沪指加速上涨逾3% 保险地产股大幅飙升
午后开盘两市加速上涨，金融、地产等权重股大幅拉升推动指数上涨，个股呈普涨态势，两市超2400只股上涨。截至发稿，沪指涨3.02%报3268点；深成指涨2.75%报11296点。
盘面上，保险、房地产、仓储物流等板块涨幅居前；仅软件、电脑设备板块小幅下跌。
2014年经济数据基本符合市场预期，但未来的风险因素依然存在。分析人士称，企业盈利预期依然面临一定压力，经济增长放缓和过剩产能问题是拖累企业盈利增长的主要因素。
不过，对此带来的影响亦不必过于悲观，外需稳健和原材料价格回落可能会支撑部分行业盈利改善，融资成本下降也将有利于提振企业盈利空间，尤其是并购重组活动的进一步活跃将会使得部分企业的盈利出现快速改善，而国企改革落实则有利于提升企业的经营效率，因而企业盈利的企稳应当是大概率事件。
业内人士认为，实际利率居高不下以及货币脱实向虚是扰动经济进一步复苏的关键因素，政策宽松依然存在空间，预计经济将平稳换挡。对于A股而言，慢牛行情并未终结，估值水平仍有提升空间，但快速的估值修复已经结束。两融检查过后，融资杠杆交易淡化的趋势不会改变，三大逻辑将主导后市行情。
首先，前期融资仓位较高的品种，短期活跃度可能降低。中信证券和中国平安的融资余额超过300亿元，分别为312.48亿元和311.79亿元，占流通市值的比重分别为10.75%和8.17%。此前融资杠杆交易的大潮兴起，撬动了金融股这头“大象”。在融资杠杆淡化后，此类品种短期的融资偿还压力大增，将一定程度上限制金融股短线行情。
其次，市场行情尚未结束，短期资金调仓换股后，个股机会反而增多。“1·19”暴跌后，资金昨日非但没有离场，反而选择及时调仓换股，创业板和中小板双双
获得资金入驻，题材热点纷纷开花。由此来看，本轮牛市行情尚未结束，权重股主导的“指数牛”将逐渐过渡到“个股牛”上，题材概念股料维持活跃，个股机会非但不会减少，反而会较此前增多。
最后，“业绩为王”的中线布局策略依然有效。在流动性宽裕、改革红利释放封杀系统性风险背景下，业绩增长确定性强的股票有望获得市场溢价。从业绩增长的确定性角度来看，一方面，以医药、食品饮料为代表的大消费板块有望保持较高业绩增速，且前期涨幅较小，中期布局价值较大；另一方面，业绩增速超预期，能够逐渐消化估值压力的优质成长股同样值得重点关注。
