万吨/日。进水水质见下表:

本次设计所选择的是倒置A2/O工艺,是A2/O的改良工艺。该污水厂的污水处理流程为:污水从中格栅到污水提升泵房,再从泵房到细格栅,然后到旋流沉砂池,再进入生物池(即A2/O反应池),再从生物池进入二沉池,污水再经过接触消毒池后排入自然水体;污泥处理流程为:辐流式二沉池产生的剩余污泥则运入污泥浓缩池,二沉池的回流污泥则通道管道、污泥回流泵房再次进入

A 2/O 反应池,经过浓缩、贮泥、消化处理后的污泥,进入污泥浓缩脱水车间,最后外运处理。污水处理厂处理后的出水水质要达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)中的一级

B 标准。该标准的具体数据如下表所示:

工艺流程如下所示:

主要设计参数为:

(1) 中格栅:选用四台GH-1100链条回转式多耙格栅除污机,格栅间隙40mm ,过栅流速0.9m/s ,格栅宽度1100mm 。

(2) 细格栅:选用六台XWB-Ⅲ-1.0-1.5背耙式格栅除污机,格栅间隙10mm ,格栅宽度1000mm 。 (3) 泵站:选用五台350WL-Ⅰ-1425-11.5型的无堵塞立式污水泵,流量1425m 3/h ,扬程11.5米,重量2000kg 。

(4) 曝气沉砂池:选用三组曝气沉砂池,停留时间3min 。

(5) 倒置A 2/O 反应池:污泥泥龄16d ;水力停留时间:缺氧区、厌氧区取1.5h ,好氧区6.5h ;池内混合液污泥浓度X=3500mg/L 。

(6) 辐流式二沉池:设置四座辐流式沉淀池,表面负荷q 取1.5m 3/(m 2·h ),沉淀时间取3h 。 (7) 接触消毒池:加氯量取6mg/L ,接触时间取30min 。

(8) 污泥浓缩池:选用两座竖流式重力沉淀池,浓缩时间采用10h ,采用间歇排泥方式,每次排泥时间0.5h ,每日排泥2次,间隔时间为12h 。

(9) 消化池:选用四座一级消化池,两座二级消化池,一级消化池进行加热搅拌,二级消化池不

加热,不搅拌,均采用固定盖式消化池。

(10) 污泥脱水机房:设计中共采用三台带式压滤机,干污泥产量600kg/h,泥饼含水率75%,絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺投量按干污泥量的2.0%。

工程设计成果:本次设计的设计成果主要包括设计计算说明书和图纸两部分。

设计计算说明书中主要包括:排水管网设计计算、污水处理系统以及污泥处理系统的设计计算。

图纸部分共18张,包括:库尔勒市排水工程设计施工总说明、污水管网总平面布置图、污水管网主干管纵剖面图、雨水管网总平面布置图、中格栅及进水泵站平面图、中格栅及进水泵站剖面图、细格栅及曝气沉砂池工艺图、A2/O反应池平面布置图、A2/O反应池剖面图、A2O反应池供气管详图、辐流式二沉池工艺图、平流式接触消毒池工艺图、加氯间布置图、竖流式浓缩池工艺图、消化池工艺图、污泥脱水机房平面布置图、污水处理厂总平面布置图、污水、污泥处理工艺流程高程布置图。

SPECIFICTION

Western Xinjiang Korla is focus on developing urban city, because the great prospects for development, the population increases rapidly, and water shortage is a serious problem in Xinjiang, so need to take practical and feasible way to deal with sewage recycling, in order to meet the water requirements in Xinjiang, Xinjiang is the first to solve the problem.

This graduation project selected topic design for water supply project in Korla city.

Topography and urban planning: Korla city is located in the Horace mountains and Crook shanks to the north, and there is a large plain in the south, so a high topography in the northwest and a low topography in the southeast, and form oasis system on the edge of the Tarim Basin. The network of stream flows from nor-th to south which in source of the Kongque River and formed a flat irrigation oasis. Most of the city is located in the plains, the geological conditions provides a good support for the urban development. The city's total area:7268 square kilometers, the city's total population:990 thousands,inhabitants:487000, the floating population:300 thousands.

Climatological data: Korla city has four distinctive seasons in the mid-latitude semi-arid desert climate. Light and heat resources are abundant in the region, The total number of sunshine is 2990 hours, frost free period:210 days, maximum depth of frozen earth:63cm.The large temperature difference in Annual temperature range and daily temperature range, Korla city with scarce precipitation, intensive evaporation, dry air; the annual average temperature:11.4o C,extreme minimum temperature:-28o C,annual precipitation:58.6mm,annual evaporation:2788.2mm,precipitation mainly concentrated in the spring and summer accounted for 50%~75%,and has changed a lot, so the climate is extremely arid; the perennial dominant wind direction to the Northeast (SE), the static wind frequency is 13%,average wind velocity:3.0m/s,maximum wind velocity:22m/s,altitude:890~950m,gradient:1/4000.

Water resource indexes: Korla is one of the provinces which are lack of water resource, the water system for the solution of the Kongque River. It was 785 kilometers in length. The maximum flow during high water:233m3/s,the minimum flow during low warer:23.7m3/s,Annual average runoff

amount:1.19billion m3,the ground water depth>5m.As the source of life, water is a basic natural resource and a strategic economic resource. Ecocapital operation of water resources is the basis of sustainable utilization of water resources.

Project Profile: The urban planning services as used in these Provisions refer to the north of Kongque River, the service area of 1077.25ha,serving a population of 44.6 million residents. This graduation design is the main task of the complete the city drainage pipeline network design and plane arrangement of the sewage treatment plant, various structures of the preliminary design and some structure construction drawing design.

This sewage treatment plant project, the scale is 112000m3/d. The influent water quality is in the table
